SFI is a Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) business. Relatively speaking, this industry is still in its infancy. However, it is growing fast as one of the most effective sales organization models. Some of the most successful world business leaders recognize its potential and are embracing it wholeheartedly.

However, there is still a majority who does not understand it. This explains the reservations MLM is still facing. Thus, we will find, in our family members, some who will support us, others who will be neutral, while the rest will express hostility to various degrees.

Our warm market is one of our primary prospective targets. It is made up of our family members and other close relatives, our friends, our business relationships and wider network of people with whom we interact on a regular basis. The penetration we can muster into this market will help us launch our business and start seeing results rather sooner than usual.

In that regard, it makes it much easier to build an SFI business when we have several of our family members who embrace it and even join in as affiliates or TripleClicks customers and ECAs.

There is a very good probability for that happening, if we have had excellent relationship with our family members, especially if, in the past, we had supported them in their own endeavors. Most of them will likely return the favors and support us in our efforts to build our business. Or, at least they would refrain from showing some form of hostility to what we are striving for.

These are the family members and close relatives with whom we have built some form of strategic alliances in terms of both personal and business interests. We want to strengthen those alliances with every possible means.

Nonetheless, it is very unlikely that everyone in our family will understand what MLM is truly about, and be positive about it, to the extent that they would embrace it. Some will express reservations and others may even accuse us of lack of realism, or laziness. They may see us as unwilling to go out and find a regular job like everybody else.

Here is where the strategic alliances we built come in. Our allies will defend us when we are criticized in our absence, while our positive attitude and unwavering commitment will be the most adequate answers to that criticism.

Even if none of our family members embraces SFI or supports us, we should still remain firm in our commitment and focus on building our businesses.

One effective way to respond to negativity expressed by our family members is to always remain friendly with them, regardless of what they may continue to say or do. In addition, we can, indirectly expose them to SFI and TripleClicks. The best way to achieve this is to give them gifts from TripleClicks Direct products such as T-shirts, and other top selling items, especially the nutritional supplements, the vitamins, and environment friendly cleaning supplies.

And, when we have finally succeeded in building our SFI business, we should remain always forgiving to those who were hostile. With financial ease, we will have more means to show them that we are not holding anything against them. If we continue to give them gifts and help them in what they are doing or in times when they are in need, they will turn around and take a closer look at SFI with an open mind.

SFI is one of the highly attractive, if not THE most attractive online business, today. It is up to each sponsor to help their new PSAs see and embrace that attractiveness and make a home run with it.

SFI Management is doing a superb job steering this business to tremendous growth though creative thinking and constant innovation. If we do not rely on its leadership, we will fail.

As sponsors and affiliates, we have a job to do. It is not the role of the SFI Management to do it for us. We cannot rely on SFI Management for that.

When we see the truth in the above statements and we apply it in our daily efforts of business building and promotion, we will be on the right tract to success.

What can we do to help new affiliates see SFI's attractiveness? By guiding them through their learning process, walking them through SFI Basics, the To-do-List, the Launchpad lessons, highlighting the practical aspects on which stems the activity that brings success. Every page in the SFI website contains sound advice, guidance and tips for building one's business. Following them will help new affiliates see results. If an affiliate fully understands the SFI business building plan and SFI compensation, if they grasp the essence of the activity that will produce results, they will realize how attractive SFI is, in comparison to any other online business today.

SFI has made available to sponsors many tools to make it attractive to their affiliates. As soon as the new affiliate registers, they can feel they are welcome if the sponsor has offered TCredits as a promotion and an incentive to explore this opportunity. In addition, a sponsor can offer gift certificates, and Tcredits to their new affiliates. He can add them to his S-Builder Co-op. He can organize contests to motivate his affiliates into action.

There are no barriers of entry: every affiliate has joined at no cost. There are no monthly fees: any out of pocket expenditure is done on a voluntary basis. An affiliate who seizes this opportunity, early enough, can start seeing results and start earning commissions in their first months. In other words, being successful with SFI is being made easier by the Management's creativity.

Everyday, SFI Management is introducing new products, new activities, new marketing and promotional tools to help us and make it easier for us to run our businesses. Excellent examples of this are the new Wave3 features and the promotional tools attached to them ("Challenge a Friend" and "Share and Win"). They are the latest on a long series of innovation introduced just in 2015.

