What is a good goal to shoot for in SFI this year?

Two things immediately came to mind, that is to have an Active Recruits, one-hundred of them.
To give a little more,and care a little more with everyone that I interact with.
What should a new SFI affiliate focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month?

There focus should be on the LaunchPad activities, and followed by the actions prescribed on each one. Read and re-read for beter understanding.
When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

They may give up, but we do not give up on them. Simply because each has a situation that we are not aware of that is preventing them from fully participating in a way that they are supposed to participate. What I will suggest is to send them an encouraging e-mail every now and then.
