Introduction
Many of our colleagues SFI Affiliates approach questions like this one with a laundry list of features they see as attractive. You can put such a long list of over 30 (thirty) SFI features
However, you questions stem from the desire of convincing prospects to check out SFI. It is as sales process. Sales are not closed by enumerating a long list of features, but stressing the benefits that are the most valuable to a customer.
To convince somebody to join SFI, it would be wiser to focus on finding what will motivate them, what ultimate goal is driving them and what results they are seeking. You can find that goal in your SFI goal tab. It is the number one reason why you joined SFI. As for the results, they are major benefits SFI offers to its affiliates. Then, what you have to do is to link the goals to the benefits and the major SFI features. This is the way you can convince people to join.
I. The Number one Reason why people join SFI
Look at the options from which you are asked to choose when you were filling your goals.

You will find five major reasons that are identified
a. To Become Wealthy
b. Improve my standards of living
c. Quit my job and work from home
d. Retire early
e. To Earn Enough so that I can pay off my debts
You will find that most people identifying themselves with one of several of these goals
II. How does SFI allow us to reach these goals?
Any one of these goals is linked to financial security and independence. That is the one result that summarizes the whole SFI endeavor.
The monthly commissions, the residual income you earn through your PSAs, CSAs, and ECAs are the source of that financial security. When you build a strong downline of team leaders and successful e-Commerce Affiliates, your income will flow, independently from what else you may do.
Further, that income potential is unlimited. There here today affiliates that have joined 15 years ago and still continuing to build their teams. You can imagine the amount of their monthly commission check.
III. Major SFI Features
Those long laundry lists of features can be summarized in three categories:
a. No entry barriers: what the layman calls “Free to join”
b. Low operating costs, or no obligation to spend money to run an SFI Affiliate program, as long as one is willing to spend time and is not worried about the speed with which he can expect to see results.
c. Multiple streams of income than expand earning potentials, and
d. The opportunity of earning money quickly. For instance if an affiliate sponsor among his warm markets (family, friends, and co-workers), brings in e-Commerce affiliates from the businesses with which he deals on a daily basis, it is possible for him to start earning in his first month with SFI.

Hello, Manuella Essaka!

You just gave a voice to all those
(i) who had missed their fast tract, or
(ii) were eliminated from the E365 Championship, or even
(iii) those who did not see the value of a standing order (SO) right away.

I am neither of those.

But, I would still have made some significant improvement in my first month with SFI.

(a). I could have made it to Gold Team Leader and possibly be motivated to maintain it, if not make further progress. Instead I stopped at Silver Team Leader, and lost the motivation to accelerate my progress. Now I content with a much slower pace to success. I will definitely get to the top but not at the fastest speed that I know is possible.

Instead, now I have chosen to fall back onto Bronze Team Leader and advance only through sponsoring to earn the action VP needed for rank building.

b. With a focus on reaching and maintaining Platinum Team Leadership (PTL) comes greater focus.

When we set lower goals, our motivation and our efforts are consciously or unconsciously curtailed to that level.
The opposite is also true. When we set higher goals, our focus and efforts reach a higher level.

c. A More Comprehensive Strategy in Building Multiple Streams of Income.
This is the area where I see my failure to act on my knowledge and the full potential of what is possible to achieve with SFI.
When we join, we have this sense of urgency to do great and well as quickly as possible. After one or few setbacks we tend to see a lower level of motivation, fueled in part with comments we read elsewhere and in part with our own experiences.

Although the overall goal remains alive, we work at it at a slower pace.

This is the one aspect we need to fight and overcome to regain our momentum reach, and success as fast as possible.

That is what I intend to do in the coming month of August.
I have an excellent shot at reaching my goals and beyond. I am seizing it.

To that effect, a qualifying Standing Order (SO) and team buildings tools such as PSAs-to-go, S-Builder Co-op units, coupled with advertising efforts to make sales of TripleClicks products would be an excellent use of such investment funds.

As for you, Rebecca Sayre, being already a Gold Team Leader (GTL), and in your second month with SFI, you may want to focus on keeping your rank and making progress.

In order words, an investment strategy should be contextual, taking into account the personal goals, strategies and circumstances specific to each affiliate.

An effective use of any investment funds should aim at helping the business owner to see progress in their business and generate more resources for further investments and sustained growth.

One mistake that needs to be avoided is to spend the whole investment budget, even in very worthy expenditures, and exhaust it without making any significant progress and without generating new financial resources to sustain the investment efforts and move the business forward.

