Almost all SFI affiliates receive INACTIVE CSAs and it is a challenging task to make them active.

To make them active it needs some of your motivation. Send them a welcome letter with introduction about yourself which shall also include your success stories at SFI. The letter should be addressed to the individual names. Let them be aware that you are there for them and whatever questions they have you will be happy to assist them in a way you can. You can also inform them about any special gift that you can give them on a specific achievement.

Regularly update your leadership page and ensure that the link of your leadership page is send to them invariably with all communications. Make them feel they can trust you.
Once some of them become active, you should continue with your weekly useful mailer in normal way.

DON’T GIVE UP under any situation.
