Hello Milica,

The best way to assist your PSAs and CSAs is to highlight the important steps required for building a successful business. SFI has highlighted three important steps which you should bring to their attentions.

However, to better help each of them an individualized approach is necessary. You must identify with them, their goal and the resources available to to them for achieving that goal. You will need to help them to identify how they can best use those available resources wisely to build their personal team, and earn the required VP that will allow them to move up the ranks. Encourage them to learn all that they can about how SFI works in order to build a successful business.

You need to encourage them to complete the to do list daily and all of the launchpad lessons which provides all of the important information about SFI and all of the tools and resources that are available for their use without cost.

You will also have to help them to understand the importance of components of the business such as VPs, MRPs, PRMs, ECA and the TripleClicks store and how they contribute to building their business at SFI.

Above all you must instill in them the importance of persistence, perseverance and patience, all of which will help them at points when they can not see the end of the tunnel.

Be a friend, a coach, a mentor and a compass to each of them. Listen carefully to their challenges and concerns and point them in the right direction.

Teach them to Aim High and Dream Big. That is what makes for a Great Sponsor.

Your Psa's & Csas & you are one! Your a team.
Begin by always being honest & straight up & open with your team always.

Earn their respect, trust & were possible their openness! Open, honest & understandable, relate to, communication s is the key!

learn everything as you go, yourself 1st, were possible. Always stay to steps ahead of your team! Even if you too, are learning & training too, as you all are going along.
Be available to answer & assist them when your needed. Never ever baby sit them, hold, their hand or do & work their business for them.
Make it very clear, that its they that must build their own business too.
Always give them & direct them to new updates & encourage them to read everything & up on all SFI & TripleClicks News Updates.

Its very important that you train & learn everything. Having 1st hand experience yourself is always best.
Everything you learn & find vital to your growth & your teams growth be sure to always share with them. too.
Team mail, email, e-card, live chats, what ever form of communications you find works for them, as a group or individual, us it!
Be sure & send them team, individual team mails & all necessary information, teaching, team training,on a regular.

You know learn from what you need in this business for growth & apply it to your team.

Also let your team know your also open to team suggestions too.
Always remember your Partners.Your the team leader, lead!
Teach them to be Good team leader too.

Give them the necessary support they need & request at all time.
Duplicate everything you do, to your team & teach them to duplicate it to their own teams too.

I think you pose a great question that we all struggle with to a certain degree. The approach that I have found the most successful is to try and make it personal. If your downline feel that you are connected with them they will work a little harder and put in the extra effort to succeed with SFI ... and that is what we want is for each and every PSA to be successful. While that may not be the reality it should at least be our goal.

The next thing that I have found positive results with is to keep it simple. Do not give the new member too much at once ... they become overwhelmed and then do not come back. I will usually ask them to complete their GETTING STARTED tasks (and I share the link so they can simply click) and then I ask them to e-mail me back for the next step. I have a series of word documents that I can simply copy and paste into an e-mail ... make a few tweaks for the individual and then off it goes.

It is extremely rewarding to connect with your team members and to be able to communicate with them on a 1:1 basis and I very much enjoy when I have the opportunity to do so. I also find that I learn from their questions as many times I need to research an answer to be sure I am providing accurate information and this makes me a stronger team leader.

So in short, my answer is make it personal and keep it simple.

The moment a prospect signs up, a comprehensive, carefully scheduled training process sets in motion. SFI has put together one of the most, if not The most effective training package to help affiliate gain the knowledge, the skills and the work ethics needed to succeed online.

This training is designed to expose the new SFI member to all the material and information available in a ways that will benefit them, without overwhelming them.

As a sponsor, I view my role, as the first point of support for the affiliates (PSAs and CSAs) who join my team. From my welcome letter onward, I establish and maintain communication lines focused on building with them professional relationships, offering help, tips and motivational advice.

I present myself to my team members as a friend, a mentor, and a person to whom they can turn to for any question they may have or any clarification they seek.

We cannot duplicate the training SFI is offering, and we should avoid at all costs any attempts to do so. We should not add to the volume and density of the SFI training material. Our role is to help our affiliates gain the most out of it.

This way, our actions enhance the entire training process, as we help the affiliates fully understand the concepts, apply the promoting, sales and sponsoring techniques that are being taught, and guide them in their first steps towards building their teams.

This is the approach that allows our intervention to remain in harmony with the SFI training without interfering, slowing down the affiliate or pressuring them, at the risk of turning them away.

An important part of our training role is to guide and motivate our affiliate to take initiative, learn where to find answers to their questions, build independence, and be self reliant.

It is in our best interest to have affiliate who are resilient, self motivated, effective team builders, productive productive entrepreneurs and team players.

