Duplication is training our affiliates to replicate our own success.
Duplication is possible only through clear and effective communication.

Thus, there are conditions for duplication to happen:
1. We have to be team leaders
2. We have to be "Awesome Sponsors"; and
3. We have to be great communicators.

A. Only True Team Leader can create Duplication
The first condition is to have a real team, made of active Personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs) and Co-Sponsored affiliates (CSAs). This requires constant, focused, hard work. It does not happen overnight.

Clearly there are some who have the title of Bronze, Silver or even Gold Team leaders.
We know that one can reach such team leadership ranks in the first or second month with SFI. Such team leaders may have gained their title too quickly without building a real team: a critical number of active PSAs and CSAs motivated to be successful.

B. Creating Duplication is about sharing our experience of success
Only Effective Sponsors can create Duplication.
Experience in success is critical in being an "Awesome sponsor"
Caring for our team members is essential in creating duplication

(i) We have to be successful in building our own SFI Business, promoting successful as many income streams as possible, learning from our efforts, our positive results as well as our setbacks. This is from where we get the experience we share with out team members.

(ii) We have to show genuine care for our affiliates's success
It is less about what we can gain from duplication. It is more about "how to help our affiliates be successful".

Nobody will listen to you until they are convinced that you truly care about them.

C. Clear, Effective and Timely Communication as well as Incentives and Motivation
With our own experience, and our genuine concern for the success of our team members, we are in an excellent position to positively interact with them.
Such communications can be at two levels:
(a) group communications and
(b) One-to-One team member support

1. Group communications can be through mailing, webinars, skype group video chats, youtube channels and video post, as well as other online and offline communication tools.

Organizing contests with rewards to winners and incentives to other members is another form of group communications to promote duplication.

2. One-to-One Team member support
First, it is important to give special attention to the "Movers" on your team, recognize them frequently and reward them for their actions

Second, it is very much advisable to provide support to those team members who may need help in the form of tips and answers to questions they may have.

In SFI, we have a great opportunity to apply the distinction between working hard vs. working smart.

Is working smart anyone of us who succeeds in building their business, earning substantial monthly commissions while growing their residual income. Working smart is getting results without much stress.

Whoever toils day in and day out, stresses over minor issues and is not getting anywhere, is working hard.

Below is my personal "take-away" from your question. It is what I try to do and it is what I advise my team members to implement in their efforts to make SFI a success in their lives.

SFI has a clearly defined path to success: doing identified sets of actions including building up both sales and actions Versa Points (VP), sponsoring affiliates and teaching them duplication, selling TripleClicks products and services, promoting as much income streams as possible.

What we want is to sponsor active affiliates whom we guide to follow our path and help them go on to build their own teams of successful PSAs. We also want to refer active PRMs who are repeat buyers of TripleClicks and satisfied customers. We also will benefit by signing up business owners who list their products and be successful E-Commerce Associates (ECAs)

Whoever does the above consistently, improving on their experience, is working "SMART".
