I will not advice you to criticize your downline in any form because they are not your workers or rivals, but see them as partners that have their individual missions, objectives, goals, styles, strengths and weaknesses. What is actually expected of you is to guide, communicate, encourage, assist and lead them in a positive way in order to enhance their chances of success.

In this regard I think the best action will be to offer 'constructive' and selfless advice where necessary and desist

Most people do not respond well to criticism, even if it is considered constructive by the person offering it. It would therefore be much better if you offer support and advice, rather than criticism.

You have to remember that you are working with a team of grown-up people. Each is building his/her own business and most probably won't take kindly to being criticized.

I know how frustrating it is when you see people not doing everything they can to succeed. The urge to criticize

Positive, constructive criticism shows an affiliate or group of affiliates how to better use the tools at their disposal by simultaneously correcting a weakness and engaging enthusiasm.

For example, suppose you have an affiliate who is accumulating PSAs rapidly, yet isn't following through with duplication or other leadership issues. You could say something like this:

"Hey, congratulations on putting so much effort into building your downline--once you start training

It is a great question that everyone need to think about.
I believe you need to guide your down lines to the right
Direction for them to be productive and knowledgeable
Especially and critically for the first month. Since 95%
Of them making an honest mistake not understanding
The business in different areas.

For one you can suggest and guide them how they can accumulate
Their VersaPoints and how far they need to move on their Rank level

Hi Maja,

For my movers I am always praising them about their signing in and, if they need my help with their downlines I am here for them.

However, I just did start doing this and it did work somewhat. I always look to see how well some of the others are doing on the genealogy report and if I notice their points are not moving upward, or they signed in but not much action then I will send them an email saying the following: Subject Line: RE: Question ---- Hi ______, Do you

Suggest!

You can provide positive and constructive instruction in your emails by suggesting ideas for your downline.

Always word your suggestions in a positive light. Suggest to them the things you want them to do--not what you don't want them to do. Example: "I find that logging in daily and doing the items on my To-Do List consistently gives me 11 VP daily. That adds up over a week." Rather than: "Don't miss a day of logging in. You will miss VP." While

Hello Maya,

This is a good question. My understanding of the subject is as follows.

When you refer to constructive criticism, it is meant to offer valid and well-reasoned opinion about the work of others, usually involving both positive & negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one.

The purpose of constructive criticism is to improve the outcome. In collaborative work, this kind of criticism is a valuable tool in raising and maintaining

Criticism is a field of landmines that I would avoid at all costs. You might intend for it to be positive but it might be seen in a totally different way than the way you intended it to be seen.

The reason why I am saying this is - language. My home language is not English but I think I am not doing too bad expressing myself and understanding others but I can tell you one thing - it can sound extremely harsh if you do not know the language. I remember when I was still learning the language

The word criticism is not a very good word to use even if you put adjectives before the words. Let me suggest that we use feedback instead. Although it may mean the same thing hehehehe.

Here is my suggestion on giving feedback (positive, constructive criticism).

1. Use the Feedback Sandwich method.
- You start off by focusing on the strengths—what you like about what he is doing.
- Then, you provide the feedback on areas that needs improvement.
- Lastly, you
