I do mine in one day in Word pad and label it say October Newsletters for SFI
then I show a #1 for the first letter to send complete with a signature, then #2 and so on. When the time comes I copy paste and it's done:) Done! Unless There is some very inportant news I have to add. Happy Journaling my friend!

15. Members’ cooperative updates (if any.)

Hi Shumirai,

1. I believe you have to write your newsletter with your audience in mind.
a. Do you have new affiliates like yourself? What are some of the questions that you have had to ask your downline for help with?
b. Did you learn any thing new that you think will benefit your team?
c. Did anyone give an inspiring or encouraging post in the Forum, which will be back?
d. Was there any important news that you feel may be helpful to the growth or well-being of your team?
e. Did any of your team members become EA or Team Leader or did anyone win in the PriceBenders auction?
f. Did you find a product in TripleClicks which is either helpful or can be a good Standing Order? Tell them about it and share the link.
g. Did you see a video or quote, non-SFI or not that you think your team will find humorous or maybe find some truth in it for themselves?
2. Share any or all of the answers above in your newsletter.
3. Make it concise and interesting so that all members of your team, new and old can relate to what you are sharing.
4. If you happen to have more experienced network marketers than yourself, do not be afraid to ask for their comments. By doing so you will be engaging the whole group to participate in the learning process, and even to build a strong, successful team.
5. If you want to offer incentives, insert this in your newsletter by defining the terms for meeting qualifications for the incentive.
6. Let your team know you are available to answer any questions they may have. Provide all ways whether email, Skype, social media where you can be reached.
7. Own your newsletter which means you are going to personalize it with your own format, style, stationery etc, but still professional because you want to impress your team as their leader.

They would want to know tips in maintaining EA status, how to become a Team Leader, easy way to become a Fast-track member, marketing SFI/TC effectively, etc. You can write about products/services worth recommending to your team for growing their SFI business, including product launches and any kind of news that impacts your team’s growth and development. Or pick a topic from SFI tools and resources and discuss how to apply extensively. You won’t run out of good content in your weekly newsletter by being creative and focusing on your team’s growth.

- Write to inform.
You want your team to enjoy reading your weekly newsletter. Keep the tone conversational and highlight the positives. Your newsletter should contain helpful information. If it’s done correctly, it can boost morale and motivate your team. Good content newsletter will have the added benefit of reminding your team’s achievement (Fast-track, E365, Leadership Challenge contest, etc.) and make them feel that they’re part of a thriving team.

- Keep it short and simple.
If you make your newsletter too long, no one is going to read it. Writing a lengthy newsletter will bore and distract your team from being productive. Keep the articles short and succinct. There are usually various challenges that newcomers face in their SFI business, and it's important that you simplify the concept. As it is, SFI sends out regular mailers to affiliates, so it's important to keep the newsletters simple, interesting and motivating.

You should include:

* your own experiences
* give some space for encouragement and emphasize the need to build a team with one person
* allow for space to answer questions through a live chat - give your chat contact info
* keep a theme for each newsletter (i.e., STRESS, SUCCESS, HARD WORK) or anything that you wish that will add value to your message
* provide ways to give your team an incentive to move forward - contests, competitions and improved commissions
* do not confuse or bring up topics that are already discussed by SFI - no need for repetitions

There is no harm in referring to links you have found interesting reading. For example, there are discussions on the Forum that may not be seen by other team members. Be accessible to your team mates and keep in mind the various cultures and language barriers.

This question is very crucial because we do not want to be repeating things that are already written in SFI and TripleClicks websites.

If the information is already on SFI/TripleClicks websites, what we need to do is to give the webpage link where that information is found.

There are three areas that we can make our weekly newsletter valuable to our downlines. These are where we can create good content for our newsletter.

1. Analysis and Strategies - SFI is very flexible program you can go as fast or as slow as you can. It also has several paths you can follow to have successful SFI business. Because of this, we have to analyze how we can best approach our business. Depending on our resources and knowledge on Internet marketing. This topics are very interesting and would really make your content valuable to your downlines.

2. Experiences - You own experience or the experience of other affiliates who have been successful in SFI are also valuable content. Example, what is your experience about S-builder coop and buying PSAs? What is your experience in promoting SFI in Facebook? So, there is a need for you to try many things at SFI to have these experience. The longer you are at SFI the better experience you can tell.

3. Simplified Summaries - Some find information at SFI overwhelming, especially if they keep on clicking links. One valuable piece of content in our newsletter can be a simplified summary of what is there at SFI.