Every sponsor's success, every affiliate's achievements depend on what they make of the SFI's attractiveness: the SFI's streams of incomes, the SFI's training, guidance and leadership, the SFI's marketing tools and aids, and the SFI support that encompasses both technical support from the Corporation and support from the SFI community.

Your question implies access to both a computer and/or internet. If one have a computer but does not have access to the internet, the problem is still the same: obstacles in getting access to the SFI/Tripleclicks websites and conduct regular business.

Thus, the answer to your question is highly town and country specific. It really depends on what other resources are available

Even for those who live in the industrialized countries, there are still pockets where internet access is not available.

Just yesterday, I was discussing with one of my affiliates who was considering a free lance assignment to a location where there would be no internet access. That affiliate has both a laptop and a smartphone. But none of them would be of any use without that internet access.

The solution to is problem is to make an inventory of technology resources available in the area where those affiliates without computer access are located.

There may be availability of access to public computers such as public libraries, internet cafes and other possibilities.

It is indeed an excellent idea to avail the opportunity of being an e-Commerce Affiliate (ECA) to any potential Online retail business person.

My personal approach is to leverage SFI's worldwide reach.

There are several markets for seeking ECAs.

1. The local market, i.e. the retail and shop owners with whom we deal on a daily basis as well as our local town's the business district.

2. Le larger metropolitan community in which we reside. We can drive to the prospects' locations, meet them in business gatherings, or reaching them by phone

3. Our state, regional and/or national markets, and

4. The international market we can reach through internet connections.

In other words, it is very beneficial to devote time to sponsoring ECAS, and we should not limit ourselves to geographical considerations or boundaries, as we have the tools and the resources to reach any potential ECA.

To apply this approach strategically, we do need to conduct some research on the niches we are targeting. The market is wide, nearly without borders. The only way we can be effective is through careful planning.

The potential results are worth the effort.

My PSAs and CSAs, as well as myself, are promoting TripleClicks, sharing links in social media such as Facebook pages and groups, Google Plus communities and hangouts. This is our first step in our efforts to diversify our sources of SFI Income. We all believe strongly in fully taking advantage of the available income streams within SFI.

Our second step is a comprehensive approach to sales, keeping in mind that, statistically, online customers buy only after they are exposed multiple times to a product. Online advertising/marketing tracking has provided ample evidence that only less then 1% of online customers buy on impulse at first contact. The rate of conversion increases along with the repetition of exposure. Thus, for our efforts to be successful, we need to continue selling the benefits of the TripleClicks products we are promoting, focusing on the buying motives of our target customers.

As for the question whether we should promote the sale of TripleClicks products to our team, from the point of view of a sponsor, that is an important part of our role of motivating our team members to grow their businesses. In this regard, each one of us should look at TripleClicks as our own store and focus on selling as many of its products as possible. This activity can be very lucrative financially in terms of SFI Affiliates' monthly commissions. It will help us all build up sales VersaPoints (SVP). We also earn Executive pool matching points from the sales of our EA2 team members.

Team communication/motivation tools, as well as duplication, are very effective for bringing our downline to take action. Contests can be based on monthly sales goals of TripleClicks products, Weekly team mail may focus on their potential benefits;, stream posts will emphasize our own sales efforts and results. All of them may seamlessly yield the desired results.

When we gain success and share it with our team members, they will earnestly duplicate our activity.

One of the ways I approach my sales process is through the Eager Zebra games by disseminating the points of referral and the links from the hourly T-Time. I encourage my team members to play it on a regular basis. Each hour a new TripleClicks product is displayed with a full description of it features and benefits. Players can expects two rewards: (1) winning the game and earning 2 Tcredits for the day; (2) and/or having access to the product information along with a link that allows sharing in social media, personal websites, blogs, press releases and other online publication avenues.

An active, knowledgeable, and supportive sponsor can be highly instrumental in helping their SFI affiliate be successful. They will make working SFI easier. They will be forthcoming in providing guidance, help and support. They will initiate contact with their team members and maintain the communication lines open.

As a sponsor, this is what I personally thrive to accomplish with my team members. And it reflects on the ratings I get from my PSAs, month after month.

