It's a tricky one.

For newbies, observing auction for few days and seeing the trends and bidder's is important. In short get familiar to auctions.

Having a good amount of tcredit's help, but in your day you may win an Apple Ipad by using just 10 Tcredits and a person who used more then 1000 tcredits in the same auction may be in loosing side. It happens regularly.

Planning your bid according to the situation is most important. You win either by Power Bidding (being in AUTOBID for whole Auction)or by proper planning.But nothing works 100%. You need some luck along with tcredits and planning.

As i mentioned in my previous answer, maximum of 10% people get actively involved in this business. It is always preferable to sponsor as many people as you can and never stop from advertising your sponsoring link. You will be lucky enough if you get 10 dynamic PSA's by sponsoring 1000 of them.

Even you can get a contest running for your PSA's and in reward you can reassign few PSA's to them.

Beside this Direct Commissions and Matching Versa Points are more then motivational factors to keep on sponsoring as many people as you can.

Even I had an impression of getting paid just by loging in daily and doing nothing else.Each and every PSA's have one common question for there sponsor and the question always is about how fast one can make money out from here.If some of the PSA's don't ask this question upfront, they definitely ask there sponsor a question after seeing there commission of 1st. month. Why my commission is next to nothing. I guess, all the sponsors will agree with me.

Here I always recommend my PSA's to read the LaunchPad Lesson #11 Overnight success...NOT!

I don't have to further reply to there queries. Everything is explained so nicely in this lesson that all the question's of a new member is answered.

For me Lesson no.11 is most meaningful but without discounting other lesson's.

Still there's a wrong mindset of people about online business. Even lot's of online marketar promises a huge income in few days or week's. All this wrong conception affects genuine online business opportunity like SFI most, as most of the people joining SFI also think the sameway,'GET RICH INSTENTLY'.But nothing work's like that and after a few days or a month, most of them give up and become inactive.

But in this process peoples get refined and only such people are left with SFI,who are really serious of getting success out here.

We all may have a long list of PSA's or CSA's but around 10% of them are serious about SFI and those 10% people are enough to get a good business for SFI and there sponsor.

Very recently I came across with a fresh SFI affiliate and even today he is not a week old in SFI. And I am impressed by his progress and am sure he will make a handsome commission in his very 1st month.
Getting 1500 vp and becoming EA is not tough in 1st month or you can say it's very easy to become EA 1st month.
The boy won few tcredits from ttime draw and tried his luck in PTP. Fortunately he won one PTP and used those tcredits in one of the CSA auctions and he won 100 CSA's.Again next day he won 1 more auction of CSA's. Now he have good no. of CSA's in his team and he is focusing on sponsoring few PSA's and PRM's.
But if 10% of CSA's get active in his team , his commissions can be a good one in 1st month itself.
Fortune favored him but it was easy to get overwhelmed and go for some Feature Auctions, but the boy decided to go for CSA auctions and won 2 of them.
For me this is the best way to ensure a good financial return in there first month.

It's a question ,that i was thinking to raise for long now. and thanks to Mr.Anwar Douqa , who gave me a perfect platform to put my feeling's on place.

I love SFI and I love all the features available in this site ,except one thing and that is SFIM ( SFI's Live Chat)feature.

My experience about this feature is ,that i lost few PSA's due to this feature.

No alert chim or any other tool, by which we can be reminded about someone being online to us for chat. or if i try to chat with my PSA's ,they never replies.

It always goes unnoticed and it's very frustrating when you message someone and he or she do not respond. But i can't blame them ,because i understand ,they may not have noticed it on time.

Same thing happens to me also. I always am unable to notice them at right time and just imagine , a new member ,who joined just now and using SFIM to chat with his sponsor with a hope of getting help from him. And the sponsor do not reply to there question. not because sponsor is ignoring them , but because he is busy with some other activity and he did not notice ,if some one is online asking for help.

It happened to me quite few times.

I would request all the concerned members to upgrade this SFIM feature as it is used in FB or other social networking site.

Once upgraded ,it will be a great help to sponsors like me and newbies who eye's towerds there sponsors for help instently.

With so many mode of communication available now a days it's not a major issue.

But I always prefer Facebook for communicate with my team members.We can have a live chat or group chat and if required we can make a voice chat or even video chat.

Even we are connected to the rest of world through Facebook, with getting instant updates regularly.

For me Facebook is the best communication tool to get connected with my team.
