The best way to maintain your SFI position is to buy a standing order and the standing order that will best fit your rank on vacation will be a T125 pack because with that you will earn 1,500 vp for qualification, so that while away you make money. while your PSAs and CSAs and TC members make purchases you will know that you will cart the money even though you are on vacation.
Secondly, to support your team while away, you can connect to them through the social media channel, email and through their phone numbers. if you have a whatapps or Skype application you can easily communicate with them and give them all the necessary details you want to communicate with them, that way your team will know that while still away you care about them and just like John C Maxwell said, 'people don't know how much you know but how much you care'

I don't think you should do neither.why? This is because, encouraging them is bringing your labour over into fruitlessness, the reason is because encouraging them to become team leaders overnight without a team is like being a father without a child to call your own. They won't last in that position because they won't get the result they are looking for, which is the money attached to their matching VP, so they opt out in the end which won't be good for you if they had been active.
To discourage them is to demotivate them. They will think you don't want them to succeed and to make it in SFI.
So, what do you do? explain to them the benefits and the cost of being a leader without yet a team.
One of my team members wanted to do this when i sent an email to my team on how to maintain EA status without buying anything. he was excited and he was about to go into it. i told him the pros and cons of it then he slowed down and asked me, how do i build a team? it was then, he began to recruit people just when he signed up. i was happy for him, because now he knew what it takes to be a good leader in the future.

To advertize to a specific group, do the following:
1. Identify the group you want to reach.
2. Identify the problem/ need of this group. What do they want? Identifying what they want will give you what to do write in your advert. You must solve that problem by linking them to what SFI offers. SFI has a wide range of marketing aids to all people, use it.
3. To advertize, use image as well as text to convey your message. Make it short, clear and precise and connect your gateway to it as their entry point.
4. You must know the language of your target group. What do i mean? Every profession has a language. For instance, Prospect is a language of marketers. Utility and human satisfaction are languages in Economics.
In SFI, we have a language and that is affiliate, STL, GTL etc, Eager Games, TripleClicks etc. You must know the language of that group let it be your target Word to get their attention e.g may be you want to reach the retired, you have to focus on finances and languages in that aspect. You must focus on the word retirement and SFI has it and they are 'Worried about money? Worried about your retirement?' These are languages that attract the retired and that can get their attention. So get the marketing aids that speak the languages of your targeted group.and you'l be successful.
5. Your Content Writing and headline: They are very important. They are the core and the heart of your advert. Let your headline be catchy. Let it speak to their problem. This is where your advert sells itself. Your content must draw out problems being faced by your target group and your content must show them the way out.
Lastly draw in the kill. Show them how SFI can help and what it offers to help. Then show them the route to SFI: Your Gateway.

It all depends on the yard stick you have given yourself when you started out in your SFI business.
1. what was your aim when you entered? what was your long term?
2. How many years did you intend to achieve this?
3. How many PSAs did you intend to invest in?
4. How far do you want your team membership to become?
5. How much do you want to earn in 6,12 months or even 5 years from now?
6. How many people do you want to refer to your store per month? how much sales do your want to make monthly?
These and more, points to your success in SFI and TripleClicks, without which you cannot measure your success.
Goals attained is what shows your level of success. if a person puts his/her goal as follows:
No of PSA/ mth-5
No of sales/ month-$600
No of referrals to store-7
No of ECA referrals-10
No of team membership-40
and he/she attains the above, he/she has actually succeeded.

yes. you must put the following into consideration for an effective meeting. what are they?
1. what is the purpose of your gathering?
2.what is the agenda of memorandum that you have done?
3. what is the time management you have put in place?
4. what are the topics you want discussed? i believe the topics to be discussed should center on the pressing challenges everybody is facing. what is the use of a meeting that is not problem solving?
5. There must be a forum of questions and answers and experiences shared from those present.
6. there must be mutual freedom of expression
7. Those who have better experiences and are leaders in SFI should be given freedom to help and to give a position of leadership even though you brought the gathering together. This singular action can boost your gathering to a larger capacity.
8 Depending on your timing frame, since its a gathering, let a small snacks be offered to boost the meeting and enrich the listening heart of your audience
9. Let the gathering have 'Board of Leaders' by which the gathering is going to grow especially if you want continuity and let each position be rotated
10 A co-op can be opened for the gathering where everybody becomes a participator and money is contributed against next meeting.
11. In the Board of Leaders or Executives, let the minute of the gathering be taken so as to know where you are in your discussion and your next line of action. A secretary should be nominated to handle this.

There are various audiences who come to the internet for a particular reason and there may be lots of things to do if they come across your advert and see the long lengthy page, they will just skip it altogether.
So to get your desired results, compress all your findings about SFI into groups or categories. How? Base it on urgent and very important facts e.g its beginning, growth and achievements. The core of what SFI stands for and in which other facts are imputed altogether.
