The best way to communicate with your down line is to best ask them what they want.

Offer in amessage to them that you're looking to make the best team possible and so need to know which mode of communication works best.

Content writing is important.

It is a good idea to focus on writing about the themes you see occuring when you read posts in the SFI Forum, Stream Posts, or even the type of requests that you receive from downline members.

Comment on other things that you see such as on blogs that you subscribe to or even elaborate on benefits for affiliates when SFI announces new changes such as added programs or even packages that affiliates can sell.

Preparation, preparation and more preparation!

Preparation is key to effective recruitment. As the late Ji. Rohm has been quoted do say, "failing to plan/prepare is planning/preparing for failure".

Everyone can be his or her best when preparation is done. As stated in many business books, the 80/20 rule applies to even recruitment.

SFI is not only about on-line business presence but is also about off-line (in person) business too.

SFI is a universal program and is not locked into only being accessible via on-line. SFI is a collaborative business built on the joined effort of all affiliates.

It would be important for such affiliates to connect with local businesses who are part of the ECA program or even connect with affiliates who live locally so that he or she can participate in recruitment or SFI discussions

First take the time to learn about the Wave3 program - how to join, the benefits and how it works on behalf of not only the affiliate but as a global marketing program that has no start-up costs to join.

Once you are clear in your understanding about the Wave 3 program - share articles or URL's that are associated with SFI so that down-line team members can learn all that they can about the program.

It is important that families embrace tour entrepreneur efforts. It does not need be specific to SFI.
Being a business owner, no matter what it is, is a life style choice so it needs to have the support of your immediate family as it does impact how the family lives.

If the family does not support entrepreneurship efforts, then it is important to ask family.embers their reasons for not supporting it. Remember your business practices or only impact how you serve customers but ask

Face to face communication is difficult but can be learned and done very well.

A great way to get ideas is to review postings on the Forum Post, read posts on your Stream Tab and even look at advanced training tools that SFI has to offer.

To become a great communicator, it is good to practice. In order to practice it is a good to prepare what you want to tell others.

Remember the best way to communicate is not to just focus on the "what" on SFI but the "why

As a sponsor, fellow affiliate or even TeamLeader - it is important for us to KNOW what products our on-line store has to offer and purchase products so we can promote the purchasing of products to anyone including downline members.

I will share with team members what products I have found to be useful and encourage he or she to check it out for themselves. I will explain how the product helps me and will encourage others to find out for them selves what products are available.

Action VersaPoints are best to be earned each day little by little as this is how by the end of the month an affiliate can achieve on-going success.

It is encouraged through SFI to start a Standing Order as soon as possible to generate a minimum of 1500 Versa Points each month to sustain an affiliate profile to be minimally an EA2 - this is a good strategy for any affiliate - new or experienced with SFI,
