Before starting to build a team in SFI, make sure that you have gone through the SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. They’re your very foundation of expanding your network and growing your SFI business.

How do you start building your SFI team?

- Equipped with the important principles mentioned above, you’ll need to start learning the marketing methods and how you can effectively use the marketing aids provided by SFI. Follow the sequence starting with the beginner, intermediate and advanced methods. You’ll gain invaluable firsthand knowledge and experience in starting to grow your network.

- You’ll also need to focus on the Training tab. It’s a great resource in getting started with your SFI business, tutorials and follow-up advice in sponsoring affiliates and so on.

- While going through your training in sponsoring new affiliates depending on your budget, you might want to consider a share of S-Builder Co-op.

- If you’re an experienced marketer you can start blogging to generate your leads. To attract your leads, you’ll need to employ content marketing, a marketing technique of creating and distributing valuable, relevant and consistent content to attract and acquire your clearly defined audience. You’ll be crafting content for your website or blog that will engage your readers and turn them into sign ups.

Other ways to generate leads and start building your SFI team depending on your level of experience, marketing budget and personality type are:

- Solo Ads - quickest way to build your team is to put your opportunity in front of people you know would be interested. One of the most effective ways of doing this is via email marketing solo ads.

- Pay Per Click – driving traffic to your site by paying an advertisers fee each time your ad is clicked.

- Social Media such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. - interacting with people in proper ways can allow you to build a network of people who may be interested in your SFI opportunity.

The best way to start building my SFI team is by

I would say that the best way to start building your SFI Team is to purchase the New Member Pack, priced at $20.00, within your first 10 days of joining SFI. In this way you will acquire 3 New CSAs which will be added to your Team and you will be making the necessary $20.00 purchase to fulfill the $20.00 purchase requirement to qualify as a Fast-Track Member. Also with the purchase of a New Member Pack you will receive the Fast-Track Bonus Shares, which includes 50 Free TCredits.

These 50 Free TCredits are very useful and can be used to help your new Team Members get started if you set up the "TCredits Welcomes" Promotion (TW) or if you transfer some TCredits to them right after they join. You can also use these TCredits to bid at Pricebenders Auctions to earn Spins in the Bid & Build Program and this will help you to gain a PSA for your Team.

If you know anyone who would be interested in online marketing or network marketing you can let them know about SFI and the business opportunity it offers. Yourself. The best way to start building your team is to do it yourself - get your own PSAs, yourself.

There are other ways to build a team, like:

- when your sponsor or somebody else in your upline rewards you with reassigned affiliates if you've been working hard at SFI

- when you are assigned 2 Co-Sponsored Affiliates for each month that you remain an EA

- when you are allotted Second Home Co-Sponsored Affiliates for each month that you remain at least a Bronze Team Leader

- when you win Co-Sponsored Affiliates in the various SFI prize drawings or auctions

- when you purchase PSAs at TripleClicks

- when you receive PSAs from having purchased an S-Builder share

but when you market to get your own PSAs you're empowering yourself with the experience and knowledge to teach your affiliates to do the same, and you're empowering them with the experience and knowledge to teach their own affiliates to do the same too.

When you market to get your own PSAs you are getting additional PSAs in your team. You'll have more affiliates that you can reassign to other affiliates in your team, even if your own rank is not yet higher than EA ot EA2. Reassigning your PSAs helps your affiliates grow their own teams, and thus yours too.

It should start from you. I mean you have to prove to yourself that you are so serious about this business. When I mean serious, you will do everything to build your ranking and status. If you are really into this kind of business, you should be very willing to invest your time, your energy and yes your money to progress here.

Start from simply logging in to our SFI every single day, build up your scores, earn more badges, promote TripleClicks, join Eager Zebra games, do the Bid and Build, purchase PSA to go, have a standing order, do the Pay-per-action, and also do promote SFI to your trusted social networking sites, manual surfing websites, blogs, and a whole lot more.

Now that you prove to yourself that you can do it. Your PSA and CSA will treat you as a model for their own success, will duplicate what you have achieved so far, will trust you and will ask you to guide them.

So there, just keep in mind that duplication = compensation. And in order for this to work, you need to work hard for your own reputation first and transfer the knowledge to your affiliates that way.

