I would say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time that is wrong.

First, an affiliate need 1500 VP each month to maintain the Executive Affiliate rank.
By doing all the daily 1 VP actions he will have about 360 VP by the end of the month.
In these conditions he can enter the Daily Grand free draw each day.
He has the opportunity to win prizes there up to 6 times a month.
These prises can be 50 VP, 100 VP, 200 VP, 50 MRP, 10 TCredits and so on.
Each of these prizes can contribute to collecting VPs.
It's clear that VPs collected from daily actions can help in maintaining the EA rank.

Secondly, I would say to this affiliate that who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time that these actions remind us that we have to put in practice the lessons, the tools and the trainings available on the Affiliate Center if we want to succeed in this business.

The daily 1 VP actions are a memory aid of all these lessons, tools and trainings SFI provided to his affiliates.
By doing your daily 1 VP actions you are
- visiting our TripleClicks, our store,
- connecting to the ECA of the day if you wish it,
- promoting the ECA of the day if you want,
- reading tips you can find no where else,
- reading answers to questions you may have,
- seeing where to find answers to questions you may have,
- seeing banners, tools, ...
- remembering that there a marketing aid on the Affiliate Center,

Finaly I would say to this affiliate that the 1 VP we get by doing each Daily Action is a bonus given for having revised our lessons.
For succeeding we have to put what we have learnt in practice.

Of course you can add your own touches and strategy.
The SFI system works well. But we are 2 millions to use it this can be problematic.
For example, some social networks treat any post containing the SFI logo as spam.

In addition and above all, if everyone is limited to only use the SFI system everyone will have the same result.
Then don't limit your self. At it's said, only the sky is your limit.

Use the SFI system as a starting point and add your own tools and strategy without breaking the SFI rules.

Being an ECA allows you to manage your business yourself:
+ listing the products of your choice,
+ fixing prices yourself,
+ Adjusting prices if necessary,
+ selling in auction if you want,
+ Selling some items in hot deal or clause out if necessary, and so on.

An ECA cash the entire selling price of his products decreased the 15% tax accruing to SFI.

In addition, an ECA earns sales VPs on each sale which may enable him or her to win the E365 competition, to confirm his/her status within the hierarchy or to achieve a higher ranking.

Refering an ECA allows you to earns:
+ 100 VP as soon as the first item listed by this ECA is approved.
+ 45% of the commission volume each time an item will be sold by this ECA.

By cons, you have no control over the ECA you referred.
He can do what seems good to him including giving up at any time.

In comparison, it appears that being an ECA is more beneficial than referring an ECA.

But in my opinion it would be more beneficial to do both, if you can.

A Superstar shines much more than other stars.
He reaches at least the rank of Bronze Team Leader in a month.
Some Superstars begin immediatly to build their team of PSAs.

Generally a superstar does not need his Sponsor's help.

But we have already seen some of those Superstars losing their status of Team Leader in their second month when VPs are hard to win.

So do not forget to take care of your normal PSA et CSA.

"How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates"?

I motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates by sending TM to all my PSAs and CSAs via the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer or Genealogy Group Mailer.
I was lucky to be contacted by some affiliates who, until then, had never done anything.
I worked closely with one of them until he became an Executive Affiliate.
The following month everything has become difficult: communication, VP, etc....
On her profile, it is stated that his first language is English.
He knows some questionable words. He did not always understand my messages.

When I wanted to send him a gift certificate to help him confirm the EA status he refused saying “no, my employer pays for communications”.
It was my turn not to understand.

Then, keep sending team mails to all you PSAs/CSAs.
If any of your sleeping PSA/CSA contacts you, try to know him/her better. It’s in this way that you can help him.

But if you want to wake up one of your sleeping PSAs/CSAs who do never react to your team mails ask yourself why he/she is inactive?
When you will know the answer to that question you will know if you can motivate him or no.

Always remember your Launch Pad Lessons: It said that “some will, some won’t”. Then go on recruiting new affiliates and “work with the workers”.

Here is what you can do to attract the attention of your Sponsor!
+ Send an answer of the welcome message you received to your Sponsor.
+ Comment your Sponsor's short messages posted on the Stream page.
+ Show dedication by logging in everyday and doing your TO-DO List actions.
+ Contact your Sponsor and let him know how you are doing.
+ Contact your Sponsor with any questionn you may have.
+ Let him know that you need his guidance. Use the SFI lines of communications (E-card, Chatting, ...).
+ Go on working even your Sponsor does not respond because this is not his business. It's your's..

Do not worry if your Sponsor is pretending not to have noticed you.
He have certaily other priorities.

+ Contact your Co-sponsor or another of your Upline Team with any question you may have.
+ Post your question on the Forum or ask the Community of SFI as you just do it.
SFI is 17 years old. During all this time thoussands of Affiliates had the same problems you are facing now. they solve them. Just search these to places and find out answers to all your questions.

You can succeed without a dedicated Sponsor. Many Affiliates did it before you.
