I have found that Co-ops are a great way, a focused way, of getting quality PSA's. From my own observations, PSA's from co-ops are many times more likely to earn 1000 VP or more, than PSA's bought direct from TripleClicks or won in Auctions.

Many people are spending $36.25 a month to buy 125 TCredits to re-qualify as EA. For an extra $22 on SO you can add a co-op share and help along your duplication process.

Apart from using my gateways. the S-Builder Co-op is the only way I now use for getting new PSA's into my team.

Promote it as a Second chance for those that did not get a Fast Start originally. Point out all the goodies that go with it including the T Credits and 30 days extra Daily Grand entries and how it improves their chances of success.

You can actually order with your first order, if you can afford it, a maximum of 5 packages which is an absolute boomer with 5 lots of goodies.

Be careful though that you do not scare off those affiliates that cannot afford it and there is a large percentage of affiliates who can't. Point out the gateways to them and get them success through duplication.

Everything SFI does is on a monthly basis. It pays its commissions on a monthly basis. It awards CSAs on a monthly basis. VP is the measurement stick by which qualifications and other awards are made.

If you had 10,000 VP one month and nothing the next, you would expect to be rewarded for your first month but not for your second.

The only way SFI, your sponsor and you can tell immediately how you are going at any particular time is from your VP count. So it just makes sense for your VP count reverts to Zero each month.

If you examine the way the other MLM companies, such as Amway and Herbalife, work, and SFI is an MLM company, they all start their measurement of productivity, whether points, product numbers or dollar value, afresh at the start of each month at zero. Fortunately for all SFI Affiliates, the performance hurdles we have to jump to be rewarded in SFI are much easier than for the other MLMs, and as a previous member of over 10 other MLMs before settling on SFI, I believe I can speak with some authority on this.

So stop complaining about losing your precious VP at the start of each month. Just go out and get some more.

If you have the budget, I would do the following:

1. Buy at least one S-Builder Co-op share every month. Make it part of your Standing Order. Once they start rolling in, you will get 5-10 quality PSAs a month. From my experience, PSAs recruited this way are in general of much higher standard than the PSAs you buy direct from TripleClicks. This is just the start of the duplication process you need to have in place to build a thriving SFI Business.

2. Also every month as part of your standing order, you should buy 125 or 200 TCredits, giving you automatic EA re-qualification.

3. Using (1) and (2) above, it is relatively easy to reach and maintain Bronze Team Leader each month. You can use your TCredits to win more TCredits through PriceBenders Auctions or the Daily Grand.

With 1,500 Sales VP from (2), you only need 1,000 Action VP per month to get to BTL. You can get that 1,000 VP by the following:

Daily Actions every day - 330 VP
Weekly Actions - 140 VP
Bidding at Auctions - 500 VP (You may need to buy some more TCredits)
Playing Knockout Trivia every day - 30 Points
Total - 1,000 Action VP

As a BTL you receive an allotment of reassigned CSAs every month, which can be a big help to building a thriving SFI business. Just this month I received a CSA who had already qualified as an EA2 before the reassignment, but I got the benefit; and in my third month, I was reassigned to a new co-sponsor when I was already a BTL, so CSAs can help a lot.

If you can't afford to do the above, you still have some real alternatives:

1. Go through all your things at home and sell unwanted items on TripleClicks to get some funds for the actions discussed above.

2. Some poorer countries are often rich in handmade crafts. Pottery items and exotic clothes readily come to mind. Tourists snap these items up. Why would they not sell well on TripleClicks with proper advertising and promotion?

If you want to build a thriving SFI business, you can--whether you are from a rich country or a poor country, whether you personally have the money to buy items or not. A positive mindset can overcome most obstacles.

S-Builder Co-op is better by far. I have sponsored nearly 700 PSA's some through the Co-op but by far the majority through PSA's TO Go. There is just no comparison in the quality of the PSA's obtained through The S-Builder Co-op.

Of 690 PSA's, only 61 have earned 1,000 or more VP. Of these 52 (over 85%) came from S-Builder Co-op. Only 1 of the 61 came from PSA's to Go. The remaining 8 came 3 per Key Code 1103 and 5 from Key Code 0;

I know this is only my experience, but I think the sample is big enough to point to a trend. I now do not buy PSA's TO GO. 100% of my PSA's that I pay for, now come from the S-Builder Co-op.

At the end of June 2014, I also received 22 Reassigned CSA's for every S-Builder Co-op Share I was running at the time - a total of 154 totally unexpected CSA's. It may not happen again, but who knows what the future holds?

For me, there is no comparison. S-Builder Co-op every time. Quality beats quantity.

Of course you should approach prospective ECAs, and for that matter prospective Affiliates, differently according to their country or region.