Example: we only need to do 3 three things to be successful. 1) Earn VP 2) Find Affiliates 3) Teach your found affiliates 1 and 2.

Another example in earning VP: Just go to your To-Do List and go over the list one by one and do what is asked, then you earn the equivalent VP as indicated in the list.

There are a lot of different topics you can write about in your weekly newsletters. The contents of your weekly newsletters should be informative yet friendly.

Your weekly newsletters should contain any of the following:
. Greetings and Welcome to your new members.
. Recognition of achievements.

General Topics, such as
. What’s New at SFI? Share the latest exciting announcements which we all should be aware of.
. The Gift Certificate Program. How it works and why they should use them.
. The S-Builder Co-op and how to reduce the cost of their S-Builder Co-op and how it can accelerate their team building.
. TripleClicks and Member Rewards Points. Make sure to talk about the importance of each and why they should purchase from TripleClicks.
. Advertising methods and why using Key Codes Tracking is important; provide leads and suggestions.
. The SFI Earnings Calculator, and how the SFI Compensation Plan can help them understand their earning potentials and how they get paid.

Tips and Hints for all.
. Share some useful tips from the Forum, and tips on how to win the auctions, win the Eager Zebra Games, etc.

Other good content is the SFI Rules of Success. Use 2 Rules at a time, starting from Rule No. 1 and Rule No.2, emphasizing the importance of each. Then you have Rules 3 and 4 to discuss at your next Weekly Newsletter, until you have discussed all 20 Rules. This will benefit everyone in your team, especially the new members who have yet to read and understand that success has rules.

Here are the three areas that I believe will help you to focus
on what your team may need. You may not want to include all three
in every communication to your team. But here is what I use
for my guide:

Motivational: Find something that has inspired you that
you can pass along that you believe will motivate your
team. This could also be a story about your success and
how your team can duplicate your success.

Educational: This would be something that you believe
will help your team understand the business opportunity
they have. Point out something you think many of your
team may be missing that can help them grow their
business and their income faster. When I want to point
out something to the team I enter the link to the place
where they can find the help. An example: SFI's new
"Bid and Build" news article. Here's the link:

Promotional: Here is where I am going to suggest some
idea or ideas for promoting their business, where to
place ads etc. For example, I get lots of exposure using

If you think of these three areas you will always have
some content to offer your team. (That is if you are
actively promoting your business)

Then as many others have pointed out you will find lots

Tips. Always offer useful content. Your team will

As I read the Tips of the Day, Ask SC questions, the Forum and even SFI News I have no problem with copying the content of these areas if I find something helpful or interesting.

No. Don’t be afraid that you will be accused of plagiarism (Wow! I would be super flattered if someone thought enough of my material to help build their team!) You are simply taking something that is useful, and has helped you, and passing it along to your team. Not everyone in your team is going to read the Forum or even the Tip of the Day. But if something strikes you as being very insightful or helpful it is almost your responsibility to pass it on.

Most times I will give credit to the affiliate who wrote the content (unless I forgot who it was) but if I don’t I always make reference to where I found the material so maybe others on your team will go there on their own in the future.

Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. SFI and it’s affiliates produce the very best content for you to help build and motivate your team.

There are certain things one can do in order to come up with good and interesting content in weekly newsletters meant for your team-mates.

a) One has to be keenly alert and quick to grasp or understand to all the developments and changes that take place in all the parts of SFI such as Tripleclicks, Pricebender, auctions, ASK SC, ECAs, Forum etc of SFI round the clock, throughout the week.

b) All the recent developments and changes in the above can be altered into one's own suitable and convenient language and presented in an understandable fashion to all the team-mates.

c) One can add in his/her newsletter, the Team Leaders appreciation and praise of a good team member by specially naming him/her, who has shown consistent growth, understanding, cooperation, willingness to take additional responsibility and economic risk, obedient and other noble virtues.

d) One can remind all the team-mates to pay a visit regularly to the Leadership page of the team leader and confirm whether any changes have been made recently.

e) Also one can add a small paragraph of general encouragement, support and guidance to all the team-mates apart from highlight the virtues and benefits of two great methods, sponsoring or duplicating and marketing, advertising and sales of tripleclicks products and services.

f) If one intends to re-assign any affiliate to any good and prospective team-mate, it could be done and may be intimated to all the other team-members with a additional message that who ever does or crosses so and so milestone, he/she would be rewarded with such reassignment.

g) A team leader may add his own vision and mission of his team and its standing in the SFI in the future, consistently improving the knowledge, efficiency and productivity of all teammates.
