The best way to build a profitable SFI business using the S-Builder co-op is to work with people who are team builders. Everyone doesn't have a budget set aside for something like the S-Builder but every one can work towards it. The activity percentage is as good as the source of the affiliates. As affiliates we don't control this part but we can offer our best support to all of the affiliates we recruit.

That said, leverage the S-Builder so that you can focus on support. By participating in the S-Builder, your network and commissions are growing on auto-pilot so to speak. This means that you don't have to set campaigns to promote for PSAs, ECAs, or PRMs. You don't even have to promote any other TC product but the S-Builder. Undoubtedly, over time some of your recruits will turn out to be ECAs, and PRMs. Moreover, every active affiliate has lifetime customer value which leads to commissions. Recommend that your team invests in the S-Builder as they can afford. Why? You want to leverage all of the matching VP as your network grows. Some of your affiliates will no doubt buy more shares than others. That's okay. By leveraging versa points across your network you will create some serious income over time as your network grows and you focus on support otherwise. Since there are already 1001 different things demanding your effort this is certainly a power tool that packs a powerful punch. It does provide a cost-effective solution for recruiting affiliates because the cost of a share is fixed.

Nevertheless, the S-Builder is a long term solution for a stronger SFI business. I know that you may be able to get more affiliates for less and probably get better quality too because you can control the campaign. Therefore you need to have a good understanding of internet marketing before you undertake running a co-op on your own. The downside is your costs can be exponential without the proper understanding. I learned this from experience.

Hit tracking is just a way of measuring your traffic to your ads. You can improve your ads by closely monitoring hits over a period of time. For example in a split test, you are testing the profitability of 2 ads called Ad A and Ad B.

You are testing the overall responsiveness of 1 gateway over another gateway. The first gateway, http://www.sfi4.com/xxxxxx.5/free and http://www.sfi4.com/xxxxxx.7 The first gateway recruits PSAs and the second gateway is recruits PRMs. After a week of promotion, the first gateway comes to 100 hits and the second gateway comes to 75 hits. From those hits you net 2 PSAs and 5 PRMs.

According to traffic, the 1st gateways appears to get more traffic but the second is more productive. After tweaking your ads and another week, you find the first gateway has 200 hits and 1 more PSAs. The second gateway produces 250 hits and 2 more PRMs. Therefore, it can be concluded that either gateway 1 is less attractive or that ad source less productive. Further testing is needed to make a final determination.

Consequentially, it is clear that hit tracking and key coding is a highly effective way to monitor your promotional efforts. You can determine which gateways work best for your ads and which places those ads are most effective. It becomes a game of cat and mouse. The better you learn to play the game of advertising the better results you will get and the more success you will have. The key is to promote, promote, promote, and when you've promoted . . .promote some more! Always track your ads for improvement based on results.

To set up a system to organize and track your advertising you must set goals. Most affiliates fail to set the expectation early on and therefore they are unable to get the most out of their advertising. Another mistake commonly made is trying to advertising in too many places at one time without proving which is most effective.

Therefore, it is a must that you outline your goals. How many PSAs are you looking to recruit? How many ECAs are you looking to recruit? How many SFIPPAs are you looking to recruit? Which products do you plan to promote? How many PRMs are you looking to recruit? All of these questions demand an answer within a reasonable timeline.

Now that you know what results are acceptable for your promotion now you must learn how to create effective ads that get results. There is a lot of information available on writing effective ads. You can find some here: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/ I recommend that you choose about 3 to 5 sources of advertising to run your test ads. Your first ads are going to be test ads to see what kind of feedback your ads will get from the advertising sources.

Moreover, you will keycode each of your ads so that you will be able to ascertain which ad sources are generating web traffic in the form of hits. It shall come to pass that every PSAs, ECAs, or SFIPPA you recruit accordingly will be key coded in your genealogy. Be sure to devote about 1 1/2 hours to promoting and more if time permits.

In the course of time, you will have data that can be used to determine which sites yield the best traffic. Remember, all of your advertising should be results based. If you are not reaching your goals within a reasonable period of time of due diligence then move to another source. There are many places and platforms to advertise on. This is an on going process and ads will continue to be tracked and monitored for improvement. When your goals are met then raise the standard. Soon you will find that you will be recruiting PSAs, ECAs, PRMs, and SFIPPAs on a regular basis. Best of all, you will start to see sales and therefore increase your commissions.

Keeping everything focused on the main benefits of joining, can be the key to success or failure. SFI provides free gateways that work well for recruiting PSAs, PRMs, SFIPPAs, and ECAs. Each of them are designed with a theme in mind.

