You have to prepare to be just a good mentor not only a promoter. What you get out there most of the time are people who have never done it and they don't have self confidence. You have to bring them up to that level where they will have built self confidence and ready to take off. Once this is done, then the next most important part is to let them have true stories about those who came in to the arena just like them and made it after believing in themselves. Leading by example has always done it, show them from what you have achieved from nowhere. Nobody was born knowing everything, it was gradual learning which set the pace for the achievements that we constantly sing.
