Hello,

We all are affilited with SFI to earn money in the first place and our CSAs are one of our main sources of income in this business.
In fact, we earn 15% of the commission volume on each purshase made by our CSA at TripleClicks.
If we are a Team Leader we also earn Matching VP on our CSA if he has the rank of EA2 or above.
So we need to help our CSA to succeed by communicating with him.

1. How often should you have contacts with your CSAs?
There are different kinds of CSA:
+ Some CSA are experts in this business and they do not need anyone to help them.
However, make sure they receive your weekly Team Mail.
Send them en E-card every time they achieve a milestone.
Answer to them if they contact you.
+ There are CSA that do nothing but could get back to work one day.
Make sure they receive your weekly team mail.
Send them E-cards from time to time to encourage them.
+ Some CSA work and need guidance.
You have to encourage them, correct their errors if any, keep them informed of SFI's new developments and guide them to attain their goals.
Answer to them as soon as possible if they contact you.
Don't send them more messages than necessary. they may feel overwhelmed as they have a lot of training on the affiliate center to learn and they receive other messages from SFI.

2. In what ways should you have contacts with your CSA.
You have several ways to contact your CSA:
Team Mail, CSA Mailer, genealogy, SFI E-cards, SFI chat, Skype, standard mail, social networks, phone.

+ You can use Team Mail, CSA Mailer ou genealogy to send a collective message once or twice a week to your CSAs.
+ You can use standard mail to send an individual mail to one of you CSA. Be sure he whitelisted [email protected].
+Send E-card to encourage, give a tip, thank or congratulate one of your CSA.
+ Use SFI chat or skype to contact your CSA who speaks the same langage as you.
+ Invite your actif CSA to join you on a social network.
+ You can use the phone to get on touch with your CSA if you have an urgent message to deliver him.

3. Conclusion
Contact your CSA as often as it's necessary.
Toutefois, be careful not to overwhelmed them with too much communication.

To do this use the communication channels authorized or made available by SFI.

Hello,

Here are the best habits to develop to ensure that your SFI continually grows:

Do the actions of the To-Do list:
- Connect every day,
- Read the contents of each tab before taking the VP attached to it,

Read & Learn:
- Read and read the basics to make sure you understand what you need to do to succeed,
- Read the trainings available on the Affiliate Center,
- Read and read if necessary the launch pad lessons,
- Visit the forum and read the threads that seem interesting,
- Read every day at least 10 answers to the questions posted at the Ask SC tab,
- Read the frequently asked questions (FAQ)
- Put into practice what you have learned,
- Use the tools made available by SFI on the Affilite Center,

Have good relations,
- answer to messages from your Upline?
- like and comment the messages posted on your stream page by your Upline,
- If you have any questions ask your sponsor / co-sponsor
- be a member of a2a network
- congratulate friends when they won the Daily Grand,

Building a team
- recruit PSA, CSA, PRM and ECA,
- send a warm welcome to your new recruits,
- send a Team Mail to your team at least once a week,
- offer your support to your team,
- Teach your team how to work,

Be active on TripleClicks
- play Eager Zebra games (Time Machine, PTP, King Card, KOT, …. ),
- participate in the auction,
- make sales,
- transfer your buyings on TripleClicks if possible,
- promote TripleClicks, its products, its services and ECAs with your blog, your personal website on the safe lists and so on,
- share TripleClicks products on social networks.

Everything I have written is on the Affiliate Centre.
Just do what SFI recommends that you do to make your business grows continuously.

SFI plays a key role:
All SFI affiliates are actual or potential customers of TripleClicks.
Many SFI affiliates become TripleClicks E-Commerce Affiliates (ECA).
All active SFI affiliates promote TripleClicks, its ECAs and their products.
This means that SFI recruits TripleClicks customers, its ECAs and helps them sell their products.

In addition, SFI has made available to everyone all the trainings, the lessons, the marketing methods and the tools needed to do the business.
Sales management on TripleClicks direct and on its 3,865 ECAs found in 145 countries is provided by SFI.
The calculation and payment of commissions are supervised by SFI.

In summary, SFI recruits TripleClicks clients and its partners. It teaches them to do the business and provide them with the necessary tools to promote their activities.
It supervises the activities of TripleClicks and its ECAs and manages all their resources.

SFI is indispensable for TripleClicks. It is its administrative department.

Generally, the Movers on your team are affiliates who are willing to go further in this business.
But sometimes the will is not enough.
Here is where you, as their Sponsor, have to act:

Lead by example
+ have your Standing Order for 1500 VPs,
+ get the most AVPs from your To-Do list,
+ keep recruiting new PSA and PRM,
+ be active at TripleClicks (generate sales, PBA, EZ games, … ),

+ be visible on the Forum,

+ invite your mover to chat if you see he/she is online,
+ make sure your Movers are aware of recent SFI news,
+ reply to messages from your Movers within 24 hours,

+ set a contest between your Movers using your leader page to encourage,
+ invite your Movers to join you on Face book or another social network,
+ monitor how your Movers are doing,

Hello,

You must protect your team against confusion. Then lead them to have your duplication.

