1. The success of my SFI business relies on me building a successful team of Affiliates under me and to do this I need to keep in regular contact with them. SFI impose certain restrictions on what you are able to mail to your Affiliates using their internal SFI Mailer system, so a website is the easiest way to communicate with you.
2. The SFI website can be quite daunting to new Affiliates as there is so much information on it. To help those affiliates and others get the most out of SFI, these pages will extract only the most relevant information to get you started. Once you’ve started and are comfortable with what you need to do, then I suggest that you go and have a deeper look around the SFI website, there is a wealth of useful information you can benefit from.


You must remember that SFI is a business, not a ‘Get Rich Quick Scheme’. It will take work, time and effort to be successful and may take a great deal of all three before you see the rewards of all your hard work. Do not be discouraged but remember that it will require long-term commitment from you to build it successfully. I will try to help you as much as I can along the way but if you do nothing, you will not get the results you expect. Also, You can remain in SFI forever and it will cost you nothing, it is completely Free. All you need to do is Remain Active.

If you are not active in SFI, eventually you will be deleted from their database. This is done to ensure that only people who really want to make a difference in their lives and are prepared to work at it remain Affiliates. The criteria to remain active is not that difficult, although you should be doing a lot more if you want to earn a decent income from it.

That has been a very difficult task for many and still puzzling most of us the right approach
We need or should take. There is no magic formula here, but it will take dedication,
Determination and most of all patient and not giving up.

But one thing also, not to lose focus or sight what we have in front of us our active
Affiliates. Make sure they have every access to reach us when ever they need us either for
question, help or advice.

In active affiliates have many reasons for not working on the business. So don’t look

Some may have difficulty in their personal life and the time might not be right now.
For some maybe didn’t get adequate help and left alone by themselves and lost the

Some also didn’t earn enough income in a short period of time and lose hope and

The good news is they will be around for one year or so in the system , and we have plenty
of time to work on them to bring them back if they desire and to be active.

Now one method is to drop them email in every three weeks or month to update them the
new improved system change we have and let them know they have a better chance of
Succeeding than ever before because of more beneficial income stream added or put in

I use also a removal notice in about once a month regularly for those inactive affiliates who
haven’t been logging for 320 Days and up, often times I get good result of bringing them back.
Some even appreciate after all of these times someone is still thinking about them.

Everything has time and when the times comes everything fall in place but we don’t know
When so that’s why persistence , patient and dedication comes in place to play the roll.

As long as you take this kind of action, you will get an exceptional results.

You will need to offer them a key “motivation” to get them back into SFI and involved and active again that appeals and recaptures that initial spark of interest. I am not sure of the statistics of affiliates that sign up and never show activity again, but from my list of inactive CSA’s, it’s about 99%.

Some of my tips for getting CSA’s active again are:

An e-Card welcoming them and motivating them by opening their eyes to the endless list of possibilities/earnings/commissions SFI has. A personalized email listing all the possibilities and income streams SFI has to offer. Create fun games leagues to spark their interest. Offer Gift Certificates. Send personalized emails offering free TCredits to each of these inactive CSA’s – both as a straight once off gift and second as a token / gift as and when they reach a certain value of VersaPoints. Reassign foreign CSA’s to local sponsors who can talk their language and may stand a better chance of success – you will still earn VP off them if they become active again.

What more can one do? I think a large part of them becoming active again involves their own interest and motivation, and not yours as a sponsor/team leader – success must come from within one’s own motivation or set of needs, you can drag a horse to the water but then won’t be able to make it drink! So do not waste too much of your precious time on these inactive CSA’s.
Rather, work with the workers, prioritize actual active affiliates who show interest. Just like in a deck of playing cards, you KNOW there are four aces. If you start working your way through the deck, the first ace may not come up for a while, but eventually it will so long as you keep going through the deck. And if you don't quit, you'll eventually locate FOUR aces. It's the very same principle with SFI; the aces are there.

Keep sponsoring affiliates, work with your workers, and success will happen.
Learn how to use the genealogy. It is powerful and it can keep emails separate, training and rewarding workers and promoting to prospects.

Tip: Don't waste time on skeptics or pessimists. They will NOT succeed in SFI or any other similar endeavor. They do not possess the qualities of a winner (this includes "rocking-chair advisors" who talk and talk, seem to know all the answers, but never act).

If any one can correctly read the minds of others many of humanity’s problems would have been solved very easily. Unfortunately, none of us have been bestowed with that power.

This is quite applicable to inactive affiliates in SFI business.

There are certain requirements like:

1. Every one should treat this as a serious business like any other business;

2. Every one should have patience, work regularly to a plan and be prepared to invest time if not money at a minimum level;

3. Every one should understand SFI Rules of Success clearly and should persevere until one wins with an attitude that, “I will not give up or quit no matter what”.

Unfortunately, many people neither understand this business concept clearly nor follow the above. The result is, most of them give up either after joining or within a very short period of time.

