What I "love about SFI" is having the FORESIGHT to create a program that not just makes me feel but actually believe that I'm in control. No weekly conference calls that can make a person feel as if he/she is working 'FOR' someone, rather than 'WITH' someone, but a program that enables everyone to learn and grow 'truly' at their own pace, without requirements attached - such as upfront costs, upgrades, "MANDATORY" monthly purchases, etc. etc. etc.. Their program has been FREE from its' inception to NOW!

I love the multiple "INCOME STREAMS" that are available to all affiliates, like their TripleClicks segment designed to give us our very own ecommerce store filled with thousands of products for both B2B and B2C markets, and marketing and training tools that are obviously some of, if not the BEST, in the industry.

There's much more, of course, but these are the things I love the most!

Hello, Magdalena!

Assuming that it is not you who is to blame for the "negative attitude" your Team now has, I suggest that you continue doing the following:

1. Lead by Example.

Don't ask your Team Members to do anything you aren't doing yourself. What you do shows up. If you want them to promote and sell more TripleClicks products.. then you should already be promoting and selling TripleClicks. If you want them to be a "Fast-Track'er" then you should be a Fast-Track Member yourself. The same goes for anything else you desire of them.

2. Communicate with your Team Members.

Communication is HIGHLY important.. because lack of communication with your Team shows a lack of caring for their overall success. In your communications, relay to them any important, SFI/TripleClicks Updates. In your email communications to them, always be supportive and interested in their overall success.

3. Support your Team as much as possible.

Pay close attention to Team Members' VP Ledgers, especially your MOVERS. If they require assistance towards reaching a specific goal.. and you are in a position to assist them in reaching it, help them as best you can.. TCedits, Certificates, etc. etc., while always keeping in mind that your success will MORE than likely depend on their success.

Point is, Magdalena.. if you're doing whatever you possibly can to keep your Team POSITIVE and focused.. then for sure, their negativity has nothing to do with you.. because you're doing what you should be doing.. which is being SUPPORTIVE in every possible way you can!

In this instance, MOTIVATION is the product of DESIRE and NEED!

Motivating affiliates "to become buyers at TripleClicks" .. takes a mastery beyond most of our capabilities. The reason is clear, in this instance at least, that the affiliate's DESIRE and/or NEED for whatever products are sold at TripleClicks.com is what will basically, and ultimately, motivate him or her to buy.. NORMALLY that is.

That being said, let's examine a couple of ways you can stimulate their motivation to buy. I promise it won't take long.. and you'll soon get the picture:

1. Your affiliates are in business for themselves. Part of his/her business requires accumulating VersaPoints (VP) by performing certain daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Understanding that the PRIMARY purpose for acquiring VP is for rank.. the higher the rank the GREATER the benefits he/she shall receive, namely higher shares in the Executive Pool.. reassigning affiliates.. etc..

2. With each product sold at TripleClicks, there is usually a certain amount of VP and MRP attached to them. Now, the affiliate is not only buying the TC product, but he/she is also getting what could be some very important VersaPoints to go along with them as well.

Finally, and because I want your IMAGINATION to continue on..

3. Let's not forget that it is through the selling of products that we generate the MOST income/money for our efforts. Introducing them to this part of their SFI business.. can stimulate their interest towards buying products themselves.. even if they are only meant as SAMPLES to show to potential buyers.

Keeping in mind that SFI is always FREE.. meaning, literally, you are never required to purchase anything to maintain your Affiliateship with them.. you must also UNDERSTAND that building a thriving SFI business for yourself.. will require MUCH time and, possibly, financial investment on your part.

Remember, certain requirements have changed. Now, after obtaining the rank of EA, any further advancement in rank requires that you have at least 1 EA2 in your group. So, before you even think about reaching Diamond Team Leader, you will want to focus on building an ACTIVE Team first.. only then can the "quickest way to advance" make sense.

If you have a Team built of ACTIVE members, who are EA2 and above, then you can focus on using your financial resources to advance in rank.. "all the way to Diamond Team Leader!" Likewise, these same financial resources can be used as you focus on building a thriving and active Team for yourself.

Using Flyers to Attract PSAs/PRMs/ECAs!

Then, on the 'blank-side' of each flyer, I print out a brief introduction, using my TripleClicks 'gateway' url which will bring the prospect to the main page of my TripleClicks Store. http://www.tripleclicks.com/XXXyourIDXXX

On the flyer, the prospective member is required to purchase a minimum of $10 to be eligable to receive the FREE $12 Gift Card. I then pass them out to virtually everyone I come into contact with, especially at retail stores and supermarkets.

Needless to say, you do not have to use the Gift Card Flyers. If you are promoting the SFI business opportunity, you would simply use one of its sales aids and follow the same pattern I have explained.

Use your "Note Pad" to create your own introduction. Then, place all of your prior printed flyers back into your computer printer to print your personal introduction, SFI/TripleClicks 'gateway-url' on each blank side of the particular flyer. Now, you've got your own personal, introductory letter and flyer to pass out all at once.

The answer is, YOU CAN'T!

The only thing you can do, is to understand what SFI can do for you, and pass it on to those in your downline. Remember, we are individuals, with individual personalities. Just as in many ways we are very much alike, so, too, are we in many ways different from one another.

People join SFI for varying reasons. Some are curiosity seekers. They join just simply for the thrill of joining, and if they can make money in the shortest amount of time, they may stick with it for awhile, until the money appears to slow down or stop, then they move onto the next "imaginary" overnight gold mine. These people will never get it.

Then, Zina, there are people who join SFI who truly desire the challenges of owning their own business. One they can build from the ground up. Only, with SFI, they don't have to start from scratch, because everything has been carefully put in place for them. These people get it. They get that SUCCESS comes early only for a handful of people whose situation starts out much differently than the average person's.

Finally, Zina, learn everything you can. Understand the number of ways you can be successful with SFI, promoting affiliates, selling TripleClicks products to family, friends, co-workers, and/or your own compiled contacts lists. Promoting the ECA program, recruiting ECAs to help build your business, and other ways so vast that even by now your own head may be spinning.

Point is, Zina, sell the benefits to your downline, benefits you understand and want them to understand as well. Will they all buy what you sell them? NO, they won't! But that's about all you can do. There are laws against holding people hostage. Lol

In other words, Biljana, do you believe you've gained enough "BASIC" knowledge and understanding of how this program works, to begin building a workable Team for yourself? If you do, then I suggest you start, as you say "buying PSAs" right now!

After all, this, along with promoting your SFI business & selling TripleClicks products, are how you will be able to build a lasting monthly income for yourself. And what better way to do it than to have a Team of your own to share in the making, and profits, of your business?

As a sponsor/Team Leader, one of your primary goals is to produce active and dedicated members to help build your team and, of course, your income. This can only be done by your constant communications with them. These communications provide assistance to them, and will consist of your pointing them in the right direction from time to time.

Stay on course, Emma, and provide them with what they need ...

It could mean for your less active PSAs and CSAs, providing them with incentives to help motivate them into greater action. Or, it could mean providing them with information on a particular question they may ask.

Point is, you should provide them with what you feel they need, or what they may request from you (within reason, of course) that will help you to accomplish your ultimate goals as a sponsor, co-sponsor and/or Team Leader.

Advertise and promote SFI in developing for yourself a strong Team of like-minded people. Teach them to duplicate your efforts.

Advertise and promote TripleClicks to develop a strong PRM Base for greater, ongoing commissions on a monthly basis.
