-This is a MUST for every SFI members. Our thoughts had an ability to create our destiny. It is like a law of attention. If you have a right mindset, you are going to have the right approach for your SFI business and the same thing goes for the wrong mindset.

2. Havin A Belief In Yourself
-I assure you hear this everywhere. This not only applies in SFI but in general as well. I always like this quote, “If you do not believe in yourself, who will? And that is my motivation always.

3. Having A Passion
-Passion means enjoying what you do. If you have the passion for your SFI business, you would not feel like you are working at all. Sometimes you would not notice how time flies really fast because of the enjoyment of your SFI business.

4. Having An Effort
-You cannot be successful in your SFI business if you just only sit around and wait for the miracles to happen. You must work for it.

They say leaders are not really born naturally instead they are made. All of us can be leaders but not all can be effective leaders. If I am to ask you which would you choose: to be the worst leader or to be the effective leader? Of course, you would choose the latter. If you want to be an effective leader, you must remember that you should lead by example. It means whatever you say to your team mates, you must also do it with yourself. When you told them that you should have a Standing Order, you must also have a Standing Order. When you say advertise your SFI business, you should advertise your SFI business too. Besides, where is the sense of your leadership if you are not the one doing it with yourself?

Back then, I have always thought that a leader must have an authority to their team. To make it worse, I thought they must be always strict. In fact, I thought I would never be the one because it is not in my nature to be strict. As time goes by and after reading some self-help articles and e-books, I have learned now learned better. You can have the authority to your team but you do not need to be strict.

A good leader must have an open mind too. You must not be one-sided. Just because you are the leader, it does not mean you should not listen to your team. That is a big no-no and a turn off. You must also be a good listener because sometimes their suggestions are better than yours.

I had this boss who was so super strict that she would get mad easily even when you made just a tiny mistake. Sometimes I was so terrified to go to work because I knew I had to face her again. Fortunately, I survived. Haha!. And every time I read about leadership, she was the one I remember. Even though she was so strict, I have learned so much from her.

Well, there are lots of people I could give my TC Cards. It can be my family, friends, and even strangers. Yes, you have read the last one right. They could be one of your prospects even though you do not know them yet. You could just hand out your card to them whenever they pass by you and wait for them to join under you. Of course, you wouldn't possibly know where they come from but at least, you have gained a person to sponsor.

If you are going to promote or sell products for your business, you must remember the following:

1. Do not just sell or promote just because it is best-selling or have a 5-star rating.
-This is the most common mistake that most newbie marketers have. They just promote the products because of the ratings. Let me tell you, it does not work that way. They may be the best of the best but it does not mean it is for everybody.

2. Read reviews to give you an idea if the product is good or not.
-I love reading reviews. It gives me an idea whether or not should I buy the product. If the majority of the review is positive, I will give it a go. If not, of course, I will forget it. But, of course, each at it's own. You are still the one going to decide

3. Buy first the product to test if it is working or not.
-When you are promoting or selling your product, it is very inevitable that people would ask you if it is working or not. The best way to answer them? Buy the product first before you tell them about it. At least when they ask you (or even complain) about it, you would already know what to answer because you have experienced it to yourself.

4. Choose a product that you believe it is effective and useful for you and for everyone.
-Now you have already bought the product and tested to yourself, it is yours to decide whether or not you are going to promote or sell them. Once you have decided, tell them about the product, your experience, and why should they buy it. Much better, you could create a blog about that.
