To start with, most people join SFI without a prior knowledge of what the business entails. People most of the times are looking for money just by the click of the mouse. Besides, some sign up just for mere curiosity and a lot of work has to be done to get them committed to the business. Lots of tire-kickers over there.

However, there are some that give up on the business because of lack of understanding, information overload, lack of time or money, language inadequacy or because they are not computer savvy to have a breakthrough in an online business like this.

Therefore, the first thing to do is to make explain the nitty-gritty of the business to the new affiliates. You need to make abundantly clear to them that it is not a get rich quick scheme but such that guarantees residual and leverage income for them for life. They need to see the big picture so that they see the business as worthwhile.

You need to open up communication channel and explain the need to be active in the business; the benefits of being on top of their class in the E365 competition; the benefits of going fast track etc.

Assure them that no matter what language they speak they would find affiliate that can help them in their language through a2a. There are other languages being spoken at the Forum apart from English. That SFI is truly international and evolving to remove all international barriers to the internet business.

You should introduce things that can keep them busy in the scheme like Eager Zebra games: so many games to choose from, Card King, Gold Streak, NCCA ..... and many of them have free entries and with lots of fun. They can even win business building prizes like CSAs, TCredits etc

Introduce PriceBenders auctions to some that can invest some money on TCredits. Explain to them great discounts on brand items even more that 90% off retail with many business building items like PSAs, CSAs, TCredits that could be won.

Inform them of the need to sponsor affiliates and refer TripleClicks customers. Tell them of lots of free places and media they can use in advertising free. And when they can afford it, a host good paid adverts platforms.

The importance of remaining active should be stressed as failure to be active robs them of gains they acquire like their badges that could help them win new affiliates, CSAs won, E365 prizes etc.

There are many testimonials you could refer them to at the Forum as well as share success stories you have heard from others and yours too. Keep painting the picture of great prospects of the scheme.

SFI is built on a robust system that encourages doing actions across board for a holistic and enduring success.

Building a team of affiliates takes time but gives guaranteed residual and leveraged income for life while selling TripleClicks products brings quick success but may require continuous advertising to sustain. In fact, there is no guarantee of continuously making money without further effort; therefore, it is wise to work on the two aspects of the business pari passu.

Duplication is the jewel of SFI business. Growing a team of active
affiliates pays dividends for a lifetime. I would recommend sponsoring

As Sponsors and Co-sponsors, it is of utmost importance that we ensure our affiliates read SFI announcements. SFI is constantly evolving and there are many policy and fundamental changes to compensation plan, Team qualifications requirements, etc. There are so many one-time business building offers or bonuses that must not be missed. The question is how do you ensure your affiliates read SFI announcements?

The first thing is to ensure that your team members find enough excitement to log in if possible daily at the SFI Affiliate Center. When affiliates visit their homepage once in a while it's possible they could miss out on announcements. Encourage daily logging in.

Besides this, you need to use your Stream post to call attention to SFI announcements by referring to the link for comprehensive reading. You can even use apt and catchy picture to get their attention in your Stream post.

Also, one of the main subjects of your genealogy mails should be SFI announcements. You should take time to analyse the news: effects, benefits and possibilities. Many of them may not appreciate a piece of news until they see its importance to their business. When you refer to it, it helps them to give attention to getting the details of the announcement.

Furthermore, all major announcement are discussed at the Forum. You should encourage your affiliates to visit the Forum often for announcements' discussion thus getting all the sides to its relevance and applications. ASK SC is another platform where announcements are analysed and applied for profitable business operation. Promote ASK SC too.

Even though SFI sends announcements to our personal mails, you ensure your affiliates don't miss out on any by sending personal message to their e-mail. For instance, you need to intimate them about Designated Diamond Program and what they stand to benefit personally. It helps a lot.

