CSAs belong to me, so I provide them with as much information as I have. In fact, there are times when I may send my CSAs more information than I send to my PSAs for the following reasons:

1. Most of my CSAs are inactive, or they have the tendency to log on and do nothing. To get them to be more active, I find myself having to spend more time with them, so the information sent will normally be more detailed.

2. As far as letting their Original Sponsor take care of them, if that were the case, then why do I have them? If they are CSAs, then I'm a Co-Sponsor, and as a co-sponsor, it becomes my responsibility to provide them with as much information that I can provide.

As the Co-Sponsor for my assigned CSAs, it becomes my responsibility to assist them in any way possible. I feel that to be a good leader, one must learn to take on the challenges presented from time to time. So far, I've found most of my CSAs to be such a challenge. So, then, whatever information I can provide that can help turn them towards becoming more productive, I feel I must provide them.

Finally, I feed the information to my inactive CSAs in small increments, the same as I do with my PSAs. I don't want to overwhelm them with too much information at one time. After all, they're probably already overwhelmed by the information found at the site, and already feel it's too difficult, or impossible, for them to learn and understand. I try to show them that isn't the case in the information I send them.

What are you doing today (to develop your SFI business) that will matter tomorrow?

Me, I am following the SFI Rules of Success!

This is my business, so I treat it like it's a real business. I log on everyday to my Affiliate Homepage, check my Alerts Page for important announcements and to complete my daily "Red" tab assignments. Realizing that "leaders are readers," I try to learn something new every single day.. and unlike in my beginning, I now make things happen, enabling me to see my full potential.. because the goals I have set for myself, many of them are being reached.. the potential for daily, weekly, monthly and annual success is constantly being seen.

Since I believe in leading by example, I don't ask a member to do something I'm not willing to do myself.. I work with them as much as they will allow me to, paying closer attention to my MOVERS who demonstrate to me everyday - they share much of my same passion for the business, and are willing to work to achieve their level of success.

Thanks to SFI's newly installed "Collections" tool.. I can create my very own TripleClicks Products Collections pages.. and target them to selective groups and/or demographics. Generally, I personally use social media and email marketing to market and show off my products collections pages. I'm always thinking BIG, even when those around me aren't.

My plan is simple.. do something everyday! I refuse to sit back and hope for a better tomorrow. I do my very best to avoid having negative thoughts.. believing more and more everyday that there are those in my group who will do nothing.. but I know others will come after them.. eager to demonstrate their passion and persistence for the business. I allow my tomorrow to begin right now.. today!

Let's keep things real, everyone!

The amount you should invest in SFI must be a "two-fold" investment of time and money.

Your Investment of Time:
Speaking for myself, it's every single day I'm physically able. My longest "VP Streak" was 379 days. I am now on another streak of 275 to this date. I've learned that time is truly one of your GREATEST assets. A sincere investment of time (meaning a productive investment) is how you develop yourself in the "all round" knowledge of SFI Marketing.. such as in team building through advertising and product knowledge.

Your Investment of Money:
Again, from personal experience.. the amount of money will depend on what you can personally afford without causing a distraction towards your overall GOALS. For example, using your mortgage or rent money to finance your Standing Order.. Issuance of Gift-Certificates to new MRPs.. paying for Advertising.. etc., without having a "in-hand and viable plan" to successfully make-up that mortgage or rent payment so it doesn't become problematic and a distraction to you overtime!

In Summery:
Whatever your investment is.. be smart and make it work best for you.

Hello Vladan,

First, and foremost, before getting your "family members involved with your SFI business as partners" you must know what you are doing. That is, of course, if you wish to retain a majority partnership in your SFI business.

On the other hand, if you're looking for "EQUAL" partners, you'll want to sit down and go over SFI's entire Marketing Group Affiliate Program together.

If the latter is what you intend, perhaps it would be a good idea to get a group of family members together; discuss all strengths and weaknesses of each person; compile a list of all friends, as well as other family members whom you believe would be interested in buying TripleClicks products; or becoming SFI Affiliates (or both), select periodic training dates and times; create individual daily assignments for each person (i. e. advertising/promoting; ECA sales, social media, etc.); and then go to work on fulfilling your dream!

To do this, I use Twitter, which I link to my Facebook account so that all of my Twitter ads go directly to my Facebook page as well. The reason I use Twitter is because I'll have no choice but to make my ads short and to the point. I use simple phrases such as:

Aren't you curious about what's in this link? http://www.2wxyz.com

Then, I attach one of my gateways at the end of the ad as per the example above. People click on these links attached to short phrases, simply because they are curious about almost everything! That's the whole idea. Once they click on, anything can happen!

Of course, there are other social media outlets you can use.. Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.. where you may want to give MORE description to your ad.

Why not try this technique.. before moving on to other social media sites?

Consider these things:

Do you know who will join TripleClicks and buy from your store? Do you know how many people will join your downline (Team) with SFI and become active members? Fact is Norman, at the very best we can only hope that these things materialize as quickly as possible.

However, there are things we ourselves can do to help the process:

1. First, understand what we are doing. Understand the "BASICS" especially the SFI Compensation Plan.
2. Be very active ourselves in advertising SFI and TripleClicks.
2. Talk to family, friends, co-workers and any and everyone we come into contact with.

This can take considerable time or very little time, depending on our aggressiveness and abilities. But truthfully Norman, it all comes down to how effective we are in these things. Then, we have the perfect answer to your question!

