I have thousands of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks Store too! I do have a successful SFI business however.

I'm a Silver Team Leader and have been active for 20 months.
The lowest rank I've ever held is Bronze Team Leader.

I log on to my site every day if possible and do everything I can to learn, to help my team, and to gain versa points.

I participate in the forum, our team Facebook page, and all the programs, ECA (both as a sponsor and participating myself), Wave3, Pricebender Auctions, DistribuStar, games, song downloads, and use my TC Store to purchase gifts and things for myself.

This way I know how to help everyone PSAs and CSAs alike and to keep them up to date on what is happening. Of course I mainly work with the workers and those asking questions. I look at their VP ledgers to give personal tips. The new E-Cards are working out great and many are thankful for the tip.

I find that in the first month it is essential to give tips so that they have enough free versa points to make EA the following month. New affiliates also need to know that if they have not attained EA by the end of the first month, they have to transfer their versa points to the following month before the 7th. There will be a chance to choose that option on the alerts page, just like they will have to accept their CSAs and renew their Wave3 membership.

Some things I do to motivate my team is to put on contests to recognize their accomplishments. I give TCredits, gift certificates, reassignment of affiliates to show how much I appreciate their efforts.

Sometimes you will get lucky and get an affiliate who is self-motivated. Get to know them as a person! These are your keepers. I've reassigned top affiliates to some of these people. Just don't do it until you're sure they are serious about their business and have shown you how hard they are trying and excelling. At least BTL status.

I have asked for, and received reassignments from my sponsor also. This is team effort!

The best advice I have for you is to be persistent, get excited, tell your friends and family all about the different programs offered. And advertise, purchase, or win affiliates at Pricebenders. By the way, you also receive second home CSAs when you are a Team Leader. Your CSAs can really be your strongest asset.

Just don't quit and be an EA or higher every month.

Persevere is the answer.

All the successful members would tell you that they have masses of inactive affiliates. They will also tell you that they have large numbers of people who simply sign up to TripleClicks but seldom or never purchase anything. This is simply part of the business and we have to push past this and persevere. We have to persevere and continue searching for committed affiliates that would see how great this opportunity is. We have to persevere and encourage our inactive team members to become active. We must persevere and continue promoting TripleClicks.

People who sign up as affiliates are inactive for a variety of reasons. Some never login and simply signed up and never come back, perhaps have forgotten about it. Some were simply 'tyre kickers' and were never serious about SFI. Others perhaps could not understand, are afraid, don't have the time, too busy with something else etc.. Whatever their reasons are as long as they have not opted out, the potential is still there for them to become active.

Our role is to encourage them to become active. Continue to be in contact with them, supporting them and trying to help them become active. Don't give up on them. Monitor their activities and if they login encourage them to continue being active.

Tell them stories of successes, show them how to be successful in this business, give them examples, encourage them to take part in Triple Clicks competition, acknowledge and reward them when they achieve some milestone, run some team competitions. Elicit the help of your uplines.

At the same time don't let up in your recruiting efforts and promoting TripleClicks. Keep on keeping on. If you are able to - issue some gift certificates to potential TripleClicks customers. These might start them off purchasing items from TripleClicks and hopefully they will continue to do so.

Have a look at your 'movers' and work with them. Do not neglect your inactive affiliates but focus on your workers. They are the ones that are likely to help you build a successful SFI business. If you don't they might become inactive.

It may take some time to find active affiliates. No matter what the number of affiliates you have now or you get there is no guarantee that they will become
or stay active. There is no way to predict which affiliates will be serious about their SFI business. All you can do is to be the best that you can be as a sponsor.

Send out your Welcomes, encourage them, pass along tips that you learned to help them succeed. You are laying the path for open communication. After that it is up to the affiliates to make their choice of what they will do. Spend your efforts on those that are active.

In terms of your store if you have products that people need and want you won't have to worry about the doubters. If you are advertising your store and your advertising brings customers to your store the doubters won't matter they just make you stronger. Find out from your doubters what is their concern, what products they would like to see, poll them as this can make you business stronger, check out your competitors and make your store stand apart. Success is the best cure for doubters.

Doubtful customers?

Never really understood those, as a positive, sure, and excited affiliate generates positive, sure, and excited customers. If you don't believe in the value and benefit of TripleClicks and use the store yourself it will show in your presentation and make your referrals fearful too. Confidence is very important and this whole question sounds like you are having personal doubts about SFI.

