How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?

Do you have a good Team Leader? If you do - learn from him or her and duplicate what they are doing and always try to do even better.
If you do not have a good Sponsor / Team Leader - follow the guidelines SFI gives us on How to be an awesome sponsor.
Ask questions and learn from other Team Leaders you have as A2A friends.
Learn from the rest of SFI at the Forum.
One thing you should never do is get over confident. Believe in yourself and you abilities to be a great leader but do not think you can not improve. We are human, so there is always room for improvement.

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

There is no doubt in my mind that it is the best thing you can do for yourself and your CSA's.
I try to get my inactive PSA's active by re-assigning them to active affiliates speaking the same language as them - if I could do the same with my CSA's I would have done so.
Now SFI gave us a way to do exactly that - swop inactive CSA's for other CSA's speaking the same language as you. It will not guarantee you will get active CSA's but you might. If you get inactive CSA's and you can not wake them up nothing changed.
Nothing gained, nothing lost.

What are some good tips for building a successful blog or website that's purpose is to recruit SFI affiliates and TripleClicks members?

I decided on a new approach so I basically started over with my blog, It seems to be working. I had more hits in a month since I changed my strategy than the entire 2015.
I stay up to date with trends and happenings in the world. I write stories and articles on relevant issues and share that everywhere I can. I "advertise" SFI and TripleClicks on my own blog.
Guess it is a bit sneaky - get them to my blog to read the articles and then make sure the advertisements on my blog catches the eye and peak their curiosity. It is just human nature. I often click on a link to read something, when I am on that site I see something else that looks interesting and off I go - it is called Surfing the net - I just have to make sure they catch MY wave and go where I need them to go.

Knowledge is Power
SFI changed my life by giving me knowledge. I love learning new things and skills. I knew absolutely nothing about online marketing when I started. I learned so much already but it only made me realize that I still have a lot to learn. It excites me to think that there is an entire open field for me to discover.
Knowledge empowers people. When you have knowledge and skills you have the power to help yourself. It gives you hope if you are in a desperate situation - hope that there is a chance for you to help yourself and improve your life.
You "meet" people you would not have met if you sat at home doing nothing - so it puts you in touch with people and cultures all over the world, broaden your horizons, enlarge your network and open up new opportunities.
Best of all (for me) - it keeps me out of trouble!

What are the best products to buy at TripleClicks if my objective is to build my SFI business?

I thought about this question - if I had a budget to invest; what would I use it on?
1. Standing Order - I would set up a standing order for T-credits to qualify me as EA without any
worries every month. That way I can spend my time and energy on other important things
such as advertising to recruit affiliates and make sales.
2. For starters I would not buy books on marketing because there is more than enough information
on SFI - but once I studied all of it, I will look for books to learn more and more.
3. I would definately buy a share in a co-op, PSA's to go and CSA's to go
4. The T-credits can be used to encourage new affiliates
5. I would invest in my affiliates - the ones I can see WANTS to make it work. Help them to qualify

How do you plan to promote the new Eager Zebra game, Uber-Picks?

If you think about it - where do you find most games?
Social media. Before I joined SFI I played a lot of games on Facebook. For some reason not everybody likes to play games - so I have build up a whole new circle of game playing friends. Inviting them and challenging them is in my opinion the logical thing to do.
I also see games advertized on Yahoo - so I would place adverts for the games there as well.
At the company I work for there is a small group of men that is crazy about sport - I think they might just be interested to challenge each other to predict the outcomes of these games.
So there you have it - that is my plan.

The first and most important habit to develop is to log in every day.
Learn something new every day - go back in the archives and read the internet training lessons one by one.
Visit the forum and read the posts. You can get valuable tips that way.
Advertise to recruit new affiliates and keep track of where you have success and where not - if you are not having success it is a waste of time and even money if you are paying for those advertisements/
Advertise TripleClicks, ECA;s Pricebenders auctions, games. Earn money on sales, become a Wave 3 member with all its advantages by referring new members
Make sure you know what SFI and TripleClicks has to offer and use it. It is for free and was developed to help us building our dreams - a successful business that will help us to be financially independent, build a nest egg for retirement, buy that special thing you always wanted but could never afford.
I have a roster of my activities. Example - during the week I turn my red tabs to green and earn VP. I try to do at least one post on my blog during the week.
Over weekends I carry on with my daily activities but I concentrate more on marketing. On a Saturday my adverts are for recruiting. Sunday I concentrate on sales.

How can we make the most of the new TripleClicks homepage to boost sales and attract more PRMs?

SFI is always trying to change things for the better. In this case the reason behind the change is to make it simpler, more user friendly.
They cleared up the clutter and anything that might be confusing the user or make it difficult to navigate.
The layout is more open and nothing is squeezed in, one thing on top of another - which is easy on the eyes. A very busy page is not welcoming to a lot of people. Personally - it makes me nervous and I find it difficult to navigate such a page. The way the page was worked well already - this new page works even better and you can see everything without searching for it.
So when you advertize the page you can advertise it as an exciting online shop with easy to navigate / user friendly layout.
You will still talk about the thousands of products available all over the world at great prices. The uniqueness of some of the products is still a big selling point.
Games, auctions and products all in one place? How many sites do you know offer the same?
We are all so different - what I like might not be what you like - so take a look at the page. What is attractive about it to you? Write down those things and use that to attract people.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

You do not have to be a good writer to be a good sponsor and to communicate effectively with your team.
How many people are really good writers? Good writers publish books and any author / writer will tell you that it is not easy getting a book published - even if you are a talented writer.
There are some things you can do to make sure your writing is professional.
1. Make sure you spelling is correct. If you write your letters in Word you can use spell check
and check yourself before you send it out to your team. At the same time you are building
up your own library of newsletters or supporting messages.
2. Check your sentence structure - the best is to use shorter sentences. Long sentences can get
all messed up and hard to understand.
3, Make sure your facts are correct.
You can always use the letters SFI provides until such time that you feel comfortable writing your
own letters. You can edit these letters to suit your team's needs.
If you have team members that speak a different language you can also use Google Translate.
Do not try to use "big" words if you are not proficient in the language. You also do not need your writing to be too difficult to read and understand. If your team has to use a dictionary to understand what you are saying, it is a problem.

You have a couple of options available.
you can use the e-cards to welcome them and follow it up with a warm inviting welcome letter.
You can give them a gift certificate that they can use to purchase items to earn VP
You can also give them T-credits they can use to earn VP
If you happen to be online the same time as them - just have a quick chat to say: Welcome and congratulations on joining..SFI. I am ...(your name)....your sponsor / co-sponsor. Do not insist on a lengthy conversation unless they have questions. It is irritating if you want to work and somebody wants to discuss the weather and world hunger.