In view of such concern, your best course of action is to allocate your financial resources to growing your business, as well as making sales to replenish your funds, so that you continue sponsoring, selling, through the instruments available within SFI as well as through direct advertising of your own.

Indeed, buying PSAs-to-go and S-Builder Co-op units work hand in hand with direct advertising to propel one’s business.

Ascertain yourself to do so: test your advertising strategies and tools, make the appropriate adjustments to improve quality and results.

This is the most appropriate approach to using your investment budget efficiently with the best potential of results that will make a difference on your business growth. This approach makes much more sense to me than listing various items to buy. Those items may or may not have a significant impact on your business growth.

No. There are no shortcuts to success with SFI. There are no long lasting shortcuts to business success.
It is true that SFI offers some processes to speed up success. But, it is misleading to look at those processes SFI offers, such as the standing order (SO), the S Builder Co-op, or the auctions to by PSAs and CSAs, as shortcuts. They are part of the regular business model. There is a fast track to be an Executive Affiliate. But there is not even a fast truck to be Gold Team Leader (GTL )or a Platinum Team Leader (PTL). You have to follow the defined path to success.
A. The SFI Path to Success is clearly Outlined

Whoever claims there are shortcuts to SFI success is not properly understanding the SFI business model or not knowing what a shortcut is, or possibly both.
Simply, a shortcut is a shorter alternative route, leaving Point A to arrive faster at a given destination point B.
You can use shortcuts to speed up tasks with a business software application such as Excel or Lotus Notes.
That is different from placing an outstanding order to quality for Executive Affiliate. To be a Bronze team leader, you still have to meet purchase /sales and Actions Versa Points. There are no shortcuts to that.
The SFI business model is clear. There are defined actions when taken will produce results that will lead us to success. One will not succeed if they neglect to act on a timely manner and in full respect upholding the SFI rules of success. That is the route to success.
It is true that one may travail on that route faster while others are traveling slower. Then the question is how to reach one’s success destination faster. We will discuss this and providing an answer by looking at the series of actions that will yield us the results that will open for us the door to success. If you do the actions you will get the intended and guaranteed results. But they are not sufficient to help you reach STL let alone Gold and Platinum team leader.
D. Actions that yields variable not guaranteed results
You will have to add actions that will yield results that will vary. Those results are not guaranteed. Doing them well will ensure you reach higher ranks and not counting the variable items below. These variable VP earners are the ticket to STL and above. It is worth mentioning that some of these require no action from the downline while others are linked to your sponsoring results.

i. 100 VP for each referred new ECA
ii. 100, 50 or 25 VP for answers that rank first, second or third to Ask SC questions .
iii. 25 VP for each product review, unlimited, except only 10 ebooks per month may be reviewed.
iv. 50, 100 and up to 200 VP from the Daily Grand Prize Draw.

The new Signing Bonus (SB) is an exciting addition and a highly helpful instrument SFI affiliates can use to improve their sponsoring results. Its design is in perfect harmony with the spirit within which we grow our teams and teach duplication to our genealogy.

It clearly differentiates SFI from the many get-rich-quick and fly-by-night schemes out there.

First, it is of paramount importance to understand how the SB works. This will help us efficiently promote SFI, by highlighting its features and help our team members meet the requirements..

New sign-ups may earn $20 just for joining SFI, provided that they are active, build their businesses and earn regular commissions. The SB doubles to $40 for those who qualify for Fast-Track Silver. It jumps to a whooping $100 for affiliates who are smart enough and act timely to qualify for Fast-Track Gold.

This scaling up from the basic $20, up to $100 is meant to encourage the new affiliates to make progress in building their businesses while meeting important deadlines. It is paid with the monthly generated commissions and "as a percentage (3%) of the regular monthly earnings, from the first month they join, up to 18 months.

In the announcement of the SB, a practical example is given to illustrate how it will be paid: with a regular commission of $400, 3% ($12 as part of the SB) will be added. That month the new affiliate will earn $412. The same process will be applied every month until the full SB is paid out, within 18 month or less. It is to be understood that if the new affiliate has not earned enough commissions to exhaust the SB within those 18 months, the remaining portion will be forfeited.

However, and affiliates who earn on average $400 per month, in regular commissions, will have his $100 SB paid out to him in less than 10 months.

