While your weekly/bi-weekly/monthly newsletter to your team can be "generic" group mailings (they should still be personalized as much as possible), your welcome letters to new PSAs need to be "personal".

You should take the time to look at each of their Affiliate Snapshots and VP Ledgers to get an idea of who you are dealing with and what you can offer them to help them get started in the best way.

For example, there are times your new PSA may have already completed their Fast Track training and have more than 1,000 VP before you have the chance to send their welcome letter. If you are sending out a "generic" welcome letter that encourages them to complete the Fast Track training then they are going to know that you haven't taken a personal interest in them enough to see what they've already done, which could put some of them off.

One of the keys to success in this business is the relationships we make with our PSAs and that relationship starts with their welcome letter, so it should encourage them to want to form that relationship with you by being as personal to that PSA as possible.

You must first define what "success" means to you in regards to your SFI / TripleClicks business.

Having a clear vision of what your success in your business looks like is the first step in obtaining that success. It will also make clear to you what actions (yearly, monthly, weekly, daily goals) you need to take to get to where you're trying to go. Think of your definition as your destination and your actions (goals) as the road map to get you there.

While one person may feel that logging in everyday and doing their To-Do List is "successful" in SFI, another may not feel "successful" until they are making $10,000 per month with a downline of 1,000,000 affiliates.

You get to decide when you are successful in SFI and TripleClicks and exactly what that success looks like.

In this business, communication is the name of the game.

There is no such thing as "too much communication".

If you are just starting out, I would encourage you to contact your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and/or other upline anytime you have a question, concern or need any kind of support.
(Caution: Don't become dependent on your upline for everything. SFI has a treasure house full of information with answers to almost any question. If you look for it yourself and can't find an answer, then contact your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor.)

I don't believe there is any sponsor that would be upset hearing from their downline. Quite the contrary, I think all are extremely happy when their PSAs/CSAs contact them because it is a sign that you are working and want to grow.

Sponsors also love to hear what is going on in your business. You can contact them to talk about what is going well or to get advise on marketing, etc.

Open lines of communication will not only let your sponsor help you build your business, it will also give you training on how to interact with your downline in the future!

The only problem is that so many people just starting out in SFI "overlook" the shortcuts, and come to the conclusion that SFI is not for them before even getting started.

I consider these shortcuts, because if you'll take the time to read and learn what is being taught one each of these pages you'll be light years ahead of 99% of people who try to start a business online.

There are also several paid shortcuts available, but I highly recommend the S-Builder Co-Op as number 1 to get a fast start growing your downline.

It is difficult sifting through all the "dirt" on the Internet trying to catch a glimpse of "gold". One thing I always tell people interested in starting an online business, though, is "Don't get so caught up in digging for gold that you fail to see the diamond right in front of you."

SFI is literally a diamond in the rough.

When I found SFI, I was working with another online business that I had been pouring nearly $200 / month into for close to a year and never had one sale! After signing up for SFI and doing all the initial tasks available to newbies, I noticed on my second day that I had already earned $.50!! I know that fifty cents isn't much, but to actually to have MADE money without SPENDING any... That was enough proof for me that SFI is for real!

Encourage your prospects to do their due diligence. Just remind them not to get caught up in the paralysis of analysis.

SFI is free to check out so they have nothing to lose and everything to gain if they are willing to put in the work.

To the best of my knowledge, it isn't possible to "pursue" CSAs (except by becoming a Team Leader and earning shares of Second Home CSAs).

If you're looking to build a team, then definitely PSAs are the way to go.
Use all methods at your disposal (advertising, S-Builder Co-Op, PSAs to Go, etc.) to get your PSAs and then teach them to do the same.

You're CSAs will be assigned to you automatically by SFI depending on your rank.

It's definitely worth it to "keep them in the loop" by sending your team newsletter at least once a week.

Individual support however, should be reserved for those who are taking action.
Once a PSA/CSA starts logging in and "showing signs of life", then it would be a good idea to approach them individually and offer assistance in building their business.
