I honestly believe one can get a message a cross to people no matter what.
First you need to make sure you not preaching to yourself 92 percent of that is the case.
Next it's all how you put it across, and what mood you are in at the time. If you not
having a good day better you walk away from confrontation until your head is thinking
right. You don't want to afend anyone.
Always have a plan B or a back up plan. Be consistent always.
When emailing use guidelines especially for constructive criticism, you may explain in your emails, why/when/how/why/who/where.
