I always follow the following ways to get in touch with my PSAs and CSAs and I found, those ways are really useful for me and effective too.

1) Send them regular motivating mails at least once in a week.
2) Compliment them on their each and every step of success.
3) Mention your winners’ name in your stream posts and make it visible for others to follow their path.
4) Send them mails even to their personal mail box.
5) Invite them to Facebook or other social networking sites to interact more.
6) Invite them to have a word with you regularly on Skype or any other media.

I am sure, if you can follow all these measures, your PSAs and CSAs will have immense confidence in your abilities and beliefs which can make a remarkable difference in their approach too.

Constant communication is a powerful tool to attain Success. Words are only painted fire, a look is the fire itself. You can change your world by changing your words, remember, death and life are in the power of the tongue.

In whatever we do, we should do it with utmost sincerity and clarity. PSAs are our downline and they are the vital part of our Team too. We should be able to convey all

Always do remember, today’s Team Leaders were yesterday’s new affiliates. A leader cant be born in an overnight but through sheer determination and hard work only.

An affiliate starts his/her career with our SFI from the scratch but slowly and steadily they learn to create their own downline by enrolling more and more affiliates under their belt. There is no magic or supernatural things in their activities but just pure determination and self belief. They transpire all the tricks and ideas they learned in their own progress to their downline which can create immense faith in their downline to move forward and suggest more and more people for their team.

To create such a vast team of affiliates, one should have a proper and perfect plan. I always offer incentives and other attractive offers to my downline so that they will work harder and enjoy all the benefits of the things I offer. I offer free PSAs, Gift Certificates, etc. for them to move forward and reach their status of EA2 or more regularly. I do always believe in togetherness and without their contribution, I can’t be successful in this system. I also believe, my Team’s growth is my growth too.

Initially, I also felt the difficulties in communication and interacting with my huge downline but slowly, I have found out some useful ways for my own downline so that they will be able to contact me always. Some of my ideas that I follow are as follows:

1) My Team has got all the liberty to contact me either on Phone or by Mail.
2) I have created a separate Group inside my Facebook exclusively for my team where I can give all the tips and be able to properly guide them to achieve the maximum success.
3) I always invite my downline to chat with me on Skype.

Everyone will have their own strategy to move and grow up in SFI but I do believe in those simple and effective principles and now I am really proud to have a very large and active team.

Mind you, change and growth take place when a person has risked himself and dares to become involved with experimenting with his own life.

In this busy world, nobody gets much time to divert their attention from their already busy schedules even though one is much interested to earn more.

SFI itself says that Earn Your Second Income but as far as I am concerned and as per my belief, it is just in those words. If one can attribute a little of their valuable and precious time, the income you generate from this great system will be beyond your imagination and lot more than your primary source of income. To earn in SFI, you don’t need to devote your entire day or time but just a part of your valuable time. There are innumerable avenues in SFI for a determined and hardworking person to earn if they really aspire to spend little of their time even after their busy daily schedules.

Hence, I request all my fellow affiliates and also the potential new comers to spend a little of your valuable time in SFI, read all the study materials carefully, learn the marketing ideas and then move forward confidently. Our Downline members in SFI are like our backbones and without their activeness and success, no Leader can achieve greater goals in the system.

Normally, every now and then, we all make mistakes while leading our team members and building the downline so systematically. The common mistakes are.

1) Lack of proper communication and difficulties in understanding their own languages.
2) Inability to provide study materials and the lack of knowledge to explain the ways to grow in the system.
3) Inability to motivate and encourage the new members with a competitive Support Letter.
4) The lack of willingness to help the team members when they are in dire straits or when they need timely help.
5) Lack of constant interaction with team members through other various modes like, social networking sites regularly.
6) Inability to help them to set up business in SFI mainly through ECAs and its formalities.
7) Unable to reward them suitably on their achievements.

As far as I am concerned those are the common mistakes we make normally when we groom our downline to become successful and we can avoid such simple but grave mistakes through a proper and systematic planning and also with some efforts. Earlier, I used to make such mistakes but time and experience made me more matured and conscious to move ahead confidently and successfully. After all, no Leader can sustain for long without a strong, active and successful downline.

Do remember, a little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success. Satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment, full effort is full victory.

Learn the basics thoroughly, carefully and systematically. There is no other way out to get ample knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks and grow up in the system happily.

Being a new affiliate, they will have lots of queries and doubts about the system and they will ask all those things to their Sponsor first to eradicate the apprehensions from their mind. As their sponsor, it is for us to clear all their doubts and queries with proper, valid and reasonable answers.

1) Your Daily/Weekly/Monthly Free Versa Points (you can accumulate more than 500 VPs every month through this process).

2) You can participate in PriceBender Auctions and accumulate up to 500 VPs (each bid worth for 1 VP and its limited to 500 VPs each moth)

Primarily, an affiliate should not shape his career in SFI by looking at his Sponsor who is responsive or non-responsive. One should have clear plans and strategy about his own career growth and should move on accordingly.
Yes, it is always good if we get a good and responsive sponsor during our journey in SFI but it should not be the deterrent towards our growth.
