A very useful way in my opinion, to start building your team is to follow the 3-step plan because it appears simple in explanation and easy to follow as shown below:

1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and strive to remain at least in this rank every month. You may choose to maintain this rank by transfer buying, TC sales, action VP, standing order etc. Maintaining this status is necessary in order to enjoy executive benefits and more importantly for duplication purposes, because you are not going to encourage your team members to become EAs when you are not.

2. Recruit 5 affiliates, using appropriate and relevant marketing methods. You can make do with the ones at the Marketing Centre. In addition, let me just highlight some here; you may set up your own website/blog, you may opt to purchase S-builder co-op, PSA To Go and signups from other suppliers. You may also distribute x-cards to targeted audience, place flyers in strategic locations. Social network advertising is another source of signups but I will advice you have your own domain name in order to have a personalised gateway to promote in social media, otherwise the regular and now ubiquitous SFI gateways may not be allowed in some social network sites like Facebook.

3. You do not just need to build wide, but it is very important to build deep in your downline in order to have as many as12 generations, so achieving this means you have to teach and support your 5 affiliates to carry out these 3 steps. This is called duplication and the more these 3 steps model is duplicated deep into your downline, the larger your downline and your income as a result, and before you know it you would have built an active SFI team that will ultimately shoot you to a Diamond Team Leader.

In conclusion, I must add that the road is often bumpy and difficult because you may not easily see success along the way but you need to remain hard working, be dedicated, patient, focused and persistence, in order to overcome any obstacle, for success will definitely come some where and some how, good luck.

Building a team of SFI affiliates is of paramount importance for succeeding in SFI business. The bigger the team of active affiliates under you, bigger the profits you earn from SFI. The more the active members in your team, the higher the ranks you achieve in SFI and more shares of TripleClicks Executive Pool you earn.

Now let’s examine what are the best ways to start building your SFI team. Building a team of SFI affiliates is manifested basically in two conditions you may face:

WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS

In such a scenario, you can still build your team. Only thing, it may take a longer period, but is not an impossible task. In such a case follow the following steps:

1. Join about 10 good free to advertise safe lists and start sending out your SFI/TC ads on them free of cost.

2. Join free of cost 5-6 good traffic exchange websites and upload all your gateways of SFI and tripleclicks on these TEs.

3. Surf these Traffic Exchange websites daily in the morning, evening or whenever you get time to get free credits for advertising.

4. Make a blog and upload banners of SFI, TripleClics, ECA, EZ Games and Music on it. Then promote this blog free of cost on Social Media Networks.

5. Search for FREE to advertise websites in order to put your SFI/TC/ECA ads them regularly.

WHEN YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS

(a) In addition to above, you can buy one or two units of S-Builder packs.

(b) Buy PSAs to go in order to build your down line faster than normal. Become a Team Leader and start earning bigger shares

(c) Advertise your SFI/TC using paid Solo Ads, PTC programs and on Facebook using paid advertising.

I have a simple plan I follow for building my team.

Step One: I train my mind every day and share what I learn on one of my blogs.

Step Two: I place new ads every day, be it free classifieds, surfing an exchange, or using paid ads and traffic sources you have to open new doors to your business.

Step Three: Participate in Co-op Advertising. Regardless of it being your sponsor or co-sponsor running the co-op, you starting one with your downline, or you buying into S-Builder or PSA to Go you can take small amounts of money and get big budget advertising results. Your plan could be a simple one involving one of our ECA even. There is an ECA who small ad budgets pay a price of around $2.75 per referral, but the more you buy the lower the cost goes. If you buy 1,000 Guaranteed, pre-qualified PSA through them it cost $900 or just 90 cents per referral.

$900 is a lot of money for one affiliate to come up with but maybe 20 people paying $45 each to get 50 of those PSA is easier to do? Likewise you can place an ad in Home Business Magazine and reach over 40,000 home business minded professionals who are training their minds and ready to work and invest. If an ad run at $500 didn't gather $800 sign ups I would be shocked, and you could have 10 people at $50 or 20 people at $25 split the advertising cost and potentially run an ad in that slot every month.

Step Four: Know how to generate sales at TripleClicks. Be well versed in the new Wave 3, and promoting TripleClicks products with niche marketing or product reviews, and be ready to teach your new PSA to do the same, because the faster they are making money the less apt they are to leave SFI.

When you and other affiliates talk about building a team the focus seems to be mainly on Sponsoring SFI affiliates because Matching VP equals higher commissions from the matching shares from the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

Do not overlook the benefits of co sponsoring affiliates as well, for your information this also earns VersaPoints matching, I know this not just from reading the SFI basics and the Compensation Plan but from three years of personal experience as an SFI affiliate. It took me more than a year to get two active CSA' s I probably got them from maintaining my Executive Affiliate Status every month and got them from my monthly allotment of 2 or I got them from the Home CSA's after becoming a Bronze team leader so I got VersaPoints matching from these two for many months before getting PSA's then a few months ago I got another active CSA from the second Home CSA I think this happened when I became a silver team leader.

The best way to build a Team is to co sponsor affiliates because it will allow you to earn more shares from the Executive Pool while you are in the process of learning how to Sponsor affiliates by this I mean that you should take the time to visit the marketing center to review the Sponsoring methods from beginner to advanced. So the Trick is to accumulate enough action VP from the to do list and place a 2000 VP Standing Order to maintain Bronze team leader every month so that CSA's flow into your genealogy every month for free so this will earn you VP matching while you learn to Sponsor PSA's.

Honestly I am not going to give you a list of things to read in the affiliate center because other affiliates have already done that and I think you have been an affiliate long enough to know what training materials are available.

I will give you this important advice however: Print out The LaunchPad, the article" How to be an awesome Sponsor" and "ThePlan".

