How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

There is a saying - how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
Take it easy and be patient. If you are fortunate enough that your affiliates lets you know they are confused or they need help, say thank you.
Handle their confusion and questions one at a time. You can respond to the individual that asked the question or you can handle it in a team mail - if one of them is confused chances are others are too and they are just not asking.
You can give them links to find information - but explain it as simple as possible to them as well. Think about it - would they be asking questions if they can just look it up on a link themselves. Provide the link so they have the choice to read it as well but do not just provide links as answers.
Do not overload them with information. Go back to basics as many times as you have to. It might frustrate you a bit - but it will pay off.

Since you started your SFI business, how has your focus changed? What do you do differently now?

Boy! where do I start? When I first started I did not trust the whole thing and I did not really do much. I knew nothing and I learned nothing. This means that I missed out on achieving goals simply because I did not have any idea what I was doing.
I started putting in more time and I read as much as possible. Slowly but surely I started seeing the light and I realised that I can do this.
Today I am a lot more knowledgeable than before. I learned a lot. I grew with my new knowledge.
First I learned about the business
Secondly I focussed on building a team and right now I am working and focussed on making sales. I am sure I will change my tactics and adjust my focus a couple more times during the time to come.

It is always the best option to work smart instead of hard. To actually do it is a different kettle of fish altogether.
I believe time management will go a long way in achieving it.
Another action you can take is to set up your goals very clearly and then work out a plan of action to achieve your goals.
Your business plan is a working document, review it often and make changes when it is necessary. If you do this will not add more and more work - instead you will keep what is working and dismiss what is not working - that is working smart. It is insane to keep on doing the same thing and expecting different results. If you are not happy with the results you are getting, change what you are working.
To set up a smooth running business plan will take some effort and time in the beginning but after that you just have to make changes and adjustments when and if necessary. Your business plan needs to be visible and available to work with - so get out of your head and put it in writing.

How can I use testimonials from the Testimonials Gateway to gain interest and sign-ups?

On it's own this gateway is powerful but if you use it in conjunction with another gateway like the join my team gateway it makes a lot more sense.
Somebody might click on the join my team gateway and thinks that it sounds good and promising - but is it too good to be true or is it real? When you offer the testimonial link in the same advert you are giving them the opportunity to read about other people's experience with SFI. It offers the reader more proof that it is good and legitimate. It might be that little bit of reassurance that they are not signing up for a major disappointment. People tend to think - so many people saying the same thing can't be wrong, if they like or love it and make money from it I can do it too.
Testimonials are meant to convince and reassure. I do not use it on it's own but as part of a recruiting advertisement.
If you write articles on your blog or website you can also provide specific testimonials and / or the gateway link to underline what you said in your article. Think about it - if I tell you this fantastic story about the existence of fairies and unicorns you are going to think that I am a crazy lunatic or that it is just a fairy tale - not so? But when you hear the story from a second or third person you might start to be more open to it that it might be true. Then you read testimonials of 10 other people and before long it seems much more believable and something worth looking into it. Why do you think so many people believe that there are aliens out there in space?

How can you get your spouse involved in your SFI business?

The keyword in your question is business. How would you get your spouse involved in another business? You would be partners not so?
I would love to have a partner in my SFI business.
The SFI affiliate agreement is very clear about the rules of signing up family members - so before you do anything go and read the rules and make sure you know SFI's rules - how you are permitted to get your spouse involved and how it is not permitted.
What I would do is the following: I would look at my strengths and weaknesses as well as my spouses and then divide the work according to that. You each do what you are good at. Having your spouse and partner taking on the things you are not good at will give you more time to do what you are good at and vice versa.
Treat your SFI business as any other business and agreed about your involvement and the roles you play like you would do in any other business. Working as a team will give you a better chance to make a huge success with your SFI business.

How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?

Start your newsletter by acknowledging anything your affiliates did well. Congratulate them and encourage them
Keep up to date with everything that is happening with SFI and TripleClicks and make sure you mention it. No need to go into it in depth - the SFI newsletter will do the details.
If your affiliates communicate with you encourage them to ask questions. One person might ask the question but many others might have the same problem but do not ask the question. Answer one question per newsletter - do not bury them with too many topics.
If you do not have affiliate questions to answer take a look at your affiliates VP Ledger - you might see something there that you can use to write about in your newsletters as Tips.
If there are no affiliate questions and nothing you picked up in the VP ledger you can pick a topic a week and discuss it. Example - week 1 you can discuss duplication, week 2 you can discuss advertising and promoting.
You can also include links to SFI lessons and videos they can read or watch to improve their knowledge.
There is also no reason why you can not share something personal with them or even a joke or two - just keep it clean.