This progression brings into focus the need to be active and work the business on a regular basis. As seen above, to collect the maximum SB, the new affiliate needs to meet the Fast-Track Gold criteria and deadlines as well as focus on earning commissions so that they can get the full SB to which they are entitled.

The SB will also have an additional positive effect: helping the new affiliates qualify throughout the various rounds of the E365 Championship.

The way we can use this SB to promote SFI is to highlight all the features and benefits. We should clearly explain how the mechanism works, in our blogs, our websites, in social media groups and postings, in sharing with our family, friends and other acquaintances.

As of now, I am exclusively using the SFI gateway attached to the SB in all my advertising, marketing and prospecting efforts, making sure that potential recruits understand that SFI is a real business and the SB is just one of the many excellent features that help affiliates build their financial security.

After a prospect joins SFI, they will have detailed information on how to earn their SB. The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) attached to the announcement explain in details the major aspects of which both sponsors and sign-ups need to be aware

References to the SB are now added in key emails that new affiliates receive in their first ten days. Later, reminder emails will also automatically be sent out so affiliates are fully abreast of the money they may earn through the SB
The Scoreboard tab is also updated to reflects the SB status
The SB balance, if any, is displayed in the top, right corner of the Affiliate Center header.
The Fast Track Central Info page now prominently lists the $40 and $100 SBs as one of the benefits of becoming a Fast-Track member

It is our task as sponsors to ensure that our affiliates are fully aware of all these details. Furthermore, sponsors will have access to their affiliates's SB information through the genealogy filters.

As for our affiliates who signed up recently, but before the announcement, SFI has taken measures to help them also earn the SB. The Grand fathering clause of the Signing Bonuses is part of the dispositions to reach such a goal

The Fast-Track window was reset for affiliates who joined between November 9th and 18, 2015. They had up to midnight, November 28th to double their SB to $40 by going Fast-Track Silver; or, increase it to $100 by going Fast-Track Gold.

And for those who joined SFI prior to November 9th, 2015, additional measure were expected to give them the opportunity to earn up to $100 with the SB.

Finally, it is important to note that the current $10 Bronze Bonus, has been discontinued, effective November 19, 2015.

SFI has a time tested, sound approach to your concern. It is very balanced. It has proven to be very effective, and very much appropriate for an efficient, beneficial use of our time.

We are, wisely advised to ”work with the workers”, without giving up on those who go inactive , regardless of what was their level of activity before they stopped working. For one, we really do not know their whereabouts, whether they have health issues, personal or family problems..

In fact, there is neither real purpose nor value in listing all the potential reasons why an affiliate goes to be inactive. In any case, at best, it is just a guess.

Hence, our best course of action is to think of them for the best and wish that they are in good health.

That being said, we do have tools to keep the communication lines open.

As soon, as I noticed that one of my active affiliates has missed two/three days, I send them an E-Card. I choose it from the selection of “Inactive”. Those E-Cards are very expressive. They convey both a sense of genuine, friendly concern and some light, very appropriate humor. An affiliate who gets one of those E-Cards will know that we have his best interest in mind.

If the affiliate responds and resume working, I welcome them back privately, while refraining asking personal questions. If they want to share the reasons why they were inactive, that would be appreciated. I follow with words of encouragement and inspirational short stories to motivate them to be more regular.

Three months ago, I had an affiliate who went missing for three weeks. I followed the same approach. That affiliate resumed working and sent me a message, explaining that they had some health problems. I exactly followed the above guidelines. Now that affiliate is working steadily and re-qualifying as EA2 each month.

I also have other cases, where the affiliate has not come back yet. We all are in this situation.
When I do not get any answers, I continue to alternate those E-Cards with a personal message on a daily basis for about two/three weeks.

If there is still no reaction, I put the affiliate among those who are on long term inactivity and communicate with them by team mail on a weekly basis, with specific content to tell them what they have been missing in the major developments that have happened within SFI.

I do not think that going beyond this will produce any results, regardless of what I have read somewhere else.

Actually, we should avoid being seen as too intrusive. It is a personal choice to be an active affiliate or to stop working. Everybody has their reasons and we should respect them..

All this is to say that it is ultimately up to the affiliate to stay active and grow their business. We would be well advised to devote the bulk of our attention to those who are effectively working and who may need our help.

Spending undue time on non-active affiliates is a way of robbing ourselves of precious time that could be used for mentoring, and motivating the active ones, while sponsoring and selling to bring new affiliates and continue to grow our business

Now is the time to take action and focus on selling if we want to take full advantage of the holidays and gift-giving season.

