Today i will share one major secret that unlocks all marketing power and that is Passion.

Passion is something you can not fake, and is grounded in faith, and professed with joy, and brings home happiness. It is more contagious than any cold or flu, and consumes people within minutes of it reaching their soul and grabbing their mind and dragging it into the story.

Marketing is not advertising.

No advertisement can ever make one entirely passionate about a product or company but a sustained marketing plan will connect people to your business beyond just a customer relationship. With marketing instead of selling the product you are building trust in an established brand, introducing the people and the stories or testimonials of the impact this brand has had on their lives, and you write a narrative of what to expect should they grab onto this dream and become an insider to this elite group of people who are a part of the family.

Passion starts with your own story. It centers around you and the hard facts, and what testimonials you sought, and what research you did to get to where you are as a spokesperson for this company. You need to be a customer, think like a customer, and tell the story in that perspective so people can relate to being you and compare their needs and desires to your needs and desires.

Passion puts conviction in your voice. If you have passion people will know you believe everything you are saying to be the God's honest truth and that you love what you do.

People keep telling you that you can't convince people to do anything but that is historically incorrect and factually wrong on so many levels.

Sales forces, news media, teachers and schools, politicians, and even your preacher, priest, or Rabbi all have a job that requires they convince you and sway public opinion. You don't naturally decide to use a toilet in place of a diaper you have to be convince it is the right way to go potty, and that you won't fall into the big hole if you sit still, and that the flushing sounds are not the monster growling.

All religions of the earth convince you of a supreme power that created man. A Power who only manifest themselves to some, who is invisible but with us always, and can monitor the actions of billions of humans. Religion has been effective in doing this for thousands of years both in the form of common faiths and doctrines such as Catholicism, and Protestant or Islamic Faith, and in terms of secular cults like the Branch Davidians in Waco Texas, or the Jim Jones cult that committed mass suicide in South Africa.

We have people who convince people of alien existence, and government cover-ups and hundreds of thousands of people who think the Holocaust didn't happen despite billions knowing it did.

Getting there with SFI is the thing you need to know.

All things successful in convincing others have an evangelical aspect. Even the enthusiastic and fiery opinionated news anchor is an evangelical figure that preaches the truth of the day. The second element is faith, the evangelical mouth piece must have a firm belief in the information they are repeating. If your heart is not in your message your lack of faith will show in that message and trust will be lost. The final ingredient is truth or facts if you will.

If you have faith in SFI, know the facts surrounding your business, and can tell a personal story of why SFI is life changing for you then you can convince almost anyone. I have spent over 10 years turning skeptics into evangelicals of businesses I have been blessed to work with and you can too.

The number 1 most effective strategy is to Slow Down and Look Carefully.

One of the most asked questions in the forum is "where do I get started?" and one of the most stated reasons for inactivity is "SFI is so big and confusing, I was overwhelmed.". But SFI isn't designed to be that way, we have a button marked START which is where everyone should start, and focus only on that video which will tell you exactly what to do next.

From Start we are lead to the 4 part SFI Basics, which give a outline of what is most important to learn in your training. Then the Launchpad which is 30 Days of lessons that too many people try to finish in a day or a week and come out confused and on information overload.

They fail to slow down and read that part that says DAY 1, or Day 2 and go about pushing themselves to complete it in as little time as possible.

The end result of being in too much of a hurry is you get overwhelmed by all the links and menus, try to cram a month of learning into a couple days, miss key information vital to your business, get scared and confused and don't know where to get help despite the forum and links to your sponsor as well as an amazing search box with tens of thousands of answers all being listed on your home page.

Some get even more confused because they try to do the same with every menu and link on the site. They click each link in the menu bar in order and follow all the drop down links and get more confused because they aren't in a step by step order which we get through the LaunchPad and our Versa Points Ledger.

SFI teaches you 90% of everything you will need to know to run your SFI business. I say 90% because you should never accept just one source for all your training and should learn something new every day of your entire life. But, to get that training and not get confused and overwhelmed you have to slow down, start with the Start Button, follow the training in it's proper order and over the prescribed period allowing each lesson time to sink in.

Choosing a best gateway depends on the niche segment you are marketing to.

There is no one size fits all gateway and if you really wish to earn money your best links will be to individual products on TripleClicks during you first 6 months or so. The reason being is you need to learn to generate sales to make money and teach your team to make money.

If you and your team do not make money you are not going to have a successful business and your team will leave almost as fast as they join.

You need to snap right to it and get in contact during their first 24 hours as a SFI member and tell them to forget everything they hear elsewhere and focus hard on the training of how to generate sales at TripleClicks. If they can refer even one active Personally Referred Member at TripleClicks in their first month and make even a couple bucks off the sale, the confidence in their ability to make money here will soar and they will be hooked.

Too many preach about referring hundreds of PSA and what is their sob story nearly every day in the forum? I have 300 PSA but only 1 of them is Active, or I have 1,000 PSA and most are doing nothing.

The reason they are doing nothing is because they are being told to refer a bunch of free members then try to talk them into placing a standing order instead of really learning how to generate sales commissions. This is a sales business, not some MLM Pyramid. You don't have to have a standing order so 95% will not get one and will resent you if you try to tell them after they join free that they can't be successful unless they have a Standing Order.

That's bait and switch marketing and it kills your business. It's like the not having that fine print on your coupon that says FREE DRINK with purchase of 20oz Sirloin Platter. People need to know if they join something that is a free place to make money, how to make money free when they get there. What they don't need is to find a new monthly bill in the place of that word FREE.

Your choice depends on your interest and target.