If you are an affiliate eager to grow your business and build your team, and you have such a sponsor, you can rely on them. You also will need to be proactive: respond to their offers to help, apply the tips they give you, follow the advice they will extend to you, participate in the contests they may organize for the team. If they offer you to be part of their S-Builder Co-op, you should seize that opportunity.

In this situation, you, as a PSA, you will gain by being an active, positive team player. You will benefit significantly by relying a great deal on your sponsor. If you duplicate the same spirit and activity with your own team, you will be successful.

However, not all affiliates have such an excellent relationship with their sponsor.

Some affiliates have to take the initiative themselves to get anything from their sponsors. Beside the weekly team mail, seldom do these sponsors contact their PSAs An affiliate, who finds himself in similar situations, will only have sporadic, intermittent communication with their sponsor, who will only marginally be helpful.

There is also a third type of sponsors: They are not responsive at all to the efforts to communicate and to the requests for support from their PSAs. Such sponsors may not even be regularly active themselves.

I have a CSA whose sponsor told them that he was not in a situation to offer any help at all. Obviously, this affiliate is not benefiting from their sponsor and cannot rely on him. But, it has not negatively affected her success. This CSA of mine has regularly maintained their team leader rank, and is working to grow her business. As a co-sponsor, I offer to her the same support I am extending to my own PSAs.

This is to say that a good, proactive co-sponsor can be a substitute to a sponsor if the latter is not doing his job. It is also to say that, whether an affiliate has a supportive upline or not, the real success comes from that affiliate himself. An affiliate should never depend exclusively on their sponsor. He/she should work to be knowledgeable and resourceful enough to be self reliant.

Many affiliates do not get any help from their upline and still go on to be very successful. They may also draw on the Forum, Ask SC and Technical support.To some extent, this may even be the norm.

For those of us who are familiar with SFI's history and beginnings, we know that President Gery Carson was an extremely successful MLM marketer who had not had any support from his sponsors in his businesses. He still went on to be among the very top producers. Every SFI affiliate should have that mentality and work to emulate that spirit.

From my standpoint, everybody is capable of building a successful SFI business if they have the desire and apply themselves to do so.

There is no shred of a doubt in my mind that I am succeeding in building my SFI business. I am working with my PSAs and CSAs alike to give them that same confidence and lead them to actions that will help them maximize the result of their efforts.

This question is both a practical matter as well as a matter of self confidence.

We know the sayings: "If you think you can, you can. If you think you cannot, then, you cannot".

Our mind is powerful enough to give us the resources we need to succeed in tasks for which me make the unshakable determination to succeed.

That is one part of equation.

The second part of the equation, the practical aspect of building an SFI business, has to do with the way activities are identified and planned in such an explicit manner. If an affiliate of average skills and commitment follows the guidelines, they can succeed up to the level of resources and efforts they put into it.

The bulk of SFI success comes from sponsoring, sales, advertising and marketing. There are very efficient tools within SFI to help us successfully do every one of these activities.

In the area of sponsoring, the S-Builder Co-op, the PSAs-to-Go and the Bid and Build features give us the opportunity to have our own PSAs. Yes, we can and should supplement this with efforts outside of SFI. But, the point is: the foundation is already built for us.

Similarly, in the area of advertising and marketing, we have very sophisticated tools for beginners, intermediate and advanced marketing methods and instruments. SFI directs us and help us with ideas and guidelines on how to build websites, run blogs, post there banners and product information.

For sales, we have large resources on how to be successful. Furthermore, Tipleclicks products are of high quality for which we can generate high demand. Their sales will boost our income significantly.

Will succeed, whoever does this consistently, relentlessly, and teach his team members to duplicate such efforts.

You are a team leader when, in your mind, you decide to be a team leader. This is true both literally and metaphorically.

You will start thinking as a team leader, focusing on learning and developing leadership skills, visiting the SFI leadership training modules, and reading Forum posts about leadership. You will be acting as a team leader

If an affiliate strive and reach the Executive rank, they are awarded two CSAs right away. They can start sending team mail, and communicating with their new team members, thus learning critical team leader skills.

If you buy an S-Builder Co-unit and or PSAs-to-go, or even just bid on auctions, very shortly, you will have PSAs added to your team, which will begin growing on both its legs of sponsored and co-sponsored affiliates. You are literally a team leader.

When you reach the ranks of Bronze Team Leader (BTL), within approximately 15 days in the following calendar month, your will get your share of the Second Home CSAs. At that stage, your team will be strong with a good number of both PSAs and CSAs.

