Here's what I did:

I went to TripleClicks, selected DEALS, and then selected SHOW ALL CLOSEOUTS. I then asked my wife to take a look at the screen and help me order something for her, just because I love her.

When she saw the products, the prices and the huge discounts on offer, she was delighted.

After that I just had to answer her questions; she wanted to listen to all I had to say about TripleClicks and SFI, Pricebender Auctions, TCredits, MRP etc etc.

I didn't have to do anything more to convince her. We had another believer right away.

Encourage them to give themselves TIME: They are probably discouraged because they do not see immediate results in terms of payments.

Almost anything worthwhile takes time; a baby takes 9 months, seeds planted take time to yield more seed etc etc. BUT when it does yield it makes it all worthwhile.

Agree with them that you and many many others too felt the same at the beginning, YET you stuck it out and you are so thankful that they did because of the results you now enjoy.

Let them know you will stand with them all the way, IF they will give themselves say another 3 months, and if they still feel discouraged, actions can be taken at that stage.
(You see feelings are fickle AND discouragement is just a feeling)

Make good on your commitment to stand by them by calling, email, text or getting in touch with them at least every three days, send them some TCredits or cash to spend on TripleClicks if you can . . . and watch them become one of your top performers.

Even if they do quit in three months, know that you have impacted a life for good. All my very best my friend.

The 'SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING'as a Team Leader in my book, is to be the best EXAMPLE for your team members to emulate. At SFI, teaching them to follow your example is called 'DUPLICATION'.

That's not the only thing you should be doing as a Team Leader, but I would say above all else you should be setting the right example for your team to follow and teaching them how to follow it.

Keeping the VISION clear before your team and generating the ENTHUSIASM and ENERGY you and your team need to keep going when the going gets tough is also a very important part of Team Leadership.

Genuine care, the right counsel when required, combined with gaining the complete confidence of your team in you as The Leader is another 'MUST'of Team Leadership.

To me the greatest challenge to success at SFI was motivation to keep going.

How I overcame this challenge, was to understand that I cannot let the actions of others determine if I will realize my dreams or not.

Success or failure would be entirely up to me at SFI.

I keep my goals and dreams clearly before me. I refuse to give up or give in to my feelings. (as they are so fickle) I keep putting one foot in front of the other, day after day. Now I know success will surely come.

The performance or non-performance of my team members, up-line leaders or occasional set-backs along the way cannot demotivate or deter me from my goal now.

In fact, I now use this focus to motivate and fire up the rest of my team as well.

If motivation is ever a challenge to you, may my story lift you up and over to your success.

I tell all my prospects the usual stuff like SFI is approved by the top credentials and credit rating agencies, has over 1.8 million members world-wide, been in operation for over 15 years etc etc,

But the one that usually clinches the deal is when I tell them that if they have any further doubts they shouldn't spend any money on SFI or TripleClicks until they start making some money from it themselves. (This can actually be done with SFI and only with SFI as far as I know)

Of course most of them sign up, start getting into it and realize for themselves that SFI is secure and invest funds of their own choosing.

It's a bit like trying to explain to someone that honey is sweet; the fastest way to do that is to get them to try it. Once they taste it for themselves, you have very little further to do.

Try to find out what your PSA require from you as their sponsor. This may help you give them the support and guidance they seek.

Besides, unconditional support is never a good idea. Tie the support you provide into a response from there side.

Make it a two-way street always: Like two sides of a railway track. Once the track on one side is laid, the track on the other side must be laid before another track can be laid down from your side - this sounds like an illustration for DUPLICATION.

I'm sure you make a great team; you and your PSA, just make sure you are all on the same page all the time. Success is just a conversation away.

I also suggest that they only re-invest the money they earn from SFI to build their business, until they are personally sure that there is no risk whatsoever, at any time.

Finally support this position with SFI's credentials and credit rating by the best online rating agencies and their amazing track record and global growth for over 15 years.

Those who sign up after considering these facts usually turn out to be terrific Team Members.

Is there really a need to shift? If you continue to focus on quantity, by the law of averages, the number of quality sign-ups will increase too, right?

Gery Carson says 1 in about 20 sign ups on the average turns out to be a top performer.

So I say, go for quantity, as there is no way to tell which one will turn out to be a top performer. The greater quantity you sign up, the greater your quality sign ups too, right?

Let the law of averages work for you. And let your top performers work for you as well as you teach them DUPLICATION.

Tell them so, as kindly and as quickly as you can; you will be saving both their time and yours. Then move on to the next person.

Who knows, that may be the one who is ready to take a long term approach to making it in life and will put in the consistent, intelligent effort that usually goes into making good money and finding success.

Time is your most valuable asset in life, use it wisely and you will make a success of yourself too.