I started building my SFI business from day 1 by inviting my family and friends one the one hand, and, on the other, by using my connections built through the social media. I also bought an S-Builder co-op unit.

There were no PSAs auctions, or PSAs-to-go at that time. Bid-2-Build is even a more recent introduction.

Today, to start building an SFI team, I would rely on all the above. If an affiliate combines all these markets and tools, he/she will have a strong head-start. Building an SFI team is a great, worthy undertaking. It is very much worthwhile to follow the outlined steps in "SFI Basics" and the Launchpad lessons. SFI offers a wealth of sponsoring methods and aids available at the corresponding training sections. They encompass the needs and skills of beginners to advanced and experienced marketing, sponsoring and advertising strategies.

These methods and tools have proven, time and again, to be very effective.

After the affiliate has gained experienced and a better understanding of the online marketing business, they can ad more sophistication by introducing websites, blogs and online publishing.

The key person in developing a successful team of active and serious EAs and Team Leaders is YOU. You are the very core of your SFI business. No one will care as much, work as hard, or invest so much passion, hard work, patience, perseverance, determination, and money as you will. Since the success in building your team depends on you, it is paramount that you believe in SFI. It is vital that you not only believe on the SFI business but it is vital that you believe in yourself.

Know yourself. Know your company. Know the business you are promoting. And transfer that knowledge to your team. Empower your team with SFI, TripleClicks, and internet marketing knowledge and skills. Create excitement through contests, incentives, and rewards.

Hi Rosa
The best way is to train them. Training them is not just telling them to go to their page but to guide them on how to start and maneveur their page to their success.
In training them, you need to teach them to go a step at a time so as not to overwhelm them with information.
So in starting, let them know the most important of the business to get them on the right track and they are:
1. The Start Video
2. SFIBASICS
3. The fast track program
4. The New Member Pack
5. The To Do Lists where they first complete their 5 green jet icons that help them to qualify for the fast tracker program
6. Their launchpad.
Then i'l advice you to let them read the pad but not answer them. Why? This is so that they can conserve the points against their 2nd month requalification.
While many new affiliates couldn't continue is because they exhausted all their points in their very first month. Don't do this. You'l want to help your new affiliate to go to become an EA2 next month, so let them conserve their launchpad points plus their Tripleclicks Banner and their Advertising co op making a swooping of 650vp on their 2nd month requalification.
I did these to my new PSAs and they had points left for their requalification the next month plus they did not need to invest.
Do these too and you'l help them to start well in SFI.
The NMP and the fast tracker points plus their getting started, daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate actions are enough to make them become an EA. The remainder points can be used for their next month's requalification and that is to your success.

There are numerous ways to build your team. However the best way to get started might be through the tools offered by SFI.

Number one would be the S-Builder Co-op. Inexpensive and very functional it delivers both PSAs and PRMs to your team. Many Team Leaders purchase multiple shares of this co-op and have built large organizations with this as the main tool.

Number two is, of course, PSAs To Go. It is a quick and reliable way to build a team, fast.

After these, a quick search on TripleClicks will yield many useful tools presented by ECAs from all over the world. PSAs, marketing tools and website visitors as well as marketing websites written specifically for SFI affiliates (with training and marketing plans included).

The possibilities are endless right within SFI and TripleClicks. Patience and trial and error will show you what works best for you.

A. SFI has provided innumerable Marketing Methods and Marketing Aids to build your Team. Some of these are:

1. Provide your personal Gateways provided by SFI, to your Friends & Family members with a
request to visit/read/ & sign up.

2. You can select any of the text ads created by SFI & use them as your "Signature" whenever you
send e-mails, automatically. The receiver will have curiosity to click that ad. for more details;

3. Keep sending the E-Cards regularly to your friends, family members, etc.

4. SFI X-Cards can be issued to your colleagues, associates, etc.

5. Whenever you take a taxi or ride public transportation, "forget" this SFI X-Card on the seat before
you alight.

6. Introduce SFI banners with your personal gateways, through paid/free advertising web sites;

7. Create your own blog. Provide very interesting articles. Keep up dating it regularly. Furnish SFI