There are others who became inactive due to:

1. Lack of Family Member’s support;
2. Discouragement by close Friends & Relatives;
3. Inadequate financial situation;
4. Lack of time to do regular SFI activities;
5. Job constraints;
6. Other priorities in life;

If affiliates become inactive immediately after joining, it clearly shows that they registered with SFI just to earn few cents or credit points by clicking the advertisement and they are not keen to carry on with SFI.

If affiliates become inactive within few weeks of joining SFI it means that they are not so serious about this business.

Finally, if affiliates become inactive after few months it means they have their own, genuine reasons as explained. It does not mean they disliked SFI and stopped working.

In all these cases, the best thing is to:

1. Keep communicating with them at regular intervals without bombarding them with too many mails;

2. Keep providing them with SFI news up dates through Stream Messages;

3. Try to speak to some of them who promised much, with a reasonable amount of VersaPoints behind them;

4. Understand their situation & assist them;

5. Based on feed back, issue them Gift Certificates;

6. Offer incentives through transfer of T-Credits;

7. Reassign performing PSAs;

8. Share your achievements;

9. Refer them to Testimonials of successful affiliates;

After exhausting all these, remain with hope that some of them will become active once again. Beyond these, nothing can be done except keep building the Team with fresh sign ups and work with the active members within the team!

How can you revive affiliates that have become inactive...and get them active again?

This is a great question...one I'm sure we've all spent much time pondering. Sadly, there is no easy answer.

Our Forum is filled with suggestions like: send gift certificates, send TCredits, or offer to buy their NMP.
These suggestions may work, but not every affiliate has the means to "buy" their PSA's activity.

Each person joining SFI does so for their own reasons. What drives them? What motivates them?
What makes them "tick"? Get to KNOW your affiliates.

Your answer may be as simple as the affiliate just got lost. Remember back to when you joined SFI.
It was all new and exciting, but a bit overwhelming as well. You had to learn a new language...Versa Points and TCredits, ECAs and TripleClicks...there was a LOT to absorb. Your affiliate may be holding down a job or two already and, in whatever spare time he has left, trying to make sense of this new venture. It would be very easy to get lost and give up.

Try your best to suss out if this is what happened. Offer more encouragement, guidance, and advice.
Offer to walk him through the process. This may very well be what he needs from you.

Some affiliates are driven by the competitive spirit. Building one's own business (especially in early days when perhaps they haven't seen the entire picture) is hours of working by yourself, for yourself, and could easily become mundane. A competitive environment, where your PSAs take part in whatever contests you are running, may be enough to entice your affiliates out of inactivity.
Rather than "buying" your affiliate's activity, an incentive (do you have a few spare CSAs?) to help build their team is win/win...you both benefit here.

Each affiliate will have a different trigger. Your job as sponsor is to learn what that trigger is, and motivate them best you can. Your success and that of your team depends on it!!!

Reviving inactive affiliates is something that takes perseverance, tact, and creativity. The word "reviving"tells us that the affiliate was once active in SFI to some extent. This person quit for one reason or other.

Let's disregard those who HAD to quit, like they are near death, or their spouse threatened disaster if they don't quit. And leet's look at the reasons most people go dormant.

1. They don't get the difference between a job and one's own business.
2. They don't have patience to give the business time to build.
3. They think the business will build itself, or the sponsor will do it.
4. They think they can do it without any type of investment.
5. They've heard of too many scams.
6. They skip the training or just never see the big picture.
7. They aren't sold on doing what is needed.
8. They aren't sold on SFI.
9. They don't have a big enough need or dream to bother with all this.

These are what you need to address when you are looking to revive an ex-mover. He's been in. He thinks he knows all he needs to know. It either won't work for him or it didn't work for him (in the short time and effort he gave it).

You are equipped. You have a need, a dream, and goals. You've seen the big picture, the whole enchilada. You know what you need to do. Write the letters, send the encouragement, reshape his thinking. Get him to understand what being a business owner is. He can do it. So can you.

In SFI, although we promote ‘working with the workers’ we also at the same time encourage all to stay in contact with all their other affiliates – those who have become inactive and even those who have never logon after signing up. As long as they have not opt-out of SFI there is still the hope that they will come to realise what a fantastic opportunity SFI is and become active.

With these ‘inactive affiliates,’ your role is to ‘open their eyes,’ to SFI and to motivate them to become active. This needs to be done in an informative, encouraging, friendly and exciting manner.

My former sponsor used to tell her inactive affiliates to opt-out of SFI is they are not going to be active. This of course did not revive them to become active and sure enough many of them did opt out. I strongly advice against doing that. You want them to stay on the books so that you can encourage them to be active again. You have spent time and money recruiting and sponsoring them so don’t give up on them, push them away or ignore them.

I have had some success in reviving some inactive affiliates and this is what I do:

1. I check the ‘Movers’ tab daily and see who is starting to lag behind. If they have not logon for 3 days, I send them a ‘Hello’ message. Its simply to stay in contact and to remind them of my availability to help. If they continue to fall behind, I would continue to send them encouraging message. The idea is to prevent them becoming inactive.