Promoting product sales is best done by matching products to content or articles on the web. Either through Pay Per Click advertising, purchased ad spots and sponsorship, article marketing, or having your own blog. So you need to know where you will be advertising so you can find out about who you will be advertising to and what needs do they have.

The best products fit one of 3 categories.

1. Consumable necessity. Food, soap, perfume.
2. Non consumable necessity. Clothing, linen, furnishings.
3. Gifts. Gifts offer the widest range of products but have up and down periods in sales where consumable sales are more consistent.

You may wish to target items like cleaning supplies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements because they are most likely to be put on a standing order and generate you monthly residual income. The average sale will most likely bring less commission but these same regular customers will already be your referrals and use to shopping at TripleClicks by the time gift buying seasons come around.

What's more is the power of leveraging takes hold in 2 forms.

1. As you generate new customers the small earnings monthly add up until a full time income can be sustained from hundreds of people ordering their favorite consumable on standing order.

2. You can train your PSA to generate these types of sales and train their PSA to do the same. If they have a great system for generating new standing order customers you will see your matching VP explode and compound into a powerful revenue of it's own.

This leverages those small sums to become big earnings over time. The other alternative is to aim for bigger commissions and accept that you will have to make new sales often to make new money.

The saying goes that "One man's junk is another man's treasure.".

Many of us have collections we have lost interest in, tools for jobs we no longer do, relics from childhood that just take up room, and old furnishings left over from redecorating. There are clothes that don't fit and toys the kids out grew, and plenty of old car parts laying around. Many of us make crafts and simply need to get rid of the ones we made to have room to make more.

Many of us need to turn those things into money.

With member listings you can turn any used item or home craft into cash that can be used for whatever you choose. For many members it helps them pay their standing order, for others it help buy advertising, and for some it pays rent or other bills so they can maintain their way of life.

That's the benefit to the person listing the items.

The benefit to SFI Affiliates is that crafts, collectibles, antiques, and old car parts all bring customers and collectors to TripleClicks. Even though it's a bit Crude my Dad's advice rings true, "You can't learn to soar with eagles by surrounding yourself with turkeys".

Many of our top business and life coaches like Jim Rohn tell you that surrounding yourself with successful people will help you reach success because we all mimic the habits of our friends and family because we try to fit into the pack instead of leading the pack as human nature.

For us to become pack leaders we need to join pack leaders and mimic their actions instead of those of the pack. We need to seek out the Queen Bee and Alpha Male types and discover what makes them such respected leaders who attract success.

We must also seek those who have an upbeat personality, especially if we have tendencies to move more clumsy through a conversation. I myself am Bi-polar and not everything I say is as polite and respectful as the real me is 90% of the time, but it would not serve me well to befriend a bunch of people with negative attitudes when my goal is to make it back to the respectful leader I have always been since way before my disorder started reshaping what I say.

You will see me come back and apologize when I am wrong, or don't say things in a constructive manner. I do my best to be humble and right any wrongs but at the same time I am a human with a condition that some humans get and feel I can best advocate it by not hiding my mental illness and showing that people like me can sometimes be a little rude, and occasionally a little mean, but for the most part are loving and respectful people who just face added challenges.

Surrounding myself with peers helps with support but with leaders gives me inspiration so I picked 10 people I see as leaders.

Job one is to find out why they are leaving.

You can do nothing to help when you don't know the problems the individual faces. Most it will just be that they set an arbitrary time frame to be a success in their own eyes and they have reached their quit day. Some might be helped by motivation and others will have their minds made up.

For many it will be that they feel pressured to place a standing order or buy traffic, buy PSA, etc.. They will need reminded that SFI is free, and none of those things are required of them. Some sponsors work to their own detriment pushing these things when the average PSA simply doesn't have the financial well being to maintain a standing order for months as they look for active PSA.

By far the biggest reason for losing them boils down to income.

If you preach refer PSA and build your downline and never teach them to make sales at TripleClicks first they will have a long wait to earn money and the longer before they see a paycheck the more apt they are to quit. So learn how to generate sales at TripleClicks as a free member with no money to invest so you can teach your free members who have no money how to earn the income needed to buy PSA, to Advertise, to place a standing order.

Don't think about you and what you can afford think about those less fortunate.

Matching Versa Points.

Your team member needs to see that becoming a team leader unlocks additional income streams and tools, the most important of which is matching VP. As you recruit people and they become active and recruit people your network can grow quite large. In less than a year of actively promoting my total network is nearly 1600 people and I can earn matching VP on up to 900 of those members as they become EA2 or Team Leaders.

If i earn 1500VP through actions each month and 1500VP through sales to become a Bronze Team Leader, I would earn about $1.50 off my own 3,000VP earned. But say I have 5 who have 5 who are also BTL I would get another $45 a month in matching VP just from my first 2 levels of downline. Continue that down 6 levels and it becomes a really nice income all while I just have 5 good active members.

The potential is amazing but you can't earn off any Versa Points unless you are an EA2, and you only earn off matching VP if you are a Bronze Team Leader or better. The higher your rank the more levels of downline you profit from, up to 12 levels deep.

Becoming a Team Leader will happen naturally if they are working their business. Even if they don't spend money to get sales VP they can get sales VP by referring others who spend money at TripleClicks. As they promote and grow their team the action VP will reach the 1,000 to 1500 required to be a team leader on auto pilot as well.

The best time to be a team leader is when you actually have a team to lead so don't rush them or they wont see the benefits and will think you are only after the money of a standing order. Fact is matching VP will pay you far more than you would earn off a standing order x 5 referrals.