Now, with the rank of a BTL, your team members will start looking at you as a true team leader, especially if you are communicating with them on a regular basis, both as a group and on one-to-one basis, mentoring and providing all the recommended support as outlined in the Affiliate Manager section. They will look up to you. They will come to you with questions and seeking help. You should grow your knowledge and be ready to provide answers and solutions.

It is true that any team leader will experience some "growing pains": some setbacks resulting from inactive affiliates, or even some active team members who may stop working for one reason or the other. But no business is person is shielded with immunity from the volatility of business growth. Sometimes, it will it will be great. In other times, not so well. All of it is part of the business building process. We learn by going through its ups and downs. We become experienced, stronger, resilient.

With the wealth of leadership tools and resources available within SFI, an affiliate should not delay their decision to move to leadership ranks.

From here, it is a matter of how effective you are in sponsoring, mentoring, training and supporting. We all are faced with these challenges, regardless of whether we are BTL or Diamond Team Leader (DTL).

Yes, there are many actions in SFI from which we can earn Versa Points.

All of them are geared to helping us build our business, grow our teams, make sales, earn commission, build residual income, and meet our goals of long term financial security.

For anybody who truly wants to be successful, it is not wise to neglect any of these actions.

As an affiliate grows in knowledge, experience and confidence, he/she should strive to undertake as many of these activities as he can to maximize his monthly income potential and the size of his team.

After 15 months with SFI, I have reached the rank of Platinum Team Leader (PTL) and I have maintained it for several months in a row. I intend to keep maintaining it. I am not going to neglect anything that has the potential of helping me reach my goals.

I am working with my PSAs and CSAs alike to help them understand the need to make progress every month towards the ultimate goals of building large active teams, reaching the ranks of Diamond Team Leader (DTL) and having a Strong Financial Independence (SFI).

This is how I do it:

1. I have a sizeable Standing Order (SO), close to 6000 Purchase/Sales VP.

This helps me meet the requirements on this side, and frees me to focus on growing my team and meeting the action VP requirements.

2. I select the items that make up my SO to focus my resources on what will have the greatest impact on the long term growth of my SFI business.

At least half of it goes to Tcredits. This way, I maximize the 500 VP that can be accounted from auctions.

With the new Bid and Build rules that have been published, I can expect 5 or more PSAs from the auctions as a bonus. Every affiliate should take advantage of this opportunity

I highly recommend that everybody does that and keep doing it every month.

The second area where I can my maximize action VP is the Eager Zebra games, where there is room up to 200 action VP.

Similarly, one can get up to:
- 50 VP from Product Listing
- 50 VP from Gift Certificates to our PSAs

With the 100 bonus action VP for my SO, the total action VP I can guarantee each month is: 900, in addition to the action VPs from the daily, weekly and monthly activities which will vary depending on whether the month is of 30 or 31 days, as it is in March (between 545 VP as in this month of March and 497 in the 30 day months).

Purchasing new Tripleclicks products within the first half of every month is another area where I can take action with the certainty that I will have the corresponding action points. I will have the sales points and will be given the opportunity to review every new product I bought after 15 days. Those 25 action VP for each product review can be very handy to fill the gaps.

This allows me to maintain my rank up to the level of Gold Team Leader (GTL).

3. However that may not be sustainable in the long run.

What may have more long term sustainability to re-qualify as GTL, PTL or DTL, is to devote the resources one is spending to directly build a strong and large team by.
(i). having at least one monthly unit of S-Builder Coop and
(ii). buying PSAs to Go on a regular basis.

Of course, there is no guarantee that the PSAs will be active. However, even one PSAs every two months, who works the same way I am doing, will significantly boost my business growth by the end of year.

The point is to be steadfast and continue doing it relentlessly.

It is also necessary to use sponsoring resources outside of SFI: our warm market, as well as advertising, with both free and paying websites.

Building technical skills in advertising, marketing and sales is another area of great importance with potential results that will impact our overall growth. We should be able to build websites, run blogs, use Search Engine optimization (SEO), be social media savvy.

SFI is slated to be a Billion dollars business in the next 10 to 20 years, as it was discussed in a recent Forum post. Every affiliate would be well advised to position themselves to play an important part in this tremendous potential growth.