As to the inactive affiliates:

When people visit SFI they don't get a lead capture page to explain a ton of details about the program before they join. Instead they have to join free and their sponsor has to follow up with them and show them the power of SFI, giving them a reason to become active.

If your response to new affiliates is not one of excitement and energy they will not get excited or energetic. Even if it is, only around 2-4% of your PSA will ever accomplish anything in SFI because most sign ups are looking for something that provides more instant gratification and promises overnight wealth. Some may take years to wake from that delusional state and others will decide all of Internet marketing is a scam.

SFI is a great program.

You will not find a better place to be and earn online. I use to be a program owner and could never compile a library of knowledge half as large as that provided here at SFI. This program has been here for 16 years and it's parent company is approaching 3 decades in Network Marketing.

It doesn't get more real than SFI so get those doubts out of your head and show some enthusiasm. It will result in sales and active PSA.

Let me enumerate all the possible income streams we have here at SFI so that we can identify which one are coming from (in)active affiliates and (doubtful) customers in our TripleClicks store, and see if we still have options left to be successful in our SFI business.

Here are our potential sources of income from SFI

1. 45% of commission value (CV) from the purchases of your Personally Sponsored Affiliates. (PSA) - You can not earn this if all your affiliates are inactive.

2. 45% of commission value (CV) from the purchases of your Personally referred members (PRM) - You can not earn this if your prospective customers are doubtful and are not buying.

3. 15% of commission value (CV) from the purchases of your Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA)- You can not earn this if your CSA are inactive also.

4. Share from the Executive Pool which is 40% of the commission value (CV) earned company-wide. - You can only have very minimal share if you don't have affiliates and downline who are turning EA2.

5. 10% of the commission value (CV) of all the sales of your E-Commerce Affiliates (ECA) as royalty. - You can have this if you can bring people to sell at TripleClicks.

6. You can have your online store and sell your products for free.- This is your big potential if you have good products. You can sell it to all SFI affiliates not necessary your own.

7. You can sell your unwanted stuff at home. - You can also have this even if your affiliates are in inactive.

8. You can earn by directing sign-ups to the site, if they do activities, called SFI pay per action program (SFIPPA)- This may not work also if the people you recruit are also inactive.

9. You can receive thousands of rewards in doing certain tasks. - You can have this even if you have inactive affiliates.

10. You can win thousands of prices by joining contest and draws. - You can also have this even if you hav inactive affiliates.

11. You can save up to 99% on gadgets through auction. - This has big potential if you learn the art of bidding. You can sell what you won with big profit margin.

As I have enumerated there are still many earning faucets that we can explore BUT NEVER GIVE IN to the idea that you will not have active affiliates someday. The reality is they are still our major source of income here at SFI.

You just need time and patience to continue to find them. Remember we only need 5 to 10 active affiliates to build our SFI business. Embrace the fact that only 1 to 5 percent of your affiliates will be active. So, play with that number and persevere while you are exploring the other income steams.

You can be successful in many ways. Success is not only about having lots of money. In SFI we learn many aspects of success. If you are able to log in daily, if you are able to communicate and write team mail to your downline and upline. Scoring your versapoints daily is a success, able to advertise your business and able to follow instructions at SFI. All these requires patience and commitments and a desire to do.
First thing to do, is to be a good leader. A good leader is an example to his or her followers. You do, what you want your Affiliates to do, they will see and be inspired to do.
As for doubtful customers yes it takes time and effort to change peoples mindset and even impossible at times. Nevertheless work on your own success there are many ways spelt out by SFI see which ones you prefer to do some suggestions maybe:
- become an ECA if you can and if you have the desire.
- sell your own products if you can.
- do your daily task at SFI Affiliate Center.
- be a good Sponsor and Co-Sponsor lead by example.

However no one can make you successful you alone can make yourself successful by your determination and commitment. Your downline will follow or they will not.

Thank you Imelda for asking this question and Thank you SFI administration for selecting this question. Reading the answers will enrich all the affiliates who read Asc SC regularly to learn and implement new ideas.

I have been in SFI for less than 90 days. I too have inactive affiliates and I have not posted any product on my Tconnect page. May be same is situation with you.

Now let us discuss what we need for BUILDING the business from here.

First of all we need the Positive attitude. Then Patience.

Then write down the Goals in terms of commissions or Leadership ( BTL, STL, PTL) and the time duration when you want to achieve these goals.

