First of all it is very important to note that not every PSA will measure up to your expectation in terms of performance. Once this reality is in your mind, you won't be demoralized in case any of your PSAs isn't performing.

1. Create a contact with them which has to be through Instant Messaging which will be close to
a face to face conversation.The power of face to face conversation is immeasurable. What you
share with them here should be motivating information. If you can make it then they can also
make it,they remain motivated as far as as they are chatting with a committed member of SFI
as you.
2. Get them to know each other, something that will enjoin upon them the sense of belonging,
they belong to your team. They will be able to share their personal experiences in SFI and
be able to bring out the fears that they have. Some fears will be dealt with before even
reaching you, only the fears that go through this sieve will reach you and you will get to
address them in a group environment which will empower your capacity.
3. Finally incentives will hammer the last nail home. There are a number of ways that SFI has
provided for this purpose. Take good advantage of this and voila, you're there.

Everybody wants to excel and this is achieved by recruiting and making your downline duplicate your actions. In essence you are trying to produce leaders like you, hence giving them leadership roles is just preparing them to be future leaders.

When a team member comes in to the setup initially, there is oblivion of potentiality, through making him/her take a leadership role you're only making the individual realize this potentiality and there you're, you have just ignited the spirit of achievement.

No, it's just a question of commitment on their part. If a person is a non starter whatever you do for him/her will never change that attitude. You can take a donkey to the river, but you can never force it to bend and drink to its feel. Same case here, co-op can as a matter of fact be used to reward your performing downline differentiating them from non-performers.
From your day to day interaction with your downline you will after sometime appreciate the fact we don't have the same goal as affiliates in SFI and this realization is of paramount importance. Once this is manifest, do not waste your hard earned resources trying to motivate an individual who in the least can not motivate himself/herself.

Action will always speak louder than words. When you have one yourself, it will speak for you. Nevertheless, that's not the ultimate goal. SFI has set the pace for you, by awarding you 30 versapoints a week for sending these messages. This is motivation, but you shouldn't stop here. Do more than that. Send the messages through SFI, through private mail, through sms and if need be through making direct calls. Try also to change how you address the CSAs and PSAs, language, incentives and last but not least whenever you get a new tip, use it to reach them. There should be no end in sending these messages. First of all congrats for having achieved that TL status. Secondly consider that the party is over and all that hapenned before is history that is for or against you. Always strive to making better what is for you and learn from what is against you. Facts on the ground, number 1 is you must be having at least a Standing Instruction for S-Builder Co-op to ensure you continue to get a flow of affiliates signing up under you. Number two is to also keep a certain number of TCredits to bid for and acquire as many Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA)as possible. Number 3 consider joining IAHBE and Wave3 programs to get access to tools that you will need to boost your presence here. Number 4 consider intensifying your advertising campaign outside SFI to get more affiliates to boost you.Lastly periodic routines eg daily, weekly and monthly tasks should see you through.

Yes, I've tried it and it pays. It has worked for me and it's worth the cost. One thing that we should remember is the fact there will be no one way of advertising that will work for all of us. Each one of us has his/her area where he/she will excel. Facebook worked for me and it doesn't mean that it will work for the entire fraternity at SFI. Some of the things I like with Facebook is the fact that you set your budget for advertising and hence how much you pay for a click. You limit your audience by selecting geographical area, gender and age. Not many advertising media expose you to this. My advice is try it if it works, well and good. If not, then best of luck elsewhere.
