To reassign PSAs in your downline, the most effective strategy i recommend is
1. Review your Movers tab and Genealogy to identify your 5 most active affiliate.
2. Next, you reassign other active PSAs to your 5 most active PSAs you have identified from (1) the above
3. Ensure that the reassign PSAs understands and speak the same language with those to whom they have been reassigned. This is to avoid communication problems that may arise subsequently.
4. Also reassign at least one inactive PSA in addition to each of your 5 most active PSAs. This is to ensure that the inactive PSA will have another sponsor to mentor him/her. Perhaps this action may spur the PSA to return to activity with a new style and method of communication.

a. Effective reassignment of PSAs will enable to be more focus.

b. You also earn matching VP from all your reassigned PSAs, in case you are scared that you will loose Direct Commissions from your PSAs as a result of reassignment.
