Natalie,

First of all it is very important to note that not every PSA will measure up to your expectation in terms of performance. Once this reality is in your mind, you won't be demoralized in case any of your PSAs isn't performing.
The following measures will help to ensure that your PSAs commit to SFI,

1. Create a contact with them which has to be through Instant Messaging which will be close to
a face to face conversation. The power of face to face conversation

Everybody wants to excel and this is achieved by recruiting and making your downline duplicate your actions. In essence you are trying to produce leaders like you, hence giving them leadership roles is just preparing them to be future leaders.

When a team member comes in to the setup initially, there is oblivion of potentiality, through making him/her take a leadership role you're only making the individual realize this potentiality and there you're, you have just ignited the spirit of

Does having a co-op for your downline help get them active and stay active?

No, it's just a question of commitment on their part. If a person is a non starter whatever you do for him/her will never change that attitude. You can take a donkey to the river, but you can never force it to bend and drink to its feel. Same case here, co-op can as a matter of fact be used to reward your performing downline differentiating them from non-performers.
From your day to day interaction with your downline you will after sometime appreciate the fact we don't have the same goal as

Action will always speak louder than words. When you have one yourself, it will speak for you. Nevertheless, that's not the ultimate goal. You have to understand the reason for having one and the advantage too. Once that is accomplished, then the next step is to point out to your affiliates how important it's to have one.
Some of the reasons that are manifest for having an SO are, you acquire product/service at a discount starting from the second month of purchase. From the first month you acquire

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

Yes, you should work with the workers. The essence of leveraged income plays its part there. As far as you are in business, you should never stop your follow-up messages. SFI has set the pace for you, by awarding you 30 versapoints a week for sending these messages. This is motivation, but you shouldn't stop here. Do more than that. Send the messages through SFI, through private mail, through sms and if need be through making direct calls. Try also to change how you address the CSAs and PSAs, language,

First of all congrats for having achieved that TL status. Secondly consider that the party is over and all that hapenned before is history that is for or against you. Always strive to making better what is for you and learn from what is against you. Facts on the ground, number 1 is you must be having at least a Standing Instruction for S-Builder Co-op to ensure you continue to get a flow of affiliates signing up under you. Number two is to also keep a certain number of TCredits to bid for and acquire

Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

Yes, I've tried it and it pays. It has worked for me and it's worth the cost. One thing that we should remember is the fact there will be no one way of advertising that will work for all of us. Each one of us has his/her area where he/she will excel. Facebook worked for me and it doesn't mean that it will work for the entire fraternity at SFI. Some of the things I like with Facebook is the fact that you set your budget for advertising and hence how much you pay for a click. You limit your audience

Hello dear, this is a real world of business where by we don't simulate situations like we do with computers. Here you are dealing with individuals who have different backgrounds, reasoning capacity, drive and above all brain capacity. The most important tool you have got to have is thorough knowledge of what you are presenting and how you think having these prospective ECAs will be of mutual benefit. Secondly, be truthful first to yourself by presenting the truth and not fake promises of what is

The first major task for a newbie in this online business is to get to understand what it's all about. The fact that its bloodline is versapoints should be over emphasized together with the implication of acquiring them. After this orientation, then get to the point of knowing what should be advertised and finally to the ways, means and where to advertise.

Wow....this is a tall order to climb. It's a question and a half. SFI stands out from the rest. The fact that SFI offers opportunities internationally is in itself a testimony that it's better than many others. Secondly Tripleclicks is a store which boasts of a wide variety of merchandise that many other internet stores cannot boast of. A2A is yet another program that socially connects individuals with the same goal of succeeding financially. The motivation mechanism as well is great here, daily