2. Of those who become inactive, I focus on those who were on the movers list, have actually logon and have collected some VPs, completed some Launchpad lessons, confirmed registration, or communicated with me but have since become inactive. Where appropriate I send them individual messages taking into account what they have achieved to date, the information on their profile and what I believe the future is likely for them.

3. When I send out newsletters, it is to all my team members. I generally try to include in there information about developments within the SFI and within the team and also some training material.

4. I believe the secret here is keeping in contact with them and telling them about the many development in SFI/TripleClicks. Remember be informative, encouraging, friendly and excited.

Be excited about the developments and tell them why you are excited.

Tell them about such matters as the DD Program, Milestone Shares, CSA Exchange, CSA allocation & Badges, Fast Track Extensions, the EZ Games, the many types of Pricebender Auctions, the new Rank Qualification requirements, The Plan etc...

5. Set up team contests and invite & encourage them to participate.

6. When they send you messages or log on, you need to respond immediately. Tell them how excited you are to hear from them or to see them logon. Welcome them, encourage them and reassure them of your support and that you will help them wherever you can.

7. Most of all, I try to set myself up as a role model to them all. I try to live what I preach – do as I say. I strongly recommend you do the same. If you are talking about the auctions, make sure you are participating in the auctions. If you are talking about Fast Track, make sure you are a Fast Tracker, if not ask your sponsor for a Fast Track Extension. If you are talking about login daily, make sure you are doing the same. The list goes no.......

My name is "Your Name Here". I am an Executive Affiliate Bronze Team Leader at SFI. About a year ago you signed up to SFI. By now I'm sure you've probably completely forgotten about it. I would have. As a matter of fact, I had joined SFI almost 5 years ago and did forget. Oh I played around with the website for a little while. But it got so confusing and I wasn't seeing how I was ever going to make any money, so I kinda just stopped logging in.

Last year I made a New Year's resolution to get going again on my online business (not SFI) and started back into the program I had been working on and off for the last year or so. Again, it wasn't SFI. Well, you know how it can be with some of these internet marketing sites, I was quickly getting overwhelmed again by all the join this group and sign up for that group and they all promise that I'll be making money right away. Of course none of them have. My Sponsor, however had listed as one of the programs I should join, as a part of his deal, you got it, SFI. That sounded familiar, but I knew it had been a really long time since I had originally signed up.

Being the ever eager student I signed up for SFI again. Played around again on the site for a few days and stopped logging in again. But something was different this time. I had watched Gery Carson's video on the Start button and it just kept playing in my head. "This is not a get rich quick scheme" Gery says. "This is a home business opportunity that requires work" and if you work it you will make money. You will get out of SFI what you put into it.

Hmmm. I said. I like that honesty. I like the daily check list. I like the simple steps. I can do this. So I went back to the Affiliate Center homepage and started doing what each of the steps directed me to do.

I read every word on every page and the more I read, the more excited I got that I think I've finally found the online business that is going to make money. That was January 15, 2015. I had joined January 7, 2015. I lost out on Fast Track, I missed 100s of bonus points for my hesitation, but I was in it now for the long term. I was not going to let this opportunity pass me by again.

And where was my Sponsor through all of this, let alone a Co-Sponsor? Nowhere. Neither one even attempted to contact me when they saw I wasn't logging in, I still, to this day have not been contacted by my Sponsor, well except for his auto-responder messages he churns out from the other business. I do occasionally hear from my Co-Sponsor. Which brings me to why I'm contacting you today.

When I made the decision to stick with SFI, I also made myself a promise that if I ever have any affiliates sign up with me, I was NOT going to be an absent Sponsor. Here at SFI you often hear, "If you're downline is successful, you'll be successful". Put another way, I don't make money, unless you make money. So, I'm here to help you make money. Even as just your Co-Sponsor, not your direct Sponsor, my "job" is to do whatever I can to help you be successful. I wish 5 years ago someone had sent me an email like this. I can only imagine how rich I would be today. But they didn't.

You did get this letter. You've been given an opportunity to get re-started with SFI. We're updated, upgraded and quickly becoming the number one Affiliate Marketing Program on the internet today. Don't let this pass you by.

Reviving inactive affiliates is quite a task. It might look impossible but it's very possible. Also, time and luck play a role in the revival process because different affiliate have different reasons for their inactive status. There's need to be optimistic on this assignment. The ways to achieve result is by doing the following:

1. Send team mails regularly to them. The content of your mails should be motivational and exciting. The team mail is the best way to communicate.

2. Always present SFI in numbers whenever you are sending out your team mails.

3. Through your team mails, inform them of latest and exciting SFI announcements with emphasis on their benefits.

4. Keep reminding them of the opportunities SFI has via team mails.

5. Always leave your contact media such as email, telephone number etc at the end of each communication.

With the hope that your messages reach them and they read, there are chances they might become active one day.