What would be some good products to promote for Father's Day (and/or for a Father's Day Product Collection)?

I like the idea that you are asking this question so long ahead of time. If we start putting our collections together now and start promoting it now we have more time to make sales.
For dads there might be a bigger choice of products than you can find for moms.
1. The good old trusted (and very boring) socks and ties,
2. Personal care products - it is not just woman that takes care of their skin and hair and nails -
modern man woke up to the advantages too.
3. Men are also a lot more aware of their overall health - so health products is also a good idea.
4. Supplements can be used in conjunction with a good gym program.
5. Fitness props like weights and other home gym equipment.
6. Gadgets - most men I know just love gadgets.
7. Tools - anything from simple diy jobs around the house to power tools
8. Books - a huge variety of books are available on a variety of topics.
9. Men never grow up - their toys just get bigger and more expensive - so games is also a good
idea.
10 Gardening tools.
I think if you took the time to go through the products available at Triple Clicks you can find a lot more.

To be successful in SFI, what attributes do you need the people on your team to have?

What attributes do you have? You are still here, working building your business. That means you have what is needed - not so?
Your affiliates need to be determined to make a success of this business.
They need to be motivated - why are they doing this? When they loose hope You need to remind them of the reasons they joined in the first place and they need to remind themselves about their motivation. They need to be self motivated.
They need to be hunger for success. Think about it this way. Who would be the most successful and determined hunter - the king sitting on the throne getting fed without having to do anything or the guy starving out in the street?
They need to be positive and optimistic and find the silver lining in the darkest storm. Theu are more likely to hold out and not give up but rather find a way around obstacles. A pessimistic negative person will give up at the first obstacle that comes across their path.
Thinking outside the box is also a good thing and if you are not by nature a creative thinker you need to seek help and advice from others that views life in a different way. Some people do not just think outside the box, they kick the box to smithereens - nothing will hold them back and they are here, at SFI, willing and able to help
Anybody wanting to make a success here can not know the meaning of giving up - that word and words like quitting is not in their vocabulary.
You need to be persistent - keep going, keep on advertising to make sales, keep on recruiting and whatever you do do not stagnate. If one approach does not work you have to try something else.

How can I get my friends and family members interested in selling TripleClicks products?

You can start off by putting your money where your mouth is and buying and selling products first.
Once they see the products you bought and you tell them where you bought it you can tell them about products you saw that they might like to buy themselves.
Once they bought something themselves and they are satisfied with their own purchases it will be a lot easier to make them see how they can sell to their family and friends and make money for themselves as well.
Knowing that they will also help you in the process of helping themselves might be another advantage point.
There is a growing movement worldwide to buy from small businesses rather than big corporations and putting money in the pockets of faceless rich companies. This will also be a selling point for more people than you realize.

What should I be doing besides the daily actions on my To Do List to build a thriving SFI business?

It would be great if you could just do your daily actions and earn enough VP to qualify as EA but that is not the case. In your first month it is possible to earn enough VP to qualify without doing anything extra - after that you need to do more.
1. Play games to earn VP and more important - you have a chance of winning T-credits
that can be used to grow your business.
2. Take part in the auctions - try to choose a product that gives you double MRP and
that you can use should you win the auction.
3. Use your MRP points to buy more t-credits and earn VP. 126 MRP gets you 1 t-credit
and 102 VP
4. Advertise products you or your ECA connections are selling as well as the auctions.
5. Advertise to recruit new affiliates and grow your team.
6. Treat your team, your down line as VIP's and train them well - you need to keep
them active and you have to help them build a successful business - they are your
biggest asset.
7. If you can afford it place a standing order and take the stress out of qualifying
every month so you can concentrate on your team and your sales.
The most important thing you need to do is enjoy building your business - you are investing your time and effort in it - if you do not enjoy it you will not give it the attention it needs. It is YOUR business, YOU are the boss, it is for YOU - you are not working to make somebody else rich.