One thing we should avoid is to turn our affiliate into dependent people.

When we accomplish the above, we will have made great progress in our team building efforts in ways that are highly beneficial to our affiliates as well.

First of all, you need to make sure that you are fully trained. If not, please visit " Training" from your Homepage.

In order to train your PSA and CSA, you need to make contact and communicate that information to them.

This can be done through email/team, phone calls or person to person.

It is very important to convey :

1. The difference between SFI and TripleClicks.

2. What is TCredit, VersaPoints, Standing Order, PSA and CSA, etc.

3. The tools needed to advance their business.

4. How they can receive payments.

5. How Sales, Purchases, Advertising and Marketing are done.

These information will help to catapult their business forward.

Hi Milica

There is no best way to train our PSAs and CSAs. Yes, if a PSA or CSA confirms his/her email id and scores even 1 VP, then there are many ways to train them.

1. Tell them to log in daily;

2. Read info on the tab ALERT and after hitting blue tab get one FREE entry for DAILY GRAND.

3. Read information given under the RED tab Tip of the Day. Read all the information carefully and score I more VP.

4. Go to stream tab and write a good tip for all your PSAs and CSAs, You score 1 VP by hitting the blue button at the bottom.

5. Let them get familiar with ECA, Eager Zebra games like Uber-Picks, Card King, Gold Streak, Time Machine and Pick the Price.

6. It would be advisable to award them with 5/10 TCredits, otherwise they wont be able to learn about EZ Games & PBA auctions.


7. Teach them how to Market/sponsor more affiliates under them using free advertising websites.

8. Also they should read carefully GET STARTED, SFI BASICS and LAUNCG PAD Lessons.

9. Advise them to read info under each drop down tab to learn about SFI/TC as much as possible.

10. Advise them that Leaders are readers. If they want to progress in SFI/TC fast, they need to become Leaders. But you should never push them very hard, Let them move at their own pace as it is their own business.

When my affiliates start with SFI I approach them as newbies. I remember how overwhelmed I felt when I started and that is what I concentrate on.

I take them step by step - giving them instructions like:

1. Sign in every day and do your daily tasks.
2. Complete your registration
3. Whitelist e-mail addresses
4. Upload your photo
5. Set your goals

Once they've done those basic things I give them more instructions. Try to give them instructions to help them to get them their fast track badge.

What I do in the beginning is lead them step by step, gradually letting go and let them go on on their own and then just helping when they need it.

The best way to train your PSAs/CSAs is by showing them how to follow your lead. Experience they say is the best Teacher and as a Sponsor, you must have gained some experience from your daily activities in SFI. By following your lead, you are by way transferring your experience to them.By this they would learn to do what they see or notice you do.The principle of DUPLICATION which to my understanding is "Do as I do".

Therefore you must be seen to be one who clears the Red Tabs on the Home page on daily basis, Bids at the auction, Play games, completes the daily/weekly/monthly activities, is active at the forum, enters the Daily Grand Draws daily, rates Ask Sc question and is a Top Author, promotes TripleClicks products through advertising, is a Wave-Maker, communicates with the PSAs/CSAs regularly and letting them know what duplication is all about and is persistent and determination to succeed.

Show them the Badges you have earned with regards to above activities you are engaged in and for sure they will be motivated to follow your example. In a nutshell, the answer is that you should teach by example.

this is a very nice and interested question. training up PSAs and CSAs require consistency and determination. below are the few ways at which you can train up your PSAs and CSAs;
1. At the first registration, issuing them a good and motivating Welcome letter.
2. Setting up and intensive to motivate them at the time of registration.
3. Creating a free blog or Website for them free as a welcome gift to start advertising and referring PSAs.
4. Holding a weekly online meeting to all.
5. Creating a chat room or a group where all the PSAs and CSAs can always meet and share ideas.
6. Sending all the PSAs and CSAs weekly letter, to praise them and give them assignments to accomplish.
6. Teaching them how to Set up a good standing order and where and when to utilize Tcredits to make more VersaPoints and Member Reaward Points.

With the above few points you can train up PSAs and CSAs to be successful in SFI.

Be an example yourself. The best road to success is duplication- where you do something and teach others to do the same. Equip yourself with the necessary tools of success and succeed. Then you can teach others to do same. If you are not able to succeed yourself, then you will not be able to train your PSAs and CSAs to succeed. I encourage you to first study and master the system, try strategies and only teach your team members successful ones.

Some people get into SFI and start teaching others what they themselves have not understood. Make sure that you test something before telling others about. Tell your team members how successful you are in what you are telling them. If you are not successful, then the strategies that you are teaching them may not be practicable. It is true that what works for others may not work for you. But I encourage you to teach only what works for you since you will be able to answer all questions.
