What is a good weekly support message to send your downline?

A weekly support message to an affiliate is like the rain to the farmer.
As farmer waits for rain, an affiliate is eager to hear from his upline.

So I send message to my affiliates regularly and individually, simply written and easily understandable.

The points I include in my mail are:

1.Their name( I prefer sending individual message than group messaging)

2.Appreciation for their achievement in past month or congratulations for winning in draws etc.

The best way to do this is to include it as a part of training to your affiliates or Team Strategy.

For this, two points must be watery clear:

1.You must be aware of how to carry out and deal with TripleClicks part.

2.Your affiliate must be aware of TripleClicks and its benefits.

The key to success in SFI is:
1.Master the TRIPLECLICKS, PRICEBENDERS and almost all programs or as many as you can.
2.Start duplication and make efforts to build a team of quality affiliates under you and also marketing of all the programmes by the best use of all the tools.
3.Lead by example i.e. do the above steps yourself first and then ask your affiliates to follow them, help them support them to do the same.

What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

Running a contest is surely a good idea. The PSAs must get its info at your stream posts/mail/leadership page. But before running a contest the goals must be asked to each one differently and then set rewards accordingly. Getting the targets from PSAs is a commitment that they will surely try their best to achieve it and you have a surety of work even though it is minimized.
And if they get through to their goals, you must reward them and also help them meanwhile and the bottom is to maintain

I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

You must help the affiliates who have come to you even though they are not from your team as it is the reason for which the SFI Corporate has provided the facility of a2a.
Just the thing is you must take care that you or the person approaching you must use it and not misuse this facility.

The future at SFI is to be decided by you as you are your own BOSS here at SFI. You decide how much training you need to go through, how much to develop your business and how much to earn?
Here at SFI you can earn as much you want and have as much affiliates under you as you wish. Also the great training materials provided at the site helps you develop your business skills.

I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

Having a large downline is of no use if there is no seriousness in the affiliates regarding the business. So you must make them a bit serious about the work, ask them to log in everyday and score VPs. This will help you judge the affiliates who are really here to learn and earn and others for just time pass.
So the next step is to train the interested affiliates from your downline, support them by rewarding gift certificates and encourage them.

Following things must help to turn a TripleClicks member to a potential buyer.

1. Issue a Gift Certificate to them.

2. Mention the benefits from buying a product from TripleClicks than from other online store(such as:standing order facility, executive commissions,responsibility in delivery and quality of product etc.).

The best method to recruit an ECA is to advertise publicly regarding the ECA Program, may be with the help of flyers, hoardings, tv ads, classifieds etc.