Using SFI Chat, just by asking, have you read about ........? When you thus engage them they would then take time to read the announcement. Anywhere you can find them for chat, is it social media, e-mail chat, Skype etc should be explored to direct their attention to SFI announcements.

Although there are some advantages of niche marketing which may be geographic; the benefits of throwing wide your net for Affiliates is great. Since your question is: "Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?". My answer is YES, you should!

When you recruit non English speaking/reading Affiliates; it opens another opportunity to develop yourself as an Affiliate of a company that operates in more than 200 countries. You would remain a novice in International business if you don't do that at all. There are countries doing well in SFI whose official language is not English.

SFI, being an international opportunity has a Google Translator at the bottom of the Affiliate Center which your non English PSA could use to be able to understand what is written in the SFI Affiliate Center. I tried it for my dialect and the translation is fair. It is better than everything in English for people that do not understand English at all.

You can use Email as your main method of communicating with such Affiliates. You can use an email translation service to provide a seamless support for such Affiliates. Apart from Google Translator, there are others that can be used also with improved efficiency.

You can also connect these Affiliates with their country leaders for help using a2a. Even with the modified a2a, Affiliate can receive requests from as many Affiliates he approves: only he cannot initiate the contacts except those of them in his "10 list of a2a". So a2a still helps. Better still, such affiliate can follow Affiliates from his countries and thus be able to learn from them.

The option of reassignment of such Affiliates to performing Affiliates from the same country is also helpful. Since you still benefit from the team through Matching VersaPoints; as well as strengthen your team by so doing; it is worthwhile.

In Affiliate marketing, you need not limit yourself only to a geographic. Here is divine counsel: "Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass."

Affiliate Manager just as the name goes is a tool that allows you to manager each of your PSAs and CSAs. It contains information and data that are very handy in assessing and assisting the Affiliate. This is one of the least popular tool yet extremely important and resourceful in managing of PSAs and CSAs.
Each Sponsor or Co-Sponsor should learn to make the best use of this tool. You can make the best use of this tool by using the Tabs available at the Affiliate Manager effectively.

First and foremost all the CONTACT information of the Affiliate is available at the Affiliate Manager. E-mail id, Telephone no and other contact info would help in contacting the affiliate as at when due. As a sponsor, you will be able to know the key codes you used when sponsoring the Affiliate, sign ups dates/times and thus it could help you to determine the efficiency of your advertising campaigns. You should use all the information at the START Tab to know how to guide the Affiliate in performing the basic task of Confirming his Registration, Affiliate Profile etc.

How do you help an Affiliate without an adequate information about them? The login dates, rank attained and the total VersaPoints accumulated, the most recent login dates are information very handy at the Affiliate Manager that are very pivotal in your program of developing the Affiliate.

The Affiliate Manager helps you to assess how far you have carried out your responsibility as a Sponsor or Co-sponsor. Part of the checklists include whether you have contacted him, added him to your mailing list, discussed his goals, informed him of the incentives available or not etc. We as Sponsor are quick to blame our team members of inactivity when most of the times we have not done our responsibility. In case of your CSAs where you may not know their genealogy, Affiliate Manager is a good resource to show you the upline of the Affiliate up to 6 levels, it is also available for your PSAs also. Your knowing the ranks of the upline may guide what levels of support that may be required by the CSAs. A powerful information you should explore to the fullest.

Perhaps, one most important facility at the Affiliate Manager is the NOTES Tab. You can make valuable notes or comments about the Affiliate that will help you in future or keep records of your support of the Affiliates. Whilst it is a fact that you need a computer or a laptop to have full access to all the features of SFI Affiliate Center and TripleClicks; yet one can still help affiliates in one's group who have limited access to a computer.

Affiliates that have limited access to the computer can work from their Smartphones. Most of the tasks at the SFI Affiliate Center can be done on Smartphones. I do my daily tasks mostly from my Smartphone on weekends. He can also visit TripleClicks but may need to download PriceBenders Auctions software to have full access to auctions on phones.

