In SFI, we should take part to reassign people in our downline and must understand that the type of people that you recruit could determine your success. Needless to say, the more leaders you have in your team, the higher are the chances that you and your team will spring right to the top in the shortest time required. Oftentimes, it is the quality and not the quantity that works.
 
1. Be trustworthy to your team members before reassign people to them. You have to make sure that you really know your active downline which at your top 50 movers. To know their activities, their background detail with SFI record. To know them with the details is one of the best strategies to reassign your people to them.

2. Find business minded among your team leaders or pro-active PSA. These are the best strategy to reassign your people under your team to build up their team.

3. Creativity - When come to the strategy of reassign people in your downline, you as a team leader must know which team leader or your PSA, you have to be very creative when reassign people to your downline.

4. Before you reassign people to your downline, you have to think that you have to deal with your downline whether they want to participate in your offer to help them to build their business. This is how to deal with your team to making them excited with your SFI team and for sure they will think of it and agreed with your suggestion, tips and idea. 

5. Explain to them the benefit – we need to explain to them the benefit of being a team leader. Your completed reassign explanation to them is to ensure them to become pro-active.

As a Team Leader, it is very important to have an overview over your organization so that you can take the necessary steps to take your SFI business into the next level. SFI provides Team Leaders innovative tools such as Genealogy and Reassignment tool to expand their network effectively.

Using the reassigning tool effectively will enhance your employment of duplication and expand your network. Here's the most effective strategy in reassigning people in your downline:

- Have an overview of your downline by going to your Genealogy (www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy).  Do not use the reassinment tool, if you don't have personally sponsored EAs in your downline. First you need sponsor new affiliates and train them to become EAs. You need your EAs for Team Leader qualification in terms of action VPs.

- As soon as you have built your committed EA2s base, which will qualify you to become TL, you'll need to continue at the same time sponsoring and training your new PSAs to become EAs.

- Reassign your newly EAs to yout committed EA2 base. Train and support your EA2 base to become Team Leaders. By doing this you'll be increasing your earnings on the largest matches of your generation 1 affiliates.

- Help your Team Leaders to duplicate the steps above going downward in your organization.


Team Leaders will most likely commit as they'll going to see the fruits of their labors. You'll be building residual income stream as a result of effectively using the reassigment tool.

In my experience, the most effective strategy is to reassign PSAs to my EAs (and only to EAs) as either a reward for their efforts, or as an incentive.

Everyone in my first generation team who qualifies as an EA2 gets one or more PSAs reassigned as a reward, and if a newly qualified EA starts the next month off well, I will give them a PSA or two as an incentive to keep going. If I do not have enough new direct recruit PSAs to meet the requirements, I will buy PSAs To Go.

I also try to match up the PSA to the EA, to an extent. For example, if both of them are in the same country where English is not the primary language, they may be able to communicate more easily, and hopefully the EA will understand the economic reality there better than I do, so they may be a more suitable mentor for the new PSA, and this helps both parties.

But I rarely reassign inactive PSAs. I prefer to reassign new PSAs, ideally within minutes of their signing up to SFI.

If I am thinking of reassigning an inactive PSA, I will ask the PSA first whether they would rather work with someone who is closer to home, or who speaks the same language. If they don't bother to reply, then I assume they have lost interest for now, and they stay where they are until they become active again. Reassigning 'dead wood' can be discouraging for the EA you reassign them to.

This is a highly technical question that may confound many affiliates because not many affiliates have ever bothered with reassigning other affiliates. For effective reassigning, I believe taking the following into consideration can yield the best results.

1. Make a list of your very active PSAs and encourage them to team leadership positions.
2. Identify your weak PSAs and reassign/distribute them to your PSAs who have shown leadership qualities.
3. Put in place a credible reward system to continuously reward your PSAs who meet the mark.
4. Congratulate and reward every major milestone in your downline.
5. Use your reassignment tool sparingly since you can only reassign an affiliate once.
6. Reward affiliates who win in your organized competitions with reassigned PSAs.
7. Encourage team leaders to compete among themselves for more reassigned PSAs.
8. Encourage your reassigned PSAs to rate their new sponsors critically.
9. Let the new sponsors know about the critical ratings expectations from their new CSAs.
10. Be honest, fair, just and very business-like when reassigning affiliates.

Unless we develop a Strong and Active Team and ensure it multiplies at a reasonable pace we ourselves will not grow!!

If we do not show results of our growth for others to see how can we introduce people to SFI Business?? Fact!! isn't it??

So, Success here depends on one major Factor - DUPLICATION!!