Most of the items listed in TripleClicks Direct or with any ECA can be great gifts. Our choice of which ones to promote will depend on two major variables of our marketing strategies: either product driven or customer driven.

A product driven strategy uses data on the most popular selling items for this season and focus on marketing them right away without wasting to much time, as the season is already in full swing.

We have within TripleClicks over 800,000 of products to promote. A wise and comprehensive approach would not be about making a laundry list of items to sell, but, rather a focus on market niches, target customers groups and driving our sales efforts accordingly.

With this approach, product selection motivates the marketing strategy as it determines the market niches, the sales pitches, and the follow-up efforts. TripleClicks is the starting point, after searches are done to determine what products we want to sell. Then, we identify those products within Tripleclicks and move on to market them according to niche specifics, their features and benefits.

The second strategy, a customer driven approach starts wutg identifying what customers we target. We first need to know our customers. With such approach we can focus both on taking advantage of this season as well as building relationships with our customers on a long term basis. They should also have daily offerings to be featured in the TripleClicks:

With online phone services such as Skype, Moto Phone and Sky Tel, telephone scripts can be very effective marking tools both offline and online. However there are prerequisites for a phone conversation to produce the desired results. A previously agreed upon phone interaction is highly desirable, with the assurance that the recipient is expecting the call and positively disposed to listen.

In addition, it is important that we have the experience in using the phone for business purposes.

First good vocal impression, skillful knowledge of SFI and perfect timing are also vital in setting up the overall circumstances of a successful phone interaction.

With regard to your two target groups: new affiliates and warm market, further considerations are to be kept in mind.

For our new affiliates, SFI encourages us to list our phone numbers and Skype contact information. When we and our new affiliates have both done so, we can arrange a Skype for conversation.

For affiliates who are local to us, we can successfully use the phone. But for affiliates who may be far away, in other countries, it may be more appropriate to use the online phone services.

As our aim is to welcome the affiliate, this dictates the content of the phone script. The sponsor should be in a listening mode to hear the new affiliates speak of their first impressions about SFI, their previous experience, their goals, their dreams, as well as potential problems they may have faced since they joined SFI

The sponsor's goal is to make the new affiliate feel welcome, special. The sponsor should also ensure his new affiliate that they can expect open lines of communications for help, questions and clarifications as well as full support to in facilitating the building of their SFI business.

Hence, the phone script can be as follow:

People in our warm market are already familiar with the sound of our voice. If they sense that we are speaking to them through a script, it is a sure sign that we are not doing well. Thus I recommend instead, to develop a sound knowledge of SFI, speak to our warm market from our heart and matching the message we want to convey to them with what we know is their personal interest or hobby.

On the one hand, SFI is dynamic and innovative with frequent additions and new tools. The wisdom and need to take advantage of the new additions will lead us to alter our original focus.

On the other hand, the imperative to grow our businesses compels us to also look closely at what we are doing, the results we are getting, and the need to change our approach if we are not making progress. The awareness of this need supports your question as to "what do we do differently now, as opposed to our first focus when we joined SFI.

My first sponsoring efforts aimed at my warm market. I mostly focused on people I knew and on their relationships. I did little to advertise or tap into the wider internet business opportunity seekers. As my warm market dried up, I had to expand and shift my efforts towards other target groups.

The second change in my focus stems from the evolution SFI is witnessing.

Since I joined SFI, nearly two years ago, there have been important introductions such as the Eager Zebra Games in February 2014, followed, just recently, by the Uber-Piks and the modifications made to the W3 program. At first, I did not take an active part in the Eager Zebra games. I did not even pay attention to the T-Time that was already available. I only started playing them on a regular basis after they were added to the daily 'To-do-List" and a 'red tab was specifically made for them.

That was definitely a mistake; and I would encourage my new sign-ups to not repeat it.

I also witnessed a first modification in the Team Leader qualifications requirements, followed by this second which will take effects in January 2016.

Even if there was nothing else, these changes do affect our focus in many ways. However, we should always keep a balanced approach in building our businesses.

Regardles of the shift in our attention, our efforts should always include the following:

- sponsoring affiliates and teaching them duplication
- selling TripleClicks products and services
- referring new members (PRMs)
- enrolling ECAs
- promoting the Eager Zebra games, and
- marketing the Pricebenders auctions
