You are a sponsor focused on helping your affiliates succeed with SFI. You will be well advised to keep in mind the three fundamental principles below:
1. Success with SFI is based on sound knowledge and action.
2. Every SFI Affiliate will go only at their own natural pace.
3. The best way to help a PSA is to adhere and follow the sponsoring guidelines.

If you apply these principles in the support you are providing to your PSAs, you will successfully help them build their businesses and their teams. At the same token, you will be an awesome sponsor and and successful SFI Team Leader.

As sponsors, we have a methodology outlined to us in the training sections pertaining to Affiliate manager, sponsoring and rules of success. These are the guidelines we need to fully understand and apply. Then, we need to keep in mind the following:

PSAs will be up to speed only when they have the basic knowledge of SFI
SFI, rightfully, emphasizes knowledge acquisition. The design of the "Home Page" highlights the basic knowledge that is critical to understanding SFI, its inner workings and the right path to reaching one's goals without being lost, and without being overwhelmed. A new PSA enjoys a 30 days learning period.The combination of the daily to-do-list, the planned actions in the VP Ledger, and the launchpad lessons gives to the new PSA a thorough knowledge and a plan of action. These two components are sound and very effective in helping an affiliate be up to speed, by the end of the first 30 days.

Wanting to push an affiliate to go faster is fraught with risks of making him leave out large segments of the knowledge base not fully understood. That knowledge lacking, the affiliate will, later on, face difficulties he cannot solve and questions to which he does not have answers. He will have to go back searching for solutions.

A PSA will work only at his/her natural pace
We have seen PSAs join SFI, get excited and dash to score a home run. In most case, the sponsor has had little input in this. Indeed, there are people who will work their businesses whether they get help from their sponsor or not. Such PSAs will reach team leader ranks and maintain their status. The role of the sponsor is to acknowledge them, establish a communication line, offer friendship, mentoring, help, suggestions and tips. However what these PSAs will appreciate the most is the recognition form their sponsor and upline, but with as little interference as possible. They are already at speed.

A second category of PSAs will respond to your messages. They will acknowledge having difficulties and will seek from you, their sponsor, clarification to their confusion as well as help to overcome the obstacles they are facing. These PSAs give to their sponsor the opportunities to be awesome. The sponsor's best reaction is to follow the guidelines to the letter.

Others will work much slower. Some new PSAs take months to fully get started. But once they have a good understanding, they will work at their own speed. You may send them all kinds of tips and suggestions. But, they will have to internalize the knowledge first before acting on it. You, the sponsor, your best course of action is to keep the communication lines open, doing the maximum of the outlined sponsoring activity.

And finally, we have affiliates who will remain inactive. That is part of our business. We have learned to deal with it and move on.

The Best Way to Help a new PSA is to adhere and apply the Sponsoring Guidelines.
In this business of our, I really do not believe in reinventing the wheel. We have a system built on a long, steady success track record. All that has been working effectively is made available to us, at our fingertips. We grow our SFI business by sponsoring affiliates and selling TripleClicks products and services. Hence, bringing in new affiliates is one of our main focus. If one has the opportunity, one should start sponsoring from day one. The best way to learn is by applying the guidelines and the tips right away.

Buying PSAs is one of the may options we have to grow our teams. The sooner we can do it, the better off we will be. It has several advantages:
- we start seeing our team grow in numbers;
- we send welcome letters and initiate communications with our team members;
- we start the weekly team mail and initiate a team dynamics with our affiliates;
- we explore the various communication tools such as e-cards, stream postings, leadership page management, while keeping an eye on our "Movers' tab;
- we learn how to interact with both the active and the non active affiliates.

All these tasks help us develop our leadership skills.

The idea of "buying PSAs" can be understood in several ways: buying the PSAs-to-go, buidding on PSAs Pricebenders auctions, or using the auction spin and win facility. Any of these will give us affiliates directly provided through TripleClicks Direct. This can be done safely. Many combine all the above options. The affiliates signed up will have closely related tracking codes (1101, 1103, 1104, 1105).

Another option is to "buy PSAs" through one of the many ECAs that offer packages of 'guaranteed sign-ups". This requires some homework: checking the ECAs' ratings and making sure that there is a potential of having good quality, real sign-ups.

For an effective sponsoring strategy, I would advise to go beyond merely "buying PSAs". The next step is to use the S-Builder Co-op. But the ultimate goal is to start our sponsoring efforts by advertising and marketing on the internet, beside taping on our warn markets of family, friends, acquaintances and businesses relationships.

The current Wave3 (W3) program is a new and improved version from the previous features which required a kit to be mailed to affiliates in their countries . The kit included a banner to be placed on the affiliate's car. A picture was to be taken showing the car, with the banner and the affiliate for proper identification. After loading that picture, W3 membership was then granted.

The above procedure was rather slow and fraught with many difficulties experienced by affiliates who lived outside the US. In some countries mail took months. Loss occurred, due to local mail delivery issues.