Regarding the reassigning of PSAs and/or CSAs, I believe honesty is the best policy. By that I mean depending on the circumstances, they could just be being 'bounced' around. For instance, they could be individuals whom have shown little to no interested towards actively participating in the program, signing-up but, yet, haven't logged in to the Affiliate Center in months, or even when they do, do little to absolutely nothing. It has been my own experience that those who have been reassigned to me, have been so due to their lack of participation and VERY limited showing of interest.

Here, you must ask yourself:

Were such individuals GOOD for the Sponsor's Team (group), considering what's best
for him/her and the group? If possible, contact the PSA's Sponsor and ask for a brief rundown
of what his/her problem may be?

From such contact you may learn that it was a matter of understanding (language), which is among the MOST primary of problems we face as English-speaking affiliates. Point is, if you can better understand the reason for the reassignment, you can better create a letter of welcome, designed particularly for that individual reassignment.

Then, Bruce, assure them that you can be trusted and that you will help them in anyway you possibly can. Think of how much that reassignment can help you down the road. Understand without them, your chance for success is greatly diminished. In other words.. you need them as much as they need you. Together, you make up a Team!

Prospecting "Face-to-Face" Can Be Easier Than you Think...

(NOTE: I recommend you try this out on friends and family, simply to get a better "feel" for what you are doing. You may also, at the same time, find a "gem" in a friend and/or family member. One who may become an "active" member of your downline/Team.)

As a current, online business owner with SFI, there are certain skills you will want to have, especially 'face-to-face' skills that can not only increase your downline, but can provide you with considerably MORE active affiliates.

Here's the pitch I suggest.. not just for "elevators" but anywhere:

"Excuse me Maam/Sir, but have you
ever considered starting your own
business from home?"

(Wait for prospect to reply. If he or she says YES, say the following:)

"Excellent... because we've got the right one for you!"

(If he or she says NO, simply hand him or her one of your business cards, and
thank him or her for their time. NOTE: Your business card should have your full
name, address, telephone number, email address and either your own, personal/
business website, or one of SFI's gateways on it.)

(Otherwise, continue as follows:)

"SFI has been around for over 17 years
and is still growing! Their affiliate program
provides all the tools and services you need
to set up a successful online business! It's
free to join and you can even sell the old
stuff you don't need anymore online. Here,
take one of my cards. You should really
check it out!"

(As you are finishing your last statement "You should really check it out",
hand him or her one of your business cards. Remember, this is just a short
and to the point introduction, so you do not go into any long and drawn out
breakdown of SFI or TripleClicks. What you want, is for the prospect to
either contact you, personally, for more information, or to go online
and sign-up under you, using one of your own, personal SFI gateways.)

In this case, end the conversation like this:

"Maam/Sir, here's my card. If you have any questions,
or need further information, please feel free to contact
me (pointing to your name, telephone # and email address).
Or, you can go online (pointing to your website and/or
SFI Gateway [url]) to get all the information you
require and/or to sign up FREE!"

(Here, simply thank the prospect for giving you some of
his or her time, smile and go on your way to the next prospect.)

Needless to say, if you want to change the above script, to fit your own personality or for any other reason, please feel free to do so. However, what I suggest is that you memorize the script as it is, use it first, then, if you feel it necessary, alter the script to your own personal preference.

Remember, retiring from SFI isn't the same as retiring from a company you've been working for and getting paid from for 20-30 years. With SFI, retirement is seldom full because you are always aware of the fact that you are in business for yourself, and you are always 10-15 seconds away from your pc, even less time away from your laptop and/or smartphone.

Still, if you desire to retire, you may want to appoint someone to take over the daily operation, to allow your residuals to keep coming in. You should take into consideration what "level" of affiliateship you are at (i. e. EAs2, BTL, STL, etc.) as your "residual income" will be based partly on that factor.

I guess what I am saying is, unless you feel you are too old, or there is some physical problem preventing you from continuing to run your business, or you have lost your desire to continue, then why even think about "outright" retirement, when you'll have other options at your disposal?

To begin with, don't expect any MORE.. nor LESS from your PSAs, than you do from yourself. That being said, you should concentrate on those whom you believe, based on their performances, are qualified to receive such an invitation.

Remember, and fully understand what the intent here is.. that the Designated Diamond (DD) program is for those individuals whom have demonstrated the ability to build their individual businesses through the power of DUPLICATION.

If the PSAs are new to SFI, let's say fewer than 3-months, personally, I wouldn't be too quick to send them an invitation. My experience here has shown me that you can never assume that because someone demonstrates a sincere desire for the business, particularly during his/her first few months, that they continue having that desire. I've had PSAs reach EA status in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd month with SFI, and just as quickly.. QUIT, just like that.. and never hearing from them again.. despite me sending out many emails requesting some kind of response from them, but getting none. Totally frustrating!

Try to focus on those whom have been with you for awhile.. say 4 to 6-months at least, and have demonstrated a desire towards giving their SFI/TripleClicks business a real chance to succeed in the following ways:

1. Have they attained and maintained EA2 repeatedly over this time?

2. Do they have a Standing Order (not necessarily for the 1500 VP per month) but you notice that between the SO and their daily actions, they are always accumulating enough VP to maintain the status of at least EA2, month after month after month?

3. Do they have at least 5 active PSA on their Team, in their first level? In my opinion, this should not, necessarily, be an absolute requirement for you, but if they have this, then surely it would be a big-plus for them and, of course, for you.

4. How big (deep) are their downlines through, let's say 2 or 3 levels? Of course, the deeper the better!

5. Are they a "Fast-Track" member?

6. Are they active in their sponsoring of Affiliates, referring TC members and/or both?

In my opinion, all the things above speaks volumes to the depth of their overall knowledge, and their willingness to follow your (SFI's) instructions and training, as well as their marketing abilities.
