When starting a new venture, you should always make sure first before spending money on a business. Budget yourself between $20 & $50 dollars. This amount won't break your bank. In the first month with SFI, just concentrate on the launchpad and basic tabs, and logging in daily. Then spend a little on what you think can help you move your business forward.

Hello,
Leading by example, show them what works for you. Steer them in the right direction. Let them know what is working for you. Where you advertise and buy from your site. Your techniques will help them duplicate your methods. Provide positive insight and encouragement to your team. Then they will pass on their knowledge to others.

Hello,
I would contact my Sponsor and let them know your goals. What you want to accomplish for you and your business. Ask them questions on how they can help you achieve this. Let them know their guidance is helpful in moving forward. Stay in contact with them on a weekly basis. Give progress reports to your Sponsor. A good Sponsor will welcome the interaction you are developing. Team Building is what moves you forward.
Hope this helps.

Actually both ways will generate new prospects. Advertising a single item is a good way to bring new visitors to your site. Anyway you showcase your business is great marketing. If you have the time to advertise single products, which will bring customers to you then do it. Spreading the word is marketing, and growing your business is what it is all about.

Hello,
Actually both, you can advertise at the same time earn your VPoints to qualify for EA.
For me I have used and purchased from my Triple Clicks site ECA'S that offer advertising while I earned VPoints. So it is a win win situation. When you start out in SFI, it's good to following the training. Plus they guide you to becoming successful. If you focus on both and achieve your goal then you are on your way. Having a standing order that earns you points monthly is a great start every

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

Great question, actually both. Any type of communication is critical. Sending out a general email through SFI's mailer let's your team know you are there to help them. Sending out a email to their personal email, let's them have a one on one with you. Then you can guide them towards the direction they want to head towards.

Hello,
When new members join, you need to let them know to login and view their basic and launchpad tabs daily. To finish their profile page, upload a picture and set goals. Don't rush through everything. There is a lot of information being offered. Inform new members to explore SFI and Triple Clicks. Most important let them know they can contact you when they need help.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

That depends on the PSA. Some people have leadership qualities from their personal life that they bring into their new ventures. As long as you have a open communication with the PSA(s), and as long as they can read up on the training and login daily. Then welcome their enthusiasm, and their eagerness to move forward.

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

Yes,it is worthwhile,it can open the door for that PSA to have a repour with you. Creating your own welcome to my team letter is great too. When new members join they are a little reserved. They don't know what to expect. By you making them feel comfortable, they will relax and enjoy what is in front of them. The opportunity to become successful.