The newly introduced improvements have simplified the W3 membership process. For us, TripleClicks members, the W3 program is more streamlined. It has eased our efforts to attract new Personally Referred Members (PRMs), close sales, earn commissions and growth our business.

We need just one referral to earn W3 membership valid for 120 days. Each newly referred PRM resets the clock for another 120 days. Thus, we can keep our membership current even with one referral every three months.

This is extremely easy as we can find personalized “invitation links” and points of referral (POR) throughout TripleClicks. My favorite are the T-time game. I play it regularly on a daily basis until I win my 2 Tcredits. Along the way, I collect all the sharing links for dissemination throughout the internet. Other excellent locations, among my favorites, are the Uber picks games, the auctions, and the Time Machine.

We also have free W3 promotional aids (banners for our websites, blogs, posting in the social media, etc.).

"Face-to-Face selling and marketing" is a people's skills. It all depends on how you present yourself, the first impression people have about you, your skills in probing and closing on the spot.

Marketing SFI at Job Fairs or with free-standing kiosks in business areas requires the same skills as "Face-to-Face selling and marketing". Besides any other tools you will have at hand, your people's skills will be your most important success factor.

Your first step is to develop the sales techniques appropriate for such circumstances. There is abundant material available on the topic. I just run a quick online search. It yielded interesting results with blogs and articles that may be very helpful in devising a strategy to increase your potential of success. I also suggest that you visit your local library, see what may be available in getting you more knowledgeable about 'Face-to-Face sales and marketing"

The next step is when you are ready to get into action.

I would recommend that you have at hand as many of the "beginners marketing aids" as you can.

When attending job fairs, it would be helpful to keep in mind that most of the prospects are there in search of regular interviews for salaried positions. They are not necessarily open to listening to presentations for self employment, which is what SFI is offering. You should have prepared a strategy to turn the situation to your advantage. A Powerpoint presentation on the superiority of self-employment versus today's instability of salaried employment would be highly appropriate. You may want to have a laptop screen open to that slide and ready to discuss it with prospects

It would also help to have a second laptop open to the SFI website to give to your prospects the opportunity to navigate throughout the site and enroll those who may find attractive the idea to join.

Winning one of the "new Micro auctions" is like any other worthy goal: it requires determination, self confidence and an ardent desire to win. In addition you need to be fully prepared: have an adequate amount of Tcredits, and do your home work.

All the above is relatively easy. Your competitors are as inexperienced in Pricebenders penny auctions as you are. We know that the "Micro auctions are for beginners. Many of them are still to experience their first win. Very likely, these auctions should not last too long as the offered items are of low monetary value.

If you keep that in mind, you will come to the "Micro auction" knowing that none of your competitors has a significant advantage over you. That should help you stay calm, composed and in control: the state of mind needed to win.

Obviously, one should not realistically expect to win at their first attempt. It would be a good idea to prepare yourself by observing the auctions in two or three occasions, at different times of the day, take few notes about the bidders and their strategies as well as the winning prices.

The collected information will help you build an entry and exit strategy: when will be the best time to join the auction and start bidding, and when to stop, exit the auction and cut off your loses. I read many posts and comments in the Forum about the struggle some affiliates are experiencing in keeping their EA2 rank. However, it is relatively easy to avoid that and continue making progress.

The advice I give to my team members, my a2a friends and to any SFI affiliate is to have clear, realistic, achievable goals and a strategy to help them continue to make progress.

My suggestion is to focus on prospecting, sponsoring, and selling to build an strong, striving SFI Business. If you do so, the next objective will be achieved seamlessly: being a successful team leader with a team of actively working affiliates.

The wisdom in "The Rules of Success" is that is that SFI is a business and it should be treated a such. Success is never by overnight. It is reached through relentless work, facing difficulties, overcoming challenges while remaining focused on the main objectives.

Showing impatience because one is not getting the short term expected results may stem from a lack of understanding of what it takes to build a long term successful SFI business.

The proportion of our business results will depend on the quality and consistency of our efforts, keeping in mind that real success is long term.

Most businesses, among the giants of the world economy today, faced the potential of failure before breaking through. The example of Apple is an excellent case in point. It is enlightening to know the story of Apple as a business and the biography of Steve Jobs as an businessman. It is a demonstration on how to face adversity and challenges to finally reap the rewards of hard work and steadfastness. Earlier, Steve Job lost the leadership of Apple. I have personally bought and used tens and tens of TripleClicks physical products (as opposed to digital). I currently have two bottles of Liquid Nutritional in my fridge and a container of antioxidants vitamins on my kitchen counter. I am enjoying both the taste and the nutritional benefits.I also have several motivational and personal development books brought from TripleClicks Direct. And, there are the TripleClicks marketing materials that are very helpful for offline marketing, including the physical Gift Cards.

As for digital products, like nearly every affiliate, the following have been part of my experience with TripleClicks: the S-Builder Units, the PSAs-to-Go, the Lifetime Prestige Domain, the digital Gift Cards, and so on.

Each sale has a direct impact on our monthly commissions as well on the total SVP we will have accumulated that month.
