Action Versa Points are one of the most beneficial and attractive part in our growth in SFI but not so easy to find and earn immensely.

Though it is quite difficult to earn Action VPS aplenty always but not impossible to gain at all. Through proper planning and through systematic ways, you can accumulate such points as you required every month.

As a new Affiliate, a person gets all those free points to move up in the system as Action Versa Points and during the first month, one can learn, earn and progress further without resorting to any other things.

Once a person becomes an Executive Affiliate (EA) during the first month of his/her career, they can plan for their career with SFI from second month onwards accordingly with proper planning. Always do remember, the Sales Versa Points up to 2000 only can be considered while determining your status every month but for the remaining points, you need to resort Action Versa Points and it varies too.

For the transit from the level of EA to Bronze Team Leader, one need to get at least 1000 Action Versa Points, for Silver Team Leader Status, 2000 Action Versa Points, for Gold Team Leader, needs 3000 Action Versa Points and for the ultimate and most superior status of Platinum Leader Status, one has to earn at least 4000 Action Versa Points.

Now, let me tell you the ways to get those Action Versa Points and there are several ways to earn such points as under :

1) Your Daily/Weekly/Monthly Free Versa Points and all these points can be considered as Action Versa Points. (you can accumulate around 500 VPs every month through this process).
2) You can participate in PriceBender Auctions and accumulate up to 500 Action VPs (each bid worth for 1 VP and its limited to 500 VPs each moth)
3) You can earn unlimited Action VPs from the progress of your own PSAs. An each EA2 can provide you 100 VPs, BTL can get you 150 VPs, STL can earn you 200 VPs, GTL will make you richer by 250 VPs and PTL can provide you 300 VPs.
4) By distributing Gift Cards, you can earn up to 300 Action VPs every month ( A pack of Gift Cards consists of 30 Cards and issuing each card can get you 10 VPs each and it is limited to 300 VPs per month. 30*10 = 300 VPs).
5) Your successful and top answers into SC Ask can get you Action VPs such as Top Voted Answer will get you 100 VPs , second will earn you 50 VPs and third most voted answer will provide you 25 VPs.
6) Each entry into the Eager Zebra Games will get you 1 Action VP and it’s limited to 200 VPs per month.
7) You can play for PTP (Predict The Price) in PriceBenders Auctions can get you 1 Action VP for each successful entry.
8) Listing of products into your ECA can get you up to 50 VPs every month.
9) For TC Music Download, you can earn up to 50 VPs every month.
10) For Product Reviews (only once against each new product), you can earn 25 VPs against each review and it is unlimited.
11) The last but not the least, if you win Versa Points in Daily Grand, all those VPs can be considered as Action Versa Points.

First of all, we all should know and remember that SFI is a reputed business organization and it is truly necessary for us to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the system when we interact with others through chat.
Now, I will come to the point. A new PSA means he/she is a newbie into the system and they may not be aware of all the processes in the system. So when you see a concerned person online, you should greet with a customary Hi, Hello, How are you?, etc. Or you can greet the concerned with a welcome to SFI.

I am sure, this kind of one line messages and the initiation from your end as being their sponsor will have positive effects on their part and they will surely respond to your greetings. Once they reply to your greeting, you can ask them about their new experience in the system and slowly you can understand from their messages where they lack the knowledge and really need much attention to grow up in the system. Accordingly, you can proceed and tell them the solutions to solve all their problems. There is no doubt that it is always better to promote our own near and dears than to absolute strangers at the first place. The main reason of this fact that we can easily coordinate with our own people and guide them systematically and often personally too . Moreover, our own success stories with SFI will certainly inspire them to work hard and achieve their desired results in the future.

However, I am not totally ignoring the so called strangers and at times, they will create real wonders with their determination and the willingness to move forward in the system and they may even exceed our own wild imaginations with their feats in the system. But, they will always have some type of apprehensions in their mind about us and will not be able to accept all our success stories whole heartedly .

Nevertheless, one’s willingness to grow and move forward in their respective lives and these factors makes a person truly successful and create a good fortune with our beloved SFI.

It is a great concept always been re-defined.

As a Sponsor, everyone will have their own concepts and innovative ideas and of course, I have my own too.

It is not a bad practice to help your downline with cash and kind to help them to move on and grow in the system but it is not fair to make them totally dependent on the help to move on in the system without any of their own efforts.