How to protect them against confusion?

Read the SFI Basics.
Tell them that they will only succeed if they know what to do to succeed. They must focus on the SFI Basics until they understood how the program works. It’s only after that they will move to other parts of the training without the fear of being confused.
Tell them to return to the Basics whenever they feel confused.

Doing the TO-DO List tasks
Tell them to do their TO-DO list tasks without expecting an income at the end of the month. Doing the TO-DO list tasks is not a job. This is part of their training. They get points, badges and rank as rewards.
Tell them to read the LaunchPad Lesson Day 11: Overnight Success...NOT!

This is their business.
Remind your team members that this is their business. Nobody will do it for them. Eventually they will succeed if they regularly connect and work seriously.
Tell your team that anything worthwhile in life takes time.

How to have duplication?

Be a good example for your team.
Have your standing order up to date. Log in regularly and do your Daily Actions. Be as active as you can.
The team members will see what you are doing and they will try to follow your lead.

Keep in touch.
Control the evolution of your team members from the Movers tab and Genealogy.
Post a short message on your Stream page at least 3 times a week to encourage and guide your team.
Send individual E-cards to your team members to congratulate them if they have achieved something, to give them tips or to remember to something they forgot to do.
Send a team newsletter to your team members once a week to guide them, to ensure you that they are up to date on program improvements.
Explain to your team members the importance of these improvements for themselves and for SFI. So they can quickly adapt themselves to this change.

Leaders are readers.
After 30 days many of your team members will be able to browse the site for training.
Encourage them to visit the forum and read answers to the Ask SC tab. They will find information that will be useful to them.
Tell them to regularly read the LaunchPad Lesson Day 28: the rules of success. They will learn, among other useful things, why and how to set goals.
Invite them to read gradually the trainings and the tools that are available on the Affiliate Centre.

Assist them
Do not miss an opportunity to tell your team that you are there to help them.
If a team member asks you a question give him the answer within 24 hours.
Invite your team members to join your co-op if you have any especially if they have difficulty recruiting.
Reward your PSA who just attain the EA status with Gift Certificate with which he can buy a TCredit and win 102 VP. He can play a game or bid on a micro auction.

To conclude
If you are a good leader and if your team members are serious to succeed they will follow your guidance and hopefully they will overcome their confusion and you’ll have your duplication.

If you are capable to meet the following 3 conditions, then you should know that you are capable of buiding a successful SFI business.

Here are those 3 conditions:
1. having access to the Intenet,

3. having the will to succed.

Hello,
Almost everyone starts SFI business without investing money.
It's after a period of a few days to a month that some start investing.
During this time we try to learn how it works and, while learning we gaining AVPs and we attain easily the Executive Affiliate (EA) rank without spending a single penny.

It's after this period that with our EA status, the knowledge and the confidence we have gained, most of us are beginning to have their first investment in the form of Standing Order (SO) with 1500 SVPs.

If you do not want to invest money in your SFI business, here is what I think you can try:
+ Start recruiting PSAs and teach them how SFI program does work,
+ Convince them to buy the New Member Pack (https://www.sfimg.com/FT) or an other item worth at least $ 20 at TripleClicks to become Fast Tracks.
At the beginning of the next month, if they are willing to have a Standing Order with at least 1500 SVPs they will become EA2 and you will have 100 AVPs on each of them.
In addition you will have commissions on each Standing Order and on every purchase made by each of your PSAs. You'll have commissions on every VP earned by your PSAs with the rank of EA2 or above. (Read your Compensation Plan for details).

You also need to refer merchants to TripleClicks using the methods available on the Affiliate Center.
When an ECA you refered to TripleClicks has listed his 1st item you have automatically 100 AVPs. You also earn 100 AVPs when one of your PSAs who has opened an ECA has listed his 1st item.
In addition, you will earn commissions every time your PSAs and ECAs will sell something on TripleClicks.

With all the AVPs and the money you will earn from your PSAs and merchants that you refered to SFI you will need to set a Standing Order with 1500 SVPs to be a Team Leader.
you must have at least 1500 SVPS for attaining the status of Team Leader.

There is no secret to making money in SFI. Everything is said clearly in the SFI Basics.

Here is what’s said in the SFI Basics:
1. Collect as many VP as you can. Do not just take the VPs. Read the contents of each tab before taking the VPs attached to it.
2. Recruit new affiliates and teach them to work like you do. If you have a team of good workers you’ll will earn on each VP of your PSA / CSA that will be EA2 or above. You’ll earn 45%/15% of the Commission Volume on every purchase made by each of your PSA/CSA.

3. Generate sales at TripleClicks by promoting it, its ECAs and their products. This promotion can be done on social networks, by emails, on your blog, your website, safe lists, traffic exchange or by posting classified ads.
