As human beings, we like to think we are special, and receiving a personalized letter from the sponsor, will ensure that
1. You are human too, not just a generic mail
2. Will motivate me to at least give the site a try

From my experience, and what I do, is when I receive notification of a new PSA, or CSA, I send a general Team mail, welcoming them, and giving some tips in how to start.

I than follow that with a personalized E-Card, and I find using the E-cards, is the best way to contact your new affiliates, as you can write your greeting, and than translate it to your affiliates language.

Also E-cards tend to reach the affiliate quicker than your general mail, and most upon receiving it, will reply, even if they only say " hello", some will ask about the E-cards, and that is a good way for you to start telling a new prospect about SFI/ TripleClicks

So to reply to your question, YES, it is worth the time you spend personalizing your welcome letters, using the information submitted from Affiliate profile, and mentioning some salient point, either how many hours they can spend working SFI, or how many people they can sponsor, etc, so they can see you have read what as been submitted, you are taking an interest in them, and more so, if you send them, in an E-Card, specially to non English Speaking affiliates

It is difficult to be there all the time for your affiliates, so it is important that your Welcome letter,
gives some basic advise, for new members to follow

Secondly as soon as you log in and see you have new affiliates, send them a team mail welcoming them and give

Send an individual e-card to new members, specially to he ones you see have started to do some VP

Give your affiliates your contact details, be it e-mail, or Skype, or Facebook, etc, so they can contact you
anytime, and try to reply within 24 hours

If you are in SFI, check to see who is online, yellow bubble, and send them a greeting, and ask if they need
any help, do they have any queries that you can assist with.

For older members sending weekly team mails with tips is enough

The main thing is for all your affiliates, PSA's or CSA's, know that you are availble to help them, and will
do your best to follow up any queries.

If you are good at recruiting, and a good talker, than recruiting within your region is
better, as you know first hand the problems and restrictions associated with your country, you can explain better in your own language, or dialect.

On the other hand SFI is International, and having affiliates from other countries have it's own advantages

1. You make friends with people from other cultures

2. You can learn a new language.

3. You learn geography, at least I have, having affiliates from countries I have never heard of.

4. Last but not least I personally love meeting people from all walks of life, so International and local is my advise

As soon as you get your new assigned CSA's send them an e-card, and introduce yourself, as the new Co-Sponsor.

Tell them that you are there to help, and if they have any questions, you can help solve them.

If the sponsor is not active, and they have not done much, suggest how they should start from scratch, and how to reach EA, and BTL, and what can be done to maintain it.

If you have competitions, for your downline, include your CSA's in it

Treat your CSA's the same way you treat your own PSA's, after all you are making a commission from them as well.

I have given a couple of people the new gateway, and it got them interested, at least one will signup

Also the new JMT, describes what the program is about, so it will save me having to write, as it says it all in a concise way

It is accepted by Facebook, Twitter, and other places, which is a plus

I really like the way it is designed, and specially the commitment to new affiliates at the bottom.

It displays my photo and my badges, so it shows I am a real person

It has a section with testimonials from other affiliates

All in all I will just give this gateway as is, it says it all

The most important goal I had set last year was to attain GTL ( God Team Leader ) by year end, I only managed to make it to STL, the last 5 months, and than with the changes Gery implemented I was a GTL. Wow!!

I give my new PSA's and CSA's, Tcredits, when they reach certain targets, but not for my benefit, I do it so they can use it to either go into the Auctions, and have an idea how auctions work, or to buy something either way, they see that the work their have done is rewarded

Another plus, is it teaches your downline, that they can do the same for their own affiliates, that are active, and so on down the line, and ultimately, this is good for everyone, as it increases Tripleclicks pool, and we all benefit, from that, also if your affiliates duplicate that, you get a commission, from the sales, and above all, it makes the recipient feel good

As far as I am concerned, you can never have too many Tcredits, and if you are new to Auctions, which the majority of new affiliates, seem to be, it can be used to learn how to bid.

To me this is one of the best methods of rewarding hardworking affiliates, as it is easy to transfer Tcredits, and I can reward more affiliates, and cheaper, than say for example, if I was giving a Gift Certificate

I would say the best Marketing method, is a blog, and you can create one for free.

Why I say a blog, is because you can write about your experiences, for example, you just won a Pricebenders Auction, at a fantastic price, or you won some TCredits, in the Pick the Price, or your new affiliate just made EA, or won in Daily Grand Draw. All of this will be unique to you, and if you make your blog in such a way, that you are giving enough information to wet peoples curiosity, and funny at the same time, you will start to have people looking forward to read your blog, and get some sign ups

You can advertise SFI, Pricebenders, Eager Zebra Games, and more, as part of your blog update.

To me this is why blogging is the best for beginners

No one is born a leader. Some have more ability than others, that is true, bit we all can be leaders.

To be a leader in any field, you need to know the ins and outs of the business you are running, and the same applies to SFI

Learn all about SFI and teach every thing you learn to your affiliates, if anyone asks a question give a broad answer, and send them any link that you have found useful, regarding the query.

This way they learn how to use all the tools available in SFI, and so teach them how to be leaders themselves

Have confidence in yourself, and be truthful if you have a query that you do not know the answer

To me all of the above makes anyone a leader