The Affiliates would be told to utilize their limited access to the computer well by only doing tasks that cannot be done without the computer. Other things that can done elsewhere should not be done for optimal use of their access.

If the limited access to a computer means they do not have good access to Internet Cafe; then they should concentrate their advertising mostly using the offline methods. They can use: the print media, radio and television commercials, posters, article boards, handbills etc to advertise. He could organize seminars/workshops in prospecting.

They can do most of their follow up using their Smartphones. Features like WhatsApp, Palmchat, YouTube etc on the Smartphone are very helpful. He could also send and receive mails on internet enabled Smartphone. Telephone conversation can also help. If the downline are within his area, he could visit them to assist.

All of these would help him while ultimately planning to improve his efficiency by getting his own computer.

Really, so many things I would do differently if am to start now with the knowledge I have now with this business.

I recall that I joined this opportunity in 2008, and back then I was a rookie and not motivated at all. I stayed just as an Affiliate for years, without upgrading to Executive Affiliate status. I knew very little about advertising; and did not subscribe to paid ads; with no working free ads too. Therefore, I was a mere observer of the scheme, just logging in only. In short, I was not too sure of the opportunity coupled with my online marketing inexperience!

However, if am to start all over again I would:

1. Read thoroughly and painstakingly all the Training Tutorials available, be it LaunchPad, articles or Training Blogs. Then, I was groping; not getting the right direction to go.

2. Gather all available daily, weekly and monthly VersaPoints by logging in and performing the actions daily. I'll ensure that as much as possible, I don't miss any of them.

3. Immediately set up a Standing Order (SO) and qualify for Executive Affiliate (EA). Apart from the benefits of becoming EA, it would motivate me to invest quality time as a follow up to my investment.

4. Use all the available means of Sponsoring Affiliates like classified, social media, warm markets etc. I will write a good blogs and publish them. Besides, I would set aside a token for paid ads every month.

5. Pursue referring TripleClicks members with all the available resources. Now that PriceBenders Auctions is available, I would use it immediately to attract customers to TripleClicks. Referring ECA would be part of my monthly goals.

6. Ensure quality follow up of my team with simple but superb; exciting but educative messages. I'll ensure that I do all in my power to motivate my downline with contests, rewards and recognition.

7. Become active in TripleClicks through PriceBenders Auctions immediately. All the opportunities of building a great team through winning PSAs and CSAs would be explored.

8. Strive to become Team Leader quickly. Before, Team Leaders got Override commissions; now It's matching VersaPoints with Second Home CSAs. The added benefits of being a Team Leader is something I would never want to miss again.

If I were to start again, I would get these things done quickly, consistently and proficiently.

Success in SFI comes by doing a number of things consistently and efficiently. Therefore, for holistic success, there are a number of actions I would recommend to my downline, these include:

Gathering daily, weekly and monthly VersaPoints. I would encourage them to visit the Affiliate center and review the tabs on their to-do-list and get the 11 Action VersaPoints (AVP) available. Also, every week they can get 5 AVP by checking their TConnect page, 10 AVP for completing the SFI/Sponsor/Co-Sponsor ratings form, 5 AVP for setting monthly goals before the 10th, 30 AVP by sending team message to their downline and 3 AVP for their Stream Posts. Besides, these, they can get 100 AVP monthly by setting up a Standing Order of 1500 VP.

First, they can have as much as 500 VP from bid entries in a month. That could make them become at least a Bronze Team Leader immediately. I'll tell them of so many PSAs and CSAs they could win from the auctions. Also, so many products they could win. Besides, even if they fail to win, they'll get to spin for PSAs and enjoy their AVP and Member Reward Points (MRP). It a very reward-able action they should concentrate on.

Finally, I'll recommend Eager Zebra games. There are many of them and there is one or two they could master and win lots of TCredits that would further enhance their business, Even in some, like Card King, they could win CSAs.
