One of the main advantage is the lower shipping cost or it could be zero cost to them. If the ECAs happen to be within their vacinity, they could arrange for own pick-up.

Other advantages:
1) Shorter shipping period
2) Local ECAs mean no exchange rate involve. If parcel were to come from USA to South East
Asian countries for example, cost to import is definitely very high, higher foreign exchange
(especially now) and higher import duties/sales tax could be applicable too (some countries may
have to pay GST instead of sales tax).
3) You can visit your local ECAs to check on their physical products, if they have a physical store
before confirming your order.
4) You may bump into an opportunity to market your own product(s) by collaborating with your
local ECAs if you don't have your own physical store. Getting to know your local ECAs
personally, to gain each other's trust may lead to a bigger sales for both parties.
5) Easier for you to perform your transfer of buying.

In summary, you get to know your local ECAs better, enhanced your networking, broader your chances to market your own products, save on your shipping cost, faster delivery and by collaborating, you are bringing and helping each other to success.

"What keywords should I avoid when setting up advertisements on search engines?"

My answer would be the 'unrelated keywords' with regards to your ad.
Build up a list of related keywords for your ads and consider the following;

a) biggest mistakes made by many advertisers are: creating ad groups that are composed of long lists of 'unrelated keywords' and writing ads that try to cover every concept in the keyword list.

b) Rightly, the keywords in an ad group should be tightly related to each other and to the ad text. Almost every keyword should appear in the ad text. Several reasons why this is important.

- When the keywords appear in the ad text, the search engines "bold" those words,
attracting the searchers' eyes.

- When a searcher sees her search term bold-faced in the ad, there's a greater
likelihood she'll choose that ad over competing ads that don't include the term.

- Over time the keywords and ads in such ad groups will accumulate better and better
quality scores, in return helped the search engines decide which ads should be
favored over.

First and most important thing is you must understand SFI as a whole and being a new business owner, your knowlege about SFI is paramount to your success. By aknowledging the potentials it has will ensure your progress and success and in the long run, if everyone understand fully, opting out may not be someone's choice.

Mapping out your success, you should;

1. Confirm your registration, Upload/Update your profile, whitelisting [email protected]/your
Sponsor and Upline Team Leaders. These are your getting started action that will lead you
to your Gold Fast Track (you must complete the 5 action, including sending commitment
message to your Sponsor and uploading Profile photo). The VP Ledger will allow you to
monitor them all.

2. For new members, do not missed the 10 days period, in getting your Gold Fast Track badge.
Some old timers were unable to get it (including me), rejected when I tried to comply it on
the 8th day. So, act fast, do not delay!

3. Begin your training with SFI Basics/Launcpad. Read sales & marketing materials, read and
apply the 3 Simple Plan, pass down the same info to downlines, associate yourself with a2a

Fear of success or fear of failure, may have the same symptoms and both fears will hold you back from achieving your dreams and goals. Many of us is not aware and don’t realize that we’ve been holding ourselves back from achieving & accomplishing something great at SFI.

Let us look at a few symptoms that may or will affect us in doing our business;

1) If we frequently compromise our own goals or agenda to avoid conflict in a group (and may
be in your family too);
2) We self-sabotage our work or dreams by convincing our self that we're not good enough to
achieve them;
3) We believe that if we do achieve success, we won't be able to sustain it. When we will fail
and end up back in a worse place than where we started;
4) We fear the added work, responsibilities, or criticism that we'll face;
5) We're afraid that the higher we climb in life, the further we're going to fall when we make
mistakes;

In terms of communication with your team members, assure and help them to understand that they should not be afraid in accomplishing their goals. They should ‘face’ the fear, try to analyze why they are having the fear and one good example is becoming a Team Leader, instead of pulling them down, it should energize and uplift one’s self esteem and gain more confidence in executing their actions.

Move forward, work and achieve your goals and dreams, learn from mistakes, take responsibilities & criticism in strides. No one can stop you from achieving your success.

I would say the personal characteristics and required traits would be;

1) Personality - being personable and know how to get along with, and enjoy talking and
meting a wide variety of people. Comfortable and confident in social settings.

2) Ambitious - set goals for themselves and focus on achieving those ambitions.

3) Confident - thick skin in taking rejection and a 'No'. Taking it as a challenge,
not a personal rejection and find a way to convert rejection to opportunity.

4) Passionate - have a deep believe in, and a dedication to what they do and sell.

5) Independent - a successful person are typically self-starters who can take personal
initiative by identifying the works steps needed to achieve success.

6) Disciplined - possess tremendous follow-through and are not easily swayed from their
tasks or goals. Good at organizing, planning and prioritizing.

7) Positive - positive attitudes will allow a person to turn negatives into positives
in any situation and the ability to learn from defeat, to better improve chances of
success.

8) Persuasive - the ability to tailor your approach to meet the different needs of your
prospective members or buyers, to better influence their decisions.

9) Adaptable - changes is sometime necessary. Ability to adapt and do something

Without real relationship or friendship with an affiliate, it will be difficult to build an optimal level of trust with them. Once this established, its easier for a Team Leader to make a suggestions for the affiliate to utilize/apply in their works.