Declare them yourself . Then decide the budget under which you want to build.Keep watch on your goals and budget regularly

If you have decided to earn maximum commissions, you should focus on adding in your T connect a mix of high commission and some low value products. For example the product that are priced at around $400 and Ebooks that are priced < USD 2.

Then you will have to advertise your T connect page effectively. Please read answers from ASC SC and Forum on Advertising. My personal opinion is to become member of as many social websites first and then make special group in them and advertise.

You can put up link of popular products in selected catagories from ECAs. Spend some time on selection of such popular products by visiting Top ECA pages.

If you aspire to become a Team leader you need to place standing orders of appropriate amount and try to become the top sponsor. So you have to purchase S Builder coop units or have to buy PSAs from ECAs . Even if you say you have inactive Affiliates right now, the possibility of active affiliates increases if you have more affiliates in your team. Read other articles from forum on team building, duplication, motivation . Announce contest to motivate your team .

The best way to build a successful business in SFI is to register as many ECAs as possible from your country . If your country is large , register ECAs from your locality. Register those manufacturers/ traders as ECAs whose product can be bought as " Transfer buying" . With this approach, more and more affiliates in your country/ your team will be able to buy local products and earn out of Tripleclicks. You will earn royalties as well as VPs Commissions too.

The best ideas I can present are to keep doing as you do - weekly team mails, e-cards now and then, stream posts, make sure leadership page current, go read replies at the Forum, and ADVERTISE.

At both the Forum and AskSC you can search for posts/questions that are similar to your situation, read all the replies. It can be amazing how many really GOOD ideas can come from an hour or two spent reading!

You can learn about setting up a website; adding a banner to a site; advertising suggestions as to places & wording; sites to go for best results in advertising...
All manner of info is available just for looking!

And don't forget your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, other UpLine members, and ALL the members of a2a, MANY of whom have been where you are!

Whatever you decide to do, DON'T give up!!! I saw a post in the Forum not too long ago from an Affiliate to the effect that he had been an INactive member of a team for many years, decided to look again one day, and now he's a strong Team Leader! That is why you don't give up on your sleepers, one day they might make you royalty!! :D

It is very hard, no doubt about that! If you have lots of money you could keep on buying PSAs through SBuilder or one of the other co-ops. They say it's a numbers game and you will eventually find your diamonds among the hundreds of inactive affiliates you join up.

However if you can't afford to do that, join lots of safelists and traffic exchanges and put out loads of ads in these free advertising resources. (These aren't really free because you have to spend so much time earning your advertising credits.)

Blogging, your own personal website, talking about SFI on facebook and twitter and other social media sites, are also great ways to spread the word and build your team.

I recommend setting up multiple ad campaigns, so that you can advertise to different audiences - some for those who want to build an online business, those who enjoy the thrill of auctions, those who may want particular products in a niche in TripleClicks, etc. We have many gateways we can advertise and lots of banners to choose from as well, so use them and plaster them all over the place!

Of course when you do get sign-ups, be available immediately (if you're awake!) Be the best possible sponsor you can be and nurture them lovingly.

Ha, ha, join the club, Dear! We all have the same set of circumstances, but it is knowledge and persistence that wins the day.

For instance, did you know that most people need to see an advertisement or product/company name TWELVE TO TWENTY TIMES before they act? Keep posting products that you know your family and friends like and need on your Facebook page, send them e-cards with individual messages. Go to Bitstrips and make cartoons of yourself with fun messages about your business. TALK ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS! I mean to everybody. (If your kids complain, tell them this isn't a job, it's your business. It's all on you to get the word out.) Get X-Cards and Gift Cards and send them out. (Send Gift Card codes in your e-cards,too!). Use your imagination to get your company's name and products in front of people. Eventually, they will become faithful customers.

The same goes for your inactive team members. Use your Team Mailer to send out notices of new features. Put goals and incentives on your leadership page and add the URL (WWW.sfimg/leadership/YOUR ID) on every Team Mail, e-mail, e-card and announcement you send out. Write about your successes and share your secrets. Publicly congratulate folks who do something good - even tiny things. If you keep sending out positive messages, SOME people will respond. The rest - let them go. (If you are a praying person, be sure to pray for your team's success and wisdom in how to lead them).

Also, you need to read and grow in your knowledge of sales and team building. This one new thing you learned today will make a GIANT difference in your team, and your attitude! What will you learn tomorrow?
