If you want to keep receiving the benefits if being a TL then it is advisable not to reassign to many of your personally sponsored EAs.
Secondly you need to know the reason why you want to reassign someone. If your reason is just to earn the 5 VPs than that is not a good reason. The reason why you reassign is “leverage.” You can have thousands of PSAs in your first generation but if they don’t find success you are going to lose most of them. For this reason you need to develop Team Leaders. You will almost certainly benefit from Team Leaders because they will remain committed and active.
The more Team Leaders you have the more you enhance your earning potential because Team Leaders will have their own profitable teams and you have created another residual income stream which works almost like auto-pilot with little attention on your part.
To put it in a nutshell you are better off with 5 TLs on your frontline, than 25 EAs, or even 50 EAs.
