For the very purpose, you should in first place recognize the areas your team would require training collectively and for each working and active member individually.

Common subjects in sequence from the joining of new PSA / CSA would be:
- Why become a Fast Track?
- Importance of E365
- Importance of VP and How to get them from each section?
- How to build a team?
- How to set up your Leadership Page?
- How to make use of marketing material to promote your

As you are building your home business with SFI and TripleClicks you will be recruiting new affiliates into your team. The first thing you will need to be able to do is start training your new teammates.

One of the best ways in training your new teammates is by being an example for them to follow. You will find “Lead by Example” included in a lot of the training literature and spoken a lot in the forum posts.

To get your new affiliates off to a good

Your question is of utmost important to your success in SFI. The success that you’re going to achieve in SFI is determined by the quality of the training you receive and possessed, and that which your PSAs/CSAs will receive by passing it on to them. The training you and your downline receive must be competent, effective, and duplicable. All your training activities with your PSAs and CSAs should be based on the core principles of SFI.

Competent, effective, and duplicable training puts

Thanks for this question.

The best way to train your down line is lead by your own example.

It means,

1. Show them HOW you became successful; Your Badges are reflections of your performance;
2. What you DID to become successful;
3. When and where you SOUGHT your Up line's assistance;
4. How you APPLIED their guidance/tips/suggestions/answers, etc to your advantage;
5. How you USED the Tools provided by SFI/TC;
6. SHARE with them the results

I am a firm believer in the KISS principle of doing things, the simpler and straight to the point the training is, the better for new PSAs and CSAs to have a full comprehension of how SFI works. We need not complicate things for them.

So the best way is to start from the time you send a Welcome E-card.

A request to confirm their registration, complete their affiliate profile and whitelist [email protected] will put them in a good starting mood.

I would also add:

Hi Milica,
The best way to train your team is to communicate with them via teaching and showing them by example. This is by doing what you teach and train and that is to:
1. Teach them how to build a profitable and successful business.
2. Refer them to the major things that SFI itself emphasizes to all affiliates and that is:
A. The start up video.
B. The SFI Basics.
C. The Launchpad.
D. The marketing aids/ methods
E. Getting Started.
F. The Fast Tracker

I provide training for my PSAs.

For my CSAs, I leave the training up to their own sponsors and I tend to focus on supporting and encouraging them along. At the same time I invite my CSAs to contact me if they have any issues they need help with.

Regarding the training I provide for my PSA, I have standard messages that I send out to all new PSAs. These are in a short series starting from Welcome, Overview of the Business, VersaPoints, How we earn money in SFI. These messages

The following are the Best ways to train my Personally Sponsored Affiliate/s (PSA) and Co-Sponsored Affiliate/s (CSA):

1. I will teach them to follow the SFI Rules of success. It is the foundation of every SFI Affiliate, and they should obliged themselves to follow it by heart;

2. I will encourage them to log on in their SFI homepage daily, as much as possible, and before they will click the red tabs to earn the corresponding VersaPoints (VP), they should spend a moment to read

Every sponsor might have a personal preference in how they approach training their PSAs or CSAs. However, there is one thing that all sponsors should have in common and that is beginning your training with a letter of welcome. Again the contents of this letter will differ from sponsor to sponsor but it is good practice that the sponsor makes the new affiliate feel at home and does not begin with “information overload.”

Take it step by step as most of what the affiliate needs to know

I think that the best way to train your PSA'S and your CSA'S is to set an example and to be available for help and support. No one wants to follow a leader who doesn't lead! Since duplication is the best way to earn a steady income, encourage your team to grow their own team. You can start a co-op and/or purchase S-builder. You can offer support and encourage. Let them know that you will be available to answer questions. Send e-cards when they have an accomplishment.
I am blessed
