How best to promote SFI to prospects who have no experience with online business?

I encourage you to look at SFI as not just needing on-line skills but really consider all the skills required to own a business with SFI.
The inventory of skills needed, as you list them, will not just be on-line skills but will also include other skills such as but not limited to clear communication, creativity for marketing and advertising, networking, records keeping, reading and so on.
If a prospect believes that he or she can't be part of SFI due to no experience with on-line businesses, don't let that be a deterrent.
Focus on what they are good at and how those skills can be used in business.
SFI is so much more than on-line experience.

How do you ensure that the TCards you send out are used...and what do you do when they are not?

To track your TC Gift cards is quite simple; review your Gift Tracker that SFI provides. The tracker is a great tool to help organize your efforts to see if a gift card has been redeemed or not. When someone redeems the gift TC Gift Card there is a column on the tracker which will be marked with a confirmation to let you know it has been used/redeemed.
If a Gift Card has not been redeemed yet, I will send a friendly follow-up message via email to the receiver to remind them the card has been issued to them and highlight a benefit that they can personally get from using it as each card is valued at $12.00 - I do this if the Gift Cards have been issued via the internet.
If a physical card has been given to a warm market lead, I will follow-up with a phone call or even text message to remind them that they have the gift card and highlight a deal that is on TripleClicks that same day or week so they don't miss out on something that he/she will personally benefit from. I also will do a follow-up after getting the Blog update from TripleClicks and share a quick highlight from that so it simply encourages the PRM to look at the TripleClicks store.
This is an excellent question as our work to market TripleClicks is not just to send out the marketing materials but important to follow-up too.

With the new Team Leader qualification requirement and the new Signing Bonuses, how will this change your business strategies?

I have given this a lot of thought and personally the Signing Bonuses will not change how I engage with prospects.
I believe the Signing Bonus will be a great feature to attract prospects who are "looking for such a feature" so it will be a great tool to have in place when talking with people about SFI and the benefits of SFI.
I am grateful that SFI continues to change tools - gives us new tools, so that our marketing and advertising campaigns can attract a variety of people. Each campaign is customized for certain demographics so the Signing Bonus is going to be no different than any other feature that I highlight as a "benefit" to those that I am targeting.
This will not change my business strategies but does provide me more to work with and what I can present to prospects as to what makes SFI different than the other on-line businesses that are out there.
SFI is where it is at!

It is important to share how SFI enabled opportunities for you and if you never joined what would be different for you.
As an affiliate, our role is to share REAL stories about ourselves and how SFI made an impact. People will be moved when he or she is moved emotionally by what you share. People will find ways to meet their needs and wants so be sure to appeal to their needs and wants through the use of emotional - social connections.
Share with people not only what SFI does for you and your family but be sure to include "why" you joined this company.
People will be moved to do an action when the information or message resonates with them at a heart level.

SFI provides opportunity to learn networking skills and business skills which can help an affiliate to learn what skills they currently have and what skills he or she needs to develop.
When you learn skills to promote your SFI business, you also use these same skills to develop your relationships at home meanwhile improving your own skills for self development. SFI is a business that is solely based on networking and so when you meet others and converse with them. they become a mirror for you to reflect on who you are - the skills you do have and the skills that you do not have.
Personal limitations and roadblocks are simply an outcome of a lack of awareness or skills in a certain area; SFI supports development of networking skills thus improves your ability to overcome limitations and roadblocks.

What are some of the best ways to advertise my business OUTSIDE of online social media?

For ideas to adversitse your business outside of online social media, check out the ideas that are listed by SFI under the Marketing tab - sub section Marketing Methods.
The Marketing Methods menu lists several ideas for all affiliates to use to market/advertise their SFI business.
You may also want to consider other ideas such as hosting a SFI party and invite different people to attend. You may one time want to host a SFI Party for stay at home mothers who could be interested in earning an income part time from home. Alternatively you may want to host a SFI Party for couples who are looking for something a little more to start working on their retirement planning.
You can also provide a "sample" for people to try at a work site or even at a local business such as a cleaning product or health product. Be sure to have a write up about the sample - create a FAQ with your contact information located on the pamphlet or document so that if people are interested in ordering the product he or she knows how to get a hold of you.
Mail out package or personal delivery package containing information about what you want to highlight about your business - recruitment for down line team members, ECA program or TripleClicks sales or even the Musician program for Song of the Month. All of these can be promoted via the use of flyers, postcards, intro package information that you prepare and distribute.
Use some of the promotional items that SFI has to offer such as x-cards or even the TripleClicks Gift Cards as these can be handed to those that you meet and he or she can follow up on their own time.
I agree with your comment that there is more to SFI than the use of social media methods.

Use what you all ready have been using through technology to attract traffic to your Member TConnect page.
Get the URL address for the page and then simply embed it into your emails, place on your Twitter posts, or any other presence you have on the internet.
You will also want to have it printed/written on any paper advertisements that you use. If you're sending out ECA invite packages, as an example, do include your TConnect Page URL too. You may also want to have this printed on the back of other advertisement materials that you use such as but not limited to business cards.
There are several ways to get your link out there to draw in traffic. Be sure to use more than 1 strategy to get your URL out so others know about it.

If I could start fresh again, I would have immediately started my Co-Op Manager, purchase S-builder Units sooner and purchase the Life Time Prestige product exclusively for affiliates with SFI sooner too.
All 3 of these are the base for building your downline membership with quality prospects. These products are prepared by, performed by SFI therefore, for a new affiliate who had not much on-line presence - these can work for you while learning how to have an on-line presence.
Running and owning a business - no matter if on-line or off-line requires the owner to leverage the strengths of others or products - these 3 items mentioned above are a must for any new affiliate.
Even though I did not start with tese right away in the beginning of my relationship with SFI - I have them now and will keep them as long as I am an affiliate with SFI.

I consider A2A a way to create a Master Mind group. I use the following to help me consider my A2A picks:
Does the affiliate do something a little different that I want to learn how to duplicate?
Do I have something to offer to the affiliate that my business relationship will benefit him or her?
Answers to these questions are to be positive - then my Master Mind group has new members or old members.
It is also beneficial to change A2A members from time to time to get new ideas and new connections.

Be creative for how SFI can be fun. Check with others on how SFI is fun and project that to your down line team members too.
Some team leaders will have a survey for team members to respond to and in return for the right answer have a prize draw that can be entered.
May want to consider hosting in home parties to show how SFI can be fun by hosing a SFI Games Night with local affiliates or hosting a SFI Games day with your team members via the network.
May want to host competition for team members to prepare and submit a 140 Character message that highlights a SFI Marketing message and then have everyone pick their top 3 from all that were submitted through a Google Form Survey or Monkey Survey. The one with the most votes will then be shared with all and can be used to help each other with Twitter posts. In return for top picks, the author can be given a few CSA's or PSA's to help build their team.
There are many ways to make SFI fun and exciting.
