As far as I am concerned, I believe that becoming an EA every month is mandatory to earn a commission in SFI but becoming a Team Leader is more beneficial and ladder to further growth.

Through my weekly support messages, I always insist on the importance of becoming a Team Leader rather than just being an EA for very long time. I also believe that our Weekly Support Messages will have the desired impact on them instead of separate lengthy mails to the concerned. Besides that, you can also interact with your downline through social networking sites to convince them more effectively.

By becoming a Team Leader, it can be BTL, STL, GTL or PTL, according to our choice and the requirements, we earn not only the direct commission but also the very attractive matching commission from our downline till level 12.

In SFI, our Team consists of Affiliates from all over the world and it is next to impossible to meet each and every one personally so we can rely on other possible ways to make it realistic and result oriented. I will narrate some of the effective ways through which we can attain the desired results and success for us and for our Team as well.

1) Once the concerned get enrolled in to your Team, you can inspire them to be in touch with you through constant and regular emails.

As I always say, our affiliates or the team members are our own stream and the integral part too. Hence, it is very important to help them to achieve the best success possible through our moral and monetary help.

There is no such thing as TOO much if you can draw the line between the permissible limits and then you will be able to move forward confidently with the much needed help to your affiliates. In some cases, your affiliates may need your advice and guidance and in some rare cases, they may need of financial or other kind of help. If you can draw the perfect line between such things, then you are an awesome sponsor and that is what your team is expecting from you too.

Let me tell you, the main motive of helping your own affiliates is in a reciprocal manner and so there is no need of thinking too much of such TOO MUCH help. The idea is to try to give all the information to help others to judge the value of your contribution; not just the information that leads to judgment in one particular direction or another.

ECAs you refer to TripleClicks are also the part of your team so in every step of their growth, they require your valuable advice and guidance.

An ECA with some products without customers is like a closed shop with some junk goods. To avoid this, you should prompt them to list some items which are always in demand and can be sold internationally rather just domestically at reasonable prices.

With regard to the pricing matter, then your economic acumen should prevail over any other factors. In my opinion, an ECA who can sell their products with a reasonable profit margin of 20% or little more can sustain in the Market and attract huge chunk of customers over a period of time. While pricing, the following factors should be adequately calculated and cared.