However if you are designing your own squeeze page which is perfectly okay as long as you don't misrepresent the facts. Don't download company graphics for background images but instead link to them. This keep you out of copyright infringement and violation as well as current with the latest approved marketing tools. Keep all pertinent bullets and the form above the fold and remember that your goal is not to educate your prospect on EVERYTHING that is SFI on your squeeze page. Instead, it is to wet the prospects desire for a better lifestyle, or standard of living. Keep it simple and it will work like a charm. How much time should I allow before I should expect to be producing income from SFI? How long do you want it to take? Not long at all! I don't think anyone signed up with SFI and said well I'll work hard for 5 years at it and then expect to make money! That's just plain silly. No one wants to waste their time on a fantasy. So I say you should work from day 1 to earn your first commission check in about 45 days and yes, it's very possible! The reason it takes 45 days or so (give or take) is because affiliates are paid retroactively. So this month's activity will not be paid until next month around the 10th or so. So you should be earning income in your first month. It may not be what you'd like it to be but it is still income!

However, if you are one of those person's who is looking for a six figure income from SFI then I'd say you need a longer range plan. How long depends on you and the type of affiliates you recruit. If you are a go getter and you have a network of go getters then you could very possibly be earning 6 figures in less than 2 years.

Yet, if you are passive and hit and miss and so is your network then you will die more than likely before you hit six figures! You can still make some good residual income after several years but why approach anything half-heartedly. Go all in and give it everything you got! Then if you hit your benchmark, set another benchmark. Set a 2 yr, 5yr, 7yr and 10yr benchmark. Set up smaller goals in between. That's what I am doing and I've been in for more than 5 years and I haven't hit six figures but I have managed to make some benchmarks. In the next 2 to 5 years I expect my current income to grow exponentially.

So, set smaller short term income goals and larger long range goals. Then stay on track with your progress and before you know it you will be make the income you desire. Take what you get in the beginning and reinvest it so that you can take a bigger draw in the future.

TripleClicks gift cards are a great way to introduce your prospects to TripleClicks. Once they are there, they will see what the excitement is about. I believe that it's best to let the new PRM discover SFI because you don't want to distract them from participating at TripleClicks. We understand that you can become an affiliate and share in the profits at TripleClicks. But giftcards are intended to get customers. Therefore, you want your new PRM to be totally focused on taking advantage of the perks of the gift card. When they find something they love they are likely to tell their friends about you and you will get another PRM for the price of one! This is referred to as the endless chain. Everyone knows at least 10 people. So if you tell 10 people who get excited about TripleClicks and they tell 10 people you can get 100 PRMs in less than a week!

However if you try to incorporate SFI then you have to shift their focus from spending a little money to investing money in hopes of a return on their investment. That's a horse of a different color. Sponsoring PSAs is done with different tools and resources. So, I say stick with the intended purpose - get PRMs and if you get one really excited about TripleClicks that could multiply very quickly for you because people love to shop for bargains and gifts for their friend. You have anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, and just shopping because it's fun to buy something new. Morever, if they find out about SFI then they can always convert and you'd be glad they did either way.

There are plenty of ways to involve your family members with your SFI business as partners. Here are several positions that come to mind:

1. President - someone who will oversee every member of the company to ensure that their time, gifts, and assignments maximize profits for the good of the business.

2. Vice-President - someone who reports directly to the President as it relates to particular area of expertise. For example, the Vice-President of Marketing would oversee all aspects of marketing to include public relations.

3. Director Email Marketing Operations - handles all email communciation for the company.

4. Director Website and Banner Design - handles all website properties and their design for the purpose of branding, lead generation, conversions, and information.

5. Social Media Consultant - handle all social media posts and content.

6. Executive Administrative Assistant - to assist all other with minial tasks pertinent to the success of the task at hand. They do research, run errands, and serve as a gopher for the other 5 partners.

7. Comptroller - tracks each and every financial transaction to include payrol, withdraws, stipends, petty cash, deposits, and bookkeeping.

8. Accountant - analyzes cash flows, net profits, gross margin, and set up, maintain, and audit the books. Every month a finacial statement will show overall profits, losses, assets, and liabilities and be presented to the Vice-President monthly.

As your business grows and more work is demanded I'm sure you will be able to add several other key positions of your own.

People are always talking about sports! So the best way to get your friends to join your league is to talk sports with them. If you drink, then have a drink with them at the pub over a game. At the end of the game, sports enthusiasts love the stats, recaps, and fast breaks. They reminesce over the turnovers, bad calls, good calls, TDs, goals and all that jazz. Finally someone says my team is better than your team and they got all the reasons why! Many affiliates complain about reassignments. But you should be grateful that your sponsor sees you as a leader and wants to help you grow your network. Through proper support and communication some of these PSAs do gain momentum.

Thus, the key to making this transition smooth is excellent communication between the old sponsor & new sponsor with the reassigned affiliate. I do not recommend just reassigning PSAs because they don't seem to respond to your messages. Rather you should reassign those affiliates that do understand why they are being reassigned. Then, the new spHeonsor can welcome the new PSA with a sense of purpose.
