But this section needs some justification and description. I have stated below
When you go for a job interview their first question is why should we select you?
when you want to sell some product, the first question is why I should buy your product?

It’s same in our situation too. When you want to get some affiliates,
the number one question is going to be – what business you in and what products you sell.

First develop confidence in what you do, read all the training materials and articles about our program. If you don’t know what you are doing then it is not easy to tell others what you do. So get prepared for getting people prepared.

There are huge benefits in describing our business to customers. SFI is a brand.
We stand unique in our affiliate program and reliability is biggest advantage. We are not a new born company. We got extensive training materials, forum, trusted products, free giveaways and what not.
Company is striving to help members build wealth and not a 1 cent or 2 cent business.

Instead of answering to this question directly i would like to say that every methods have its own advantages and disadvantages.
It also depends upon the geographical factor. What is best for americans may not be best for Indians.
What is best for Africans may not be feasible for indians.
So you get friends from your country through a2a and try to find out what is the best.
Normally paypal and payoneer are used to be the best way to get paid.
The charges are minimal and the transaction is pretty fast.

My idea is not to discourage them. If they are able to get any ranks let them climb up.
They will automatically understand how they can maintain and how difficult it is to climb up without a team. So by second month end they will know it as tough.

There are good benefits for TL. The share of second home csas are worth to get. And the shiny team leader badge is good for advertising and pronouncing. So let them taste that and enjoy the benefits. Also the new plan encourages the affiliate to go higher ranks even without team.

Thanks a lot for this question. There is no proper guidelines from SFI for this. This has been extensively discussed in the forum. I wish Mr.Gery would come out with solid statement.
As far as my understanding, your ECA products and service can not be promoted within the SFI affiliates other than your PSAs and CSAs.
But what i feel is the products(physical and digital) should be allowed to advertised through our stream and team mail.
Co-op should not be promoted in any way if unless asked by some of the friends.

What we have to do is, make sure we tell and focus them all the benefits from this program.
Explain with the latest TL plan and compensation plan.

Make them understand sales is the heart of this business like any other business. The advantage here is, we have products in 1000s to promote and get attractive commissions.
Pricebenders are very attractive and addictive for people out there. Tell them how much they can earn even if they have 5 members who are making SO or buy 125 tcredits every month. This will definitely make them a serious person in the business.

The juice extract has to be shown always in front of people to get motivated or work as a catalyst.

I have used it with my friends and family, both as one to one call as well as conferences
Skype features:
Skype is available on Windows, Mac and Linux as well as Apple is, Google Android and Symbian mobile device operating systems.
For free subscribers. For video calls, it’s only up to 3, including the host. For voice only conference calls, you can join up to 25 online Skype users.

Its good you present where they have to start with.
Use the Start, Basics and launch pad links in the first mail.
Focus on fast track benefits and E365 benefits.
Along with this tell them to score at least 1500 versa points and send a mail to request for free tcredits and a GC for 2 USD to buy W3 Kit.
This works out well for me.

A lengthy mail will definitely make them skip or feel bored.

SFIM Instant messaging is used to communicate with the team. But in practical I use to communicate with the affiliates who are available when I am online.

It is very effective when you received the message from SFI, stating that you have sponsored a new affiliate.
When we receive that message we can confirm that the affiliate is online and we can use the chat to welcome him and remind him about the fast track at first. Then we can send the video link about the new system and scoring the versa points.

One more method I used to get into chat is through genealogy. I filter the members who are having versa point this month > than 0. you can get the list of members who are active and you can see the yellow bubble if they are online. I use to communicate with them.
