All you need is:

- A Printer
- A4 Paper
- Computer
- And designing skills

What to do with these:

- Create your own personal brochures to hand out into people mails or hand out on the streets,

Give them some information that this is what they could be missing out on.
Let them know they can also begin earning commission if they wanted to join you to sell and hand out flyers

this way you get people involved, they will sign up under you for sponsor, and you will get good commission from them and yourself on the effort put into it

On becoming a Bronze Team Leader myself, I don't have much of a team yet but I am patient to let it grow with some effort put into it.

This is a great question i must say as i really truly think there is no limit of the number of PSA's you can have in your team, but as long as you are stable with a strong team of PSA's why not give some away to your best working, most enthusiastic players you have.

This will be rewarding for them and can be set as an incentive

Best way to use TripleClicks Gift Certificates will have to be an incentive i would think.
I would not be the only one here that would think the same either, by making it an incentive or a reward mean your affiliates can try have the opportunity to earn that Gift Certificate to use on products they want the most, or to keep aside and save it.

When i first started out on SFI i rushed everything, did the launchpad quickly in a day, didn't really read anything, all i did was collect points no matter what they were.

Each day i rushed in at 5pm New Zealand time, and do my dailies and leave it till next day.

Now after starting oer again and closing my other account, i relaxed, took some time to read everything, got to know the system a lot better, knew what i was doing, and in the end its doing better than my first attempt.

So the lesson was to take it easy, do not rush, and relax. as People say it can be overwhelming at times and that was the major that got me big time.