Every country and every region have their own customs and idiosyncrasies. Approaching an ECA in one way in one country may be totally unacceptable in another, where a different approach is needed. It may be in the way one dresses, speech tonality, casually or formally, or whether sexual equality is practiced in that country. It may be nationality or even football game they support. It is so easy to say or do the wrong thing and give
offence where none is intended.Some people are more sensitive than others. But that sensitivity is often substantially reduced when the subject is money, because as we all know, money speaks all languages.

Without wanting to offend anyone or any nation, I imagine that a Basque might have difficulty with a Catalan, a Catholic in Northern Ireland might have problems with a Protestant, or a Jew in the Middle East or a lower caste in India trying to influence an upper caste person.

One needs to study one's prospects closely before approaching them so that the interaction can get off to a good start.

But that is all part of being a good sales person.

This is your business. not your sponsor's, although you form part of, albeit a very small part of your sponsor's business. Whilst your sponsor has a vested interest in your success, it is only a small one. You may be only one of hundreds or thousands of your sponsor's PSAs. Your success depends on you, not your sponsor's help.

Many affiliates never hear from their sponsor and your sponsor may be like this, unfortunately. However it is likely that your sponsor will take an interest in you if you take an active interest in your business. My sponsor has tens of thousands of PSA's but has never failed to help when asked and has pro-actively offered advice from time to time. But if I was not active every day, I doubt if he would notice me.

So, in short, never rely on your sponsor. You have to do the work yourself. By all means ask for advice from your sponsor, but you do not have to take it. It is your business. If your sponsor contributes to your success, treat it as a bonus, as a way of quickening your eventual success. But do not rely on your sponsor to do anything.

Just staying with SFI will not make any worthwhile money for you or lead to your success. The only way to make good money is to follow the SFI plan - Sponsor 5 Active affiliates and show them how to develop 5 active affiliates, who do the same and so on. To get 5 active EA2s or better you have to sponsor anywhere between 500 and 5000 PSAs and work with them to duplicate what you are doing. You can stay in SFI forever and not make money, but if you remain very active in SFI, worthwhile money and success will follow.

I teach my downline to always do the DAILY ACTIONS and the weekly review of the TConnect page every day and every week without fail.

There are several very good reasons for this:

1. There are 330 to 350 VP from these actions which form a good base for qualifying as EA.

2. It reduces the need to use up once only, irreplaceable Action VP. While you can't replace any action VP, i.é.even the Daily Actions once missed cannot be replaced, but a new lot comes up every day.

3. By doing the Daily Actions properly, you learn so much about the business that you will get more and more ideas on how to succeed.

4. By getting at least 10 VP every day you earn at least 1 chance in the Daily Grand every day, which may earn you up to 200 VP or a Prestige Domain or CSA's or 50 MRP, and winning a prize in the DAILY GRAND might be all that is needed to get you going. One of my PSAs got to EA2 recently by winning 200 VP. It saved her from buying TCredits to get there.

Knowing what I know now about SFI I would do the following:

1. Immediately buy myself EA with a standing order of 125 T Credits. This would give me 1500 Sales VP and 100 Action VP. .Cost $36.25
2. I would then buy a fast track membership which would give me 500 Sales VP and 250 Action VP. Cost $20.00. So far 2000 Sales VP and 350 Action VP.
3. I would then confirm my registration - 150 Action VP, whitelist [email protected] - 100 AVP, and complete my affiliate profile - 75 AVP. So far 675 AVP.
4. I would do the daily actions on the To-Do List from Day 1 and weekly review of TConnect page and never miss from then on. Depending on the time of the month I joined this could be worth between 16 and 361 AVP.
5. I would not touch the balance of the To-Do List until Month 2.
6. I would use my TCredits on Pricebenders auctions, and playing zebra games. but only use enough of these to bring up 1000 AVP.
7. If still short of 1000 AVP,(unlikely) go into Launchpad but only read sufficient Launchpad articles to bring up 1000 AVP over all.

I AM NOW BRONZE TEAM LEADER IN MONTH 1.

I could go for STL at this point by raiding the To-Do List, but in hindsight, it is better to hang on to your AVP to maintain BTL in future months.

That gets me on the way if I have $56.25k to spend to start with. Most of our affiliates do not have this monoey.

In that case I would do:

(a) Items 3 & 4 above.
(b) Hunt around my home to see what I could sell on my TConnect Page.
(c) Investigate whether among my fiends, neighbours or colleagues, there were any artworks, artifacts, pottery etc that could supply a demand in the West
(d) Set up an ECA for yourself or your friends etc and sell these artifacts on it.
(e) Sponsor those friends etc.
(f) Use up the To-Do List until you have 1500 VP and stop.

I hope this helps all affiliates in their sponsoring.
