You need to be promoting all the benefits your affiliates will get by being Fast-Track members. By this I mean the benefits other than the AVPs they are going to earn by doing the tasks.
Your serious affiliates will want to take up the opportunity that they have been given. The bonus that they receive by having Fast-Track membership when it comes to the pool payout will more than cover any costs incurred.
