YOU keep telling them besides getting people to join SFI you also need sales in any business for it to make money, I have banners up every where I can think of here on the internet for triple clicks products and also on Craigs List and be live it or not that is where I got my very first sales on CL. Inspiring your affiliates to PROMOTE TripleClicks sales requires a few important actions on your part.

1. I always promote the principle: Be Your Own Best Customer.
Every successful business owner uses their own products--in fact they BUY their own products. I worked in retail management for a multiple location Farm Market and Nursery. During my training, I happened to be cashiering (to become familiar with their unique operating system), and the founding owner happened through my service counter. I asked him how I was to handle his transaction. He told me to ring it up, just like everyone else. I then asked him if he receive a discount. He immediately chided me (and I'll never forget this), "Why would I want to take money from myself? I pay regular price. I'm not going to cheat myself. When I need to buy something, I don't buy it from my competition. I buy it from myself because my dollars are going to support MY business not someone else's." WOW!
Think of this: The best way to be able to promote a product is to use it yourself. Experiencing your own products empowers you to effectively promote them.

2. Referred memebers of TripleClicks will produce a commission and VP for an affiliate when they buy products. Some people you know simply don't want to go into business, but some of them are likely to support your business. Why not earn commision and VP by referring to TripleClicks.
Even if people don't have a personal connection with you, some of those people in the internet-world just aren't looking for our opportunity, but many of them are ON-LINE CONSUMERS. Get your portion of this market through developing a strong advertising presence on the internet and in traditional venues.

Finally, it's been said, "Teach them by showing them." This is the best way. In our internet community it's hard to "show" someone how to do something. I would teach them how i refer TC members for myself and I would let them know that since the TC members only don't need VP, that all the VP for every purchase made goes to him/her to help build Powerrank and increase their commission in addition to the (CV).

I recently sent my CSAs a Team Mail stating the benefits of referring TC products. I basically stated they will earn VP and commissions on every TC product they refer to friends, family or their acquaintances. If they see there is a great benefit to them, they will be more likely to complete the action.

You cannot force anyone to do anything, but by providing them with the knowledge and the benefit side, they will be more apt to follow through on your advice. I don't even mention the fact it will help me in any way; it is all about getting them motivated and seeing the SFI opportunity. If I were to mention the fact it helps me, they would be much less likely to promote other products.

Social networking opens up a whole new audience for product referrals; by suggesting your affiliates utilize the power of SN you will be helping them increase their VP and commissions. It is all about making your team successful; your benefits will come later.

We are all here to make money online and SFI gives us the perfect tools to do just that. TC is the place where we can make that extra cash that we need .

You need to explain to your team members that as SFI affiliates they are shareholders in TC and they will share part of the revenues every month depending on the VP that they accumulate for that month . Vp is allocated to them based on certain actions that they will have to fulfill as part of the LaunchPad and the To Do list, but if they want a significant amount of VP that will result in higher commissions then they need to take the following actions.

1.Shop for your needs on TC. This is stuff that that they would buy anyway from other stores , the only difference is that they will get more VP for buying from TC. More VP translates to more shares and more shares mean higher commissions.

2. Direct others to buy from TC , from their own gateway ( link ) and get even more VP ( TC shares ). For a list of actions specified by SFI , direct them to the following link