For me, there are two strategies I emulate and practice.

1) I offer and give my downline members, free PSAs for them to sponsor every month once they achieve the status of EA2 or more and I am so happy that this offer has got tremendous response from my team members.

2) I offer Gift Certificate option also for the economically weaker downline members. With my Gift Certificate option, they can always grow up in the system and achieve the status of EA2 or more every month and enjoy the commission and other benefits from SFI uninterruptedly. In this case, I will not offer them free PSAs because if I offer them everything together, then I don’t think that they will have clear vision and real motivation to move on in the system.


It is imperative for the concerned affiliates to put their sincere effort too to grow up in the system otherwise tomorrow, they won’t be able to brighten their future and explain the worth of hard work to their own downline members.

Hence, my strong suggestion is that no sponsor should give the help to their own downline members beyond a certain limit otherwise, it will get boomeranged on themselves at a later stage in their careers with SFI.

There is no short cuts or secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.

Myself, being an E365 Champion for my class, I can tell you everything out of my own experiences in a simple manner.

When a new affiliate join in the system, he or she may get included in the Championship automatically and from there, it is for us to take all the precautions to stay in the Championship and succeed till the duration is over.

For me, I was always conscious to stay above the Green Line in terms of versa points so that I can be in the contention and also enjoy the other benefits of being a finalist. I never bothered to chase and go ahead of others in my class to be the first in terms of versa points till the 9th month of the championship but concentrated much on team building and also achieve the status of Executive Affiliate till then.

After the 9th month, I have reassessed myself and knew the distance between myself and other affiliates in terms of versa points and then picked up the momentum to catch on with them. Slowly and steadily I have scaled each mile stone and by 11th month of the championship, I was in a position to climb the summit by a very good margin and never looked back after that.

By having a good strategy and planning, I never got panicked at the end of the championship and I knew that I am in a very comfortable position to get the E365 Champion status.

I would request all the finalists to focus on their monthly goals and achieve it within the time frame always. Therefore you can always avoid a panic situation at the very end and unwanted confusion too.

When you believe in yourself and humble beginnings, you can make others too to follow your path. A purely new affiliate is very new to the entire scenario in SFI and its working culture. Hence, it is very important for you to make a new affiliate to have simple steps towards remarkable achievements, beyond proportions.

One should be faithful in small things and small beginnings always because it is in them that your strength lies. Even our great system in SFI teaches us the simple beginnings with higher thoughts, so even a new Affiliate feels so comfortable in this system. As our SFI says, Aim High and Dream Big. If a person needs to look higher, he should keep his feet firmly on the ground and then he can keep his vision higher and higher, like one sees great things from the valley but only small things from the peak. In short, success in life is founded upon attention to the small things rather than to the large things, to the things that are remote and uncommon, SFI is no different.

Therefore, it is important to have simple beginnings with small or minor investments before we leap in to the higher and larger horizons and the success will be a definite thing for such a person. I never felt uncomfortable with the system in SFI so I have succeeded in this system thus far. My concept was simple and initial investment was minimal, if I look back at my past now, I can just feel proud and say, “I made it dude” with those simple steps. Always do remember, great things are not done by impulse but by a series of small things brought together.

Recently introduced Affiliate E-Cards are fantastic and also a new tool to communicate with our own Downline and with friends as well. Those cards itself says many things which we can’t express ourselves through words quite often.

Whenever we need to compliment or convey a specific message or some tips to the concerned Affiliates, we can use them easily, conveniently, instantly and it is hassle free too. The messages and ideas what we are about to convey to the concerned are already there on those cards and its interesting illustrations itself make them a valuable gift to send out.

I use it very often and send it to my downline members and also to A2A friends to compliment and congratulate them on their specific achievements in SFI and the response I receive from them are really encouraging and interesting.

I have joined in SFI a couple of years back after pouring the news from my friends who were already successful with this system. Like most of the people, I was also circumspect about my success in this system at the initial stages of being a new affiliate but my SELF BELIEF made me more determined to move forward and become successful.

I believe that God has put gifts and talents and ability on the inside of every one of us. When you develop that and you believe in yourself and you believe that you are a person of influence and a person of purpose, I believe you can rise up out of any situation. So self belief in succeeding in the system which makes all the difference always.

Remember, your success depends mainly upon what you think of yourself and whether you believe in yourself or not.
