There are many tools available through SFI that can be used to communicate with down-line team members.
Effective is simply in the eyes of the receiver of the message. It may be helpful for down line members and you that an inquiry be sent to all and see what topics are of interest so that they can be catered to interest.
It is important to share your emotion about what you do with SFI and how you work with SFI. Expression of passion in communication will draw more from your down-line members to respond, act, or share with others.
Communication tools I use regularly and have effective engagement are as follows:
E-cards
Stream
TeamMailer
Forum Posts
E-mail- direct
Leadership Page - blog posts
You're the author of all communication - you're the key asset of the business so be sure to be open, authentic and honest - all of which will promote trust in you as a leader of the team.

What is the best way to get my new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them?

Ask your PSA's what they need at the moment in their business.
You're sensitivity to information overload is appreciated as with any new venture without prior experience, owning a business can be overwhelming.
Let your PSA's direct you so that you can help them to the best of your abilities.
Customization of service support for PSA's is important so find out what topics are of interest and use that in your weekly TeamMail for all as more than one PSA may have the same challenge or need to know.

What are the most valuable marketing skills I should teach my downline?

Listening - Active Listening is one of the most important marketing skills that an entrepreneur can develop.
Active Listening is important and it then puts the needs of customers first. Customers will see the affiliate putting forth effort to listen to what is being said thus does not feel rushed nor will he or she feel like the affiliate is simply trying to only make a sale and care about the stats of the sale.
Active Listening is a valuable marketing skill that each affiliate in your down line should develop for success of their business. The time you invest to role-model this skill and provide opportunities to learn will be well worth it.

How do I take advantage of every tool in the SFI system to maximize my success here?

There are so many tools that SFI has made available for all affiliates so can appreciate that it may be difficult to consider what is the best way to use these tools.
Create your list of what you want to do with your SFI business and from this list choose your top 2 achievements you want to complete during the next 6 months. After you have chosen the 2 pick 1 that you feel will be a quick win to achieve. Once you have picked your 1 focus all business efforts to align to this top preferred current achievement - this includes tools that SFI has to offer.
A tool is only as good as the task it is chosen for.

I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

Choose any product to promote - just be aware of the mistake that often happens when advertising any product on-line...Making this one mistake is THE surefire ways to repel your ideal clients online and lose their interest.
The Mistake is: Focusing on your product and how great it is.
Most sales pages are product-centered and try to convince people to buy with detailed descriptions of the offer.
But this almost always gets super boring. That’s why visitors go away without doing anything, even if they need your product or program.
To promote TripleClicks products create brilliant client-captivating marketing.
Here’s the key - make your sales page or blog client-centered. That changes the entire structure of what you include, so you’re able to capture and KEEP the attention of your ideal clients.
When you follow this right formula, your sales page can be a transformational letter that creates trust, desire and inspires your ideal clients to buy your program on the spot.
Choose a product and be sure that your sales are customer-centered and not product centered and you will see the product move off the shelf.
Happy Advertising!

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

Our goals established each month are most certainly helpful in focusing daily efforts for SFI business growth.
We become busy that we can succumb to distractions which will have us more further away from reaching our goal. Use your monthly goal to streamline and pick appropriate business efforts such as but not limited to:
Advertising
Recruitment
Product Sales
Games Promotions
ECA program
Music Program
Networking
Leadership
We have so much to do and time is our most valuable asset that it will do all of us well to use our goals to guide our business habits instead of letting the habits happen in an unstructured ways.

What are the best ways to set up an advertising co-op for my affiliates?

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Personally, I have found that the use of the Co-op Manger has been a really great way to set up a shared co-op with members of your down-line. SFI does "all the heavy lifting" with the use of a Co-op Manager.
I extend an invitation to join the Co-op to fellow affiliates who are part of my down-line and await for their response. Those who respond positively to the invitation, I add their ID to the rotation pool and all is done. I request that each member is to do the personal work with each new affiliate that the Co-op Manger adds to their down line - that is how I have been able to use the co-op for my team.
I am able to co-ordinate the Co-op Manger through the purchase of a couple of S-Builder units (that are also offered through SFI). I have found this to be an effective way to help members of my team and they help through the use of their time to mentor new affiliates to do the same as they do with running their SFI business.
SFI truly has done all the hard work for all affiliates by providing tools that are designed for advertising and down-line membership growth.

What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

You may want to ask this question directly to your PSA's and CSA's directly so you customize your efforts to their preference.
Training may be done by you showing them then they do the same;
Sharing a YouTube video on a topic that is complimentary to what SFI has provided;
Revisiting an article or training lesson offered by SFI and sharing the benefit with your team;
Encourage others to take the lead and learn from the experience.
It is important to be available to support the learning and listen to what PSA's ask for that he or she may feel is missing in their knowledge of SFI.

What are good ways to use Stream to build your SFI business...and how often do you post on Stream?

The Stream tab is a great tool to build the businesss. Personally I post minimally 3 times each week up to 7 times a week.
I use the Stream to share motivational quotes, links to specific articles that SFI has posted or even messages of cheer for all PSA's, CSA's and levels below.
The Stream is like a "post;it' note to share a quick message with team members and has you word the messages to the point so are simple to read with less wordiness.
I encourage everyone to use the Stream tab to post as this is a great start to develop web presence with SFI and fellow affiliates and to develop confidence for other posts that you author such as blog posts on the Team Leadership page or even the ASKSC.
Happy Stream-ing.

Which is better for winning Pricebenders auctions: using the auto-bidder or not using auto-bidder?

I personally have not used an Auto-bidder to participate in auctions and have won.
For auctions, you need to consider the product you're interested in and how much you're willing to bid on the product. This would be the same when using an auto bidder.
For both methods - auto bidder or manual, you need to create a strategy that works for you with each method. Method alone, does not guarantee you a win.
I typically review items that I am interested in then consider start time for each auction for the item. I attempt to join in the auction when there is 20 seconds or left remaining on the live time so as to get the best use out of my T-Credit. I have found if I start when the auction goes live, I am bidding against more people thus ther stakes get higher.
Happy bidding no matter which approach you use.
They both work!