In order to ensure this, reassignment is a tool available to all of us.
This will be effective only when we take care of the following factors while reassigning members to our Team Members:

1. It should be a kind of motivation to a Team member who is sincere but is unable to create a PSA of his own;

2. Inactive PSA should not be transferred to a Team Member who is also inactive;

3. Reassignment should not be done just with an aim to get some VersaPoints;

4. Reassignment should be done to a Team Member who is promising and active;

5. Reassignment does not absolve of our responsibility towards that particular person; We should do enough follow up;

6. Reassignment helps in developing small Teams within the Team. By this, we will be able to focus our attention on weak areas of our Teams;

7. Reassignment should help in taking corrective action at the right time so that growth remains consistent for all the Team Members;

8. If we assign members Country wise/City wise/Area wise it will do a lot of good to the Team, as such.

The spirit of Reassignment should be: Together we Grow!! Together We Win!!

This should always be remembered and demonstrated when ever we indulge in Reassignment of Members!!!

To reassign effectively you need to to be clear why you are reassigning. Remember you are deal with people.

I reassign only to those people who are workers and appear to be ready to sponsor other affiliates. This is normally when they have reached EA or TL status.

I reassign for the following purposes:
- To provide training on sponsoring to my PSA
- Someone they can send Streams and Mailers to so that they get extra VP
- As an incentive for aspiring EA and TL members of my team
- To start or to help with building up my PSA own team of affiliates
- I have affiliates who do not understand English so I assign them to those who speak the same language. This helps me, the affiliate with no English and also his new sponsor.

Firstly you need to have a sizeable number of personally sponsored executive affiliates (EA). This is because training and maintaining your EAs can qualify you as a Team Leader and you also accumulate valuable versapoints. If you want to keep receiving the benefits if being a TL then it is advisable not to reassign to many of your personally sponsored EAs.

Secondly you need to know the reason why you want to reassign someone. If your reason is just to earn the 5 VPs than that is not a good reason. The reason why you reassign is “leverage.” You can have thousands of PSAs in your first generation but if they don’t find success you are going to lose most of them. For this reason you need to develop Team Leaders. You will almost certainly benefit from Team Leaders because they will remain committed and active.

The more Team Leaders you have the more you enhance your earning potential because Team Leaders will have their own profitable teams and you have created another residual income stream which works almost like auto-pilot with little attention on your part.

To put it in a nutshell you are better off with 5 TLs on your frontline, than 25 EAs, or even 50 EAs.

There are a number of different strategies for reassigning people, and they should be used in different situations.

1. If you have more active PSAs than you can support effectively (lucky you!) consider reassigning some based on personality, lifestyle, timezone, or any other reason you think they will work well together. Make sure the PSA being reassigned understands you are doing this because their new sponsor will be able to offer them more effective support.

2. If one of your PSAs is working very hard, you can reassign an "up and coming" PSA to show you recognise their efforts and want to help. I would only do this if the PSA has been EA2 or higher for at least a few months. Again, make sure the PSA being reassigned understands they are being reassigned to someone who is well equipped to help them on their SFI journey, and bear in mind the personality/lifestyle/timezone factors I mentioned above.

3. If you have an enthusiastic PSA who speaks a different language to you, consider reassigning them to a PSA who does speak their language. As above, always make sure the PSA understands they are being reassigned to make their SFI journey easier, and only reassign to a PSA who has been EA2 or above for some time. (I got caught out early on, and reassigned PSAs based on language to someone who was very keen in the short term, but soon got bored with SFI and moved on to the next "shiny" thing.)

Finally, if you feel tempted to reassign PSAs to get the bonus VP, this is a bad reason, and should be avoided. There are plenty of other ways to earn VP, and if you're going to reassign team members, the reason for it should be more substantial than just earning a few VP.

If you've read this far before voting, there are a couple of things I want to repeat:

1. Whenever you reassign a PSA, make sure it's for a good reason, and that the PSA understands what that reason is.

2. Only reassign PSAs to team members who have been active for some time, and who you know are committed to SFI.

You need to keep in mind that you can only reassign your personally sponsored affiliate. Also, an affiliate can be reassigned only once.

3. Let's first consider that why you'd want to reassign someone. After all, you earn the largest matches on the affiliates on your first generation.
The reason, in a word, is "leverage." Yes, you could put dozens or hundreds or even thousands of affiliates on your first generation. But if they are not scoring any Versa Points or finding no success, you're going to be losing them out the back door as fast as you have them coming in the front door. You will find this to be very frustrating, and it is simply not the best way to build a large, secure income.
Your basic aim is to develop SFI Team Leaders. Because, for one thing, a Team Leader is almost certainly going to be making a profit in SFI, so they're going to be much more likely to be engaged and active. The more Team Leaders who develop in your organization, the more security you build for yourself. This is because, as Team Leaders of their own profitable teams, they have their own vested interest in keeping their businesses growing.

4. This is, of course, exactly what you want! Every time you develop a new committed TL, you've created another residual income stream that can keep bringing in money for you with minimum attention on your part!
Not only have you created another residual income stream, but one that can grow month after month because it's headed by a TL who has his or her own interest in building a larger and larger group and commission check.

5. In other words, you are better off with five TLs on your frontline, than 20, 30, 40 or even 50 EAs.
