Not many people feel comfortable approaching people face to face about a business opportunity. It is mostly the fear of getting a “not interested” reply that makes it so difficult.

Fortunately, when you immerse yourself in a business like SFI, it becomes a lot easier to talk to people about it.

A few suggestions:

1) Get to know all the different aspects of the business as well as how
affiliates benefit. When you know your business and you have confidence

Which is better and why? Promoting SFI and TripleClicks locally and more personally...or globally via the Internet?

Both ways of promoting SFI and TripleClicks should be used, as one is not necessarily better than the other. Each has its own advantages.

When you promote locally you have a better chance of personal contact. A person who has just joined SFI usually relies quite heavily on their sponsor for assistance. If you’re able to meet them in person and guide them through the first few days, they usually have a better chance of success.

Although it takes more of your time initially,

How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?

I’m in the lucky position where those in my family (whose opinion matter), embrace SFI and give me their full support.

That said, even if they did not, I would still build my SFI business.

Why?

Because ultimately, I am the only one responsible for the success or failure of my SFI business.

So, if you are serious about your SFI business and committed to it, let your actions show them what is possible.

Don’t let anybody stand in the way

You can find so much free (and often very good) information on the internet that it’s sometimes difficult to decide what to write about. I find that following a formula helps a lot.

Intro: Give a brief overview of the past week. Mention team members who did well etc.

Body: Find an interesting and informative article about network/internet marketing and rewrite it.

As SFI affiliates we are privileged to have quite a few options available to communicate with members in our downlines.

I don’t really know which I would describe as “the best way” as I use all of them.

If you want to reach your whole downline with a single communication you can :

1) Send a weekly newsletter using the Genealogy Group Mailer. It is quick and you know they receive it on their regular email as well as in the SFI Message Manager.

2) Post

Should I prospect people to become affiliates only from my own country...or from everywhere?

You will be doing yourself a big disservice if you only prospect people from your own country.

Having affiliates from your country can help you in that they are easier to reach and communicate with. However, there is no guarantee that people from your country will be active and productive team members.

If you build a team with people from everywhere, you have people who can help you understand different countries & cultures better.

You can also cultivate team

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

Unfortunately being capable of doing something does not guarantee success. As far as I'm concerned anybody is capable of building a successful SFI business as long as they are willing too :-)

To build a successful SFI business you must:

1) commit and work on your business daily
2) read and learn
3) invest time and money
4) be patient
5) build a team and support them through thick and thin

Wishing you lots of success & a successful SFI

I love that SFI:

Is a well-established, honest and reliable company.

Offers EVERYBODY, regardless of race, language, location, age or gender, the opportunity to build an online business.

Is managed by an exceptional leader and a team of people who really care about others and always have the best interests of affiliates in mind.

Provides excellent training, so even people who are totally new to internet marketing can be successful.

Creating my own SFI co-op...or starting a blog about SFI...which will provide the most value?

Personally I have done both and it’s been working very well for me and my team.

First, I invested in a SFI website with blog features. I then started a co-op for my active team members.

When I advertise I send people to the website where they can get all the information they need about SFI and TripleClicks.

I use the co-op link on the blog for people who are interested to sign up. This way new PSA’s get allocated to team members fairly.

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

Soon after joining SFI I realized that it’s possible to build a massive team if you’re happy that most of them are inactive.

Because having a massive, inactive team can’t grow my business, I decided I would rather recruit serious affiliates. It might take longer to build my team, but in the end it is worth it.

I still have many PSA’s from shortly after I joined SFI who are totally inactive …

But,

I now have 4 PSA’s who are doing very well