The best way to start building your SFI Team is by sponsoring affiliates and duplication. Learn all you can on the SFI site and follow your sponsor's instructions. Teach your team the same. Invest a little money if you can, or at least reinvest your earnings into your SFI business.

Affiliates can be PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates), CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates), ECAs (e-Commerce Affiliates), PRMs (TripleClick's affiliates), or Wave3 Affiliates.

PSAs: Sponsor people you know, advertise for free or paid online or in your community (see 'Marketing' and internet under 'Training') Their are several levels of marketing. You could also purchase SBuilder, PSAs to Go etc. from your TripleClicks Store. Or, win them at the Pricebender Auction. With each bid you start earning new PSAs. (See below.) Then set up a co-op under 'Power Tools' to earn 100 VP. You can do it just for yourself to begin with and add other people afterwards.

CSAs: Co-Sponsored affiliates are great as long as you get 1500 VP every month. I make as much from them as I do from my PSAs. The advantage is that they already have a Sponsor. You can help too. Every month you get to EA (1500 VP) you earn 2 CSAs. When you are a Team Leader you win lots from the pool. You can also win some at the Pricebender Auction

ECAs: Sponsoring an eligible ECA will give you 100 active VP when they list their first product. It's a good idea to become an ECA yourself so you understand how it works, even if you don't end up selling much. You will earn commissions and royalties from your ECAs for as long as you are both in SFI.

PRMs (TripleClick's Affiliates): These are affiliates who shop at TripleClicks and play games and bid at the Pricebender Auction. You can earn VP and commissions.

Wave3 - Everyone should join Wave3. It’s only $1.99 to join and you get monthly benefits.

This what you do in general:

1.Become an executive affiliate (EA) & earn 2 extra chances to win the Daily Grand Prize.
2.Earn two CSAs immediately & send out team mail every week for 120-150 VP/month.
3.Qualify as an EA every month automatically and easily work your way up to BTL and beyond.

As an EA you will earn 10 TCredits and 2 CSAs per month. As a team leader you also earn a share of CSAs from the pool, and more TCredits.

The SO of 125 TCredits will cost $35 x 12 = $420.00 over 12 months. In the meantime, however, you can be earning enough income from SFI to invest in other options and to use your TCredits to earn PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates), VPs (versa points), and MRPs (member reward points.)

An example would be to bid on the Pricebender Auction. Even if you don’t win an auction, you can earn 5 or 10 MRPs, 1 - 2 VPs, and add to your option to Spin-and-Win PSAs with just one bid. With your MRPs you can make purchases at your TripleClicks Store and earn even more VPs.

DistribuStar gift cards are great to get people on TripleClicks, earning you commission. You can earn 10 VP every day by tracking one card. If you do this and your daily actions, you will have 2 entries more into the Daily Grand Prize. Add that to 2 from SO, 1 from the Alerts Page, and you have 5 entries! You also are automatically entered into the DistribuStar Contest. I usually win VP or more Gift Cards. This all continues to perpetuate itself into free VP, up to 300 per month from tracking alone.

Play Zebra games for up to 200 VP per month and chances to win. Play at least one that requires a TCredit (or EZ credit) per day for 1 VP and an entry into the Daily Crown Contest. If you win a game(s) you could also earn a lot more.

Some of your money should go to either advertising for affiliates, or purchasing PSAs, once you are ready to support them. You will need to train your affiliates once you get them, so be prepared at some point to set up contests to win TCredits and/or gift certificates (different from DistribuStar.) If new affiliates don’t get help you could lose them very quickly.
The most important thing to do at first is to be an EA or BTL every month and to learn the business.

I have been in SFI for about 3 years now and always re-invest my earnings. This has paid off in spades. Whatever level you are at, keep this in mind.

From the PSAs you now have you can start looking for your 5 workers, help them become EA and teach them the Basics so they will also start the process of building their SFI team.

Then start the process again, this time with a medium to long-term goals of reaching a higher rank, by following the DTL Plan.

Keep building your team, never lose your focus, persist until you are successful in developing 5 PTLs to get you to DTL.

Post Ads in local papers or the "money saver" ads. Put up posters and fliers, in Laundromats, diners, college bulletin boards, senior centers, grocery stores, anywhere that people needing extra income or a second career might see the fliers, or posters

The best way to start building a team is with knowledge.

To begin you need to start with a solid foundation, you and only you can lay this foundation.

Any good foundation requires that the builder is knowledgeable enough to lay it, this knowledge can be obtained by acquiring a sound knowledge of SFI and the opportunities that are there.

Be knowledgeable in:
Sponsoring affiliates, the different methods
Duplication, learn to apply the principles of duplication
Marketing, know the methods and aids that are available
Be familiar with the communication tools and how to use them to communicate effectively with team members.

Investment
Be prepared to invest money and time, you will need them both to be help your team and grow a business

Be an example
Try and accomplish what you would want your team members to accomplish. This means working on being a team leader as soon as possible.

Advertise anywhere and everywhere use the Marketing ads provided here in SFI. then follow the steps below to get your team moving in the right direction.

1) A soon as you have a new signup send a welcome e-card make it short
you don't want to overwhelm them. get them directed to the Start up, Basics and Launchpad buttons in the top right.

2) In you Stream put tips, words of inspiration, congratulate someone when they have an accomplishment.

3) Use your Leadership page and direct your down line to it, post your top 10 movers in recognition.
post tips in your blog, keep it updated.

4) When a person messages you, e-mails, contacts you on the forum get back with them as soon as possible.

5) Send your weekly team mail fill it with tips that you use, news from SFI & TC, let your people know how to contact you and your here to help, add an inspirational quote.

6) Never be negative about your business.

7) Never ever give up, show your people enthusiasm about your business and their business.
